Sultana Cake?

I remember seeing a recipe for sultana cake somewhere over the last couple of days, I can even remember what the picture looks like! Just not where I saw it...

Does anyone have any nice recipes for sultana cake? Preferably one that only uses 2 eggs as that's all I have and don't want to go out to get more

I use my sultana muffin recipe which is in the muffin recipe sticky (and I just fixed the quantities on the recipe as some of them were question marks). I often make double the recipe and pour it into an enormous tray I have and have it as a slice (it still gets to about 4cm tall). The tray is 30x40cm, oven 140ff for 50 mins.

I just had a look on the back of the packet of sultanas and there's a recipe on there for a sultana cake with an orange syrup, so i might try that, minus the syrup. And bonus it only uses two eggs! Lol.

It's going to drive me mad though wondering where I saw the recipe I'm thinking of!
