Mine never get that far (to the freezer) but Im looking to give it a go!

Just make sure you snap freeze before bagging. I do this on a tray and then after 12 hours pop them in large zip lock bags ...
Is 12 hours in a normal freezer or a chest freezer (our bottom mounted freezer is -17.8C)
I was always under the impression you couldnt put food uncovered in the freezer?
