thread: White chocolate cheesecake recipe???

    Question White chocolate cheesecake recipe???

    Does anyone have a recipe for this where there is no base and where you put the cake tin in a dish of water in the oven? It was in Delicious mag a few years ago (Dec 06 I think) and I think it may be in Belinda Jeffrey's New Baking book but I don't have either! It's not like a traditional baked cheesecake. More like a set mousse.
