Tinned fruit dessert (not trifle)

I make a "fruit salad slice" with tinned fruit/fruit salad. I mix 2 tablespoons of custard powder with a cup of water, add to fruit and juice and bring to boil on the stove. I line the base of a slice pan with scotch finger biscuits and pour the fruit mix over the top. Refrigerate until set dead easy and yummo. I serve with whipped cream...

Fruit Clafouti. Usually made with cherries, but I have done it with just about every tinned fruit there it.
Super easy and the kids could help make it too. It is just the fruit in a dish, covered with a thick pancake-like batter and baked in the oven.

Some fruit in a bowl and a scoop of icecream always works wonders here too LOL My girls are easy to pelase!
