Depression and eating disorder in 13 year old stepdaughter

I was given no help, despite asking for it. Over 20 years after first asking for help, and about a decade after seeking help, I still suffer.

This is the thing that concerns me. The mother still hasn't made an appointment. SD told me this morning that their usual doctor is fully booked this week. No mention of an appointment being made for next week. I have made an appointment for SD to see our doctor this Saturday. I have a sinking feeling that SD will say she doesn't feel like seeing a doctor or use some excuse to get out of it. I hate feeling like that about her.
