Scones...How do you do it?

Square reminds me of american biscuits.

I don't do the traditional recipe. I was at a friends house and her teen had made scones. They were from Jnr Masterchef I was shocked. They were better than anything I'd ever tasted. Self raising flour, cream and an EGG. And they are amazing every time.
