Way too many mangoes in this household as well! We picked 12 boxes with an average of 200 per box off a farm owned by family friend... every second night we cheek, halve and peel about 50 and put 10 pieces in a zip lock bag - our chest freezer has never been so full! We puree what's left around the seed and freeze in ice cube trays! After last night we have 134 to go - over it HAHA

As for recipes my fav would be imitation weise bars (SP?) Cream about 100g of sugar with one egg, add 600ml of cream and whip it to thick (I have a thermomix so that makes it much easier) add puree (equivilant of 3 good sized mango) and some crushed macadamias - freeze and enjoy YUMMY!! Being preggas in this heat I would kill (ok maybe not kill but harm) for a mango daquiri.............. *drools*
