Kim, moderate oven temp is 180 degrees C. If you're using fan-forced though, drop it down 10 or so degrees.

I made this on the weekend.......VERY yummy! OMG I could have eaten that whole bowl of frosting LOL! Visitors dropped in on Sunday, and ate almost the whole thing, they thought it was great!
