I made some banana muffins the other day and put rosewater and middle eastern sweet spices in them, they were un-iced and I thought that a rosewater frosting would be perfect, and that I'd need to get off my butt and find a recipe, and voila, you come through with the goodies. Oh, JaZaHMum, Herbies has a really good rosewater (and orange blossom water too) if you can't find it locally it can be ordered online.
