Have a look on the exclusively food website (if that's not what BG has sent you) for a second option. It is awesome and so so easy. The ganache is brilliant too.

Ohhhh, that'd be awesome for me. Will have to look for a recipe.
If I eat dark for milk chocolate I get a instant massive headache. I can only eat white chocolate.

Its horrible if I even get a taste of chocolate. I usually end up in tears because of the pain in my head.

we've made it a couple of times (double batch to make it bigger and higher

we turned fan forced oven down by 20 on what is in the recipe, and just kept an eye on it (so really can't say how long it took)
we also wrapped the pan in soaked towel (two strips) with foil over it to create almost a steam layer and stop the pan gettingg too hot - allows the cake to cook more evenly
ummmmm, a layer of baking paper on top should help to stop it drying out too

we did a double batch of cake but only 1.5 of the ganache. it's very rich, but very yum!
