Raisins or Sultanas??

[Turkish Delight]

I want to make sultana/raisin muffins for DH.

Do you use/prefer sultanas or raisins? And do you just add them to the muffin mixture as is or is there some pre-preparing, such as boiling/soaking etc...??

Use either.

If you put them straight in with the dry ingredients and stir a bit before adding hte wet ingredients they won't all sink to the bottom.
