I was wondering if others have noticed lots of discharge/wetness/staining on their pre teen daughters underpants.

My dd has always been a bit lazy with wiping etc, but I am starting to think that some of this is unrelated to urine and may infact be discharge from the vagina as a pre puberty thing. Isn't it funny but I don't remember if I was like that, I guess it wasn't an important thing to remember. Does/has anyone else noticed this? My dd is 10 and a half.
