Thank you all for your replies. DD has gone home to the refuge and the only time I hear from her is when she wants something I'm not sure if she is eating well or slipping back into her bad habits - oh well only time will tell.

As long as she knows she can call me and I'll respond means that hopefully she will do it again if needed itms lol.
