As a note - spray on deodorant is banned from schools because of the potential for it to trigger asthma attacks in other students. Most people think this ridiculous, but it is important to consider especially once they get to high school and you have 30+ students putting deodorant on in a change room after sport class.
I was actually coming in here to write that. Things have definitely changed since I was at school.
My DD is now in high school and she uses roll on at school and she wears perfume to school also - she doesn't like the smell of the Impulse type sprays.

Definitey arrage a little pad bag too. For my DD we packed pads, spare undies, small pkt of baby wipes (for messy times) and $2 just in case she needed to make a call or buy some pads from a vending machine when out with her friends.
