There are a few other popular teen survival guide type books out there. Off the top of my head I can't remember the titles. I think Kaz Cooke wrote one and Kathy Lette maybe? I can't remember

I kinda want to get one, but my DD is only 2, perhaps I better wait until she's older!

I've got Girlosophy waiting in the bookshelf! I've read two lately myself (in preparation) called "Princess *****face syndrome" and "Queen bees and wannabees". both very good for parents of teens and pre-teens!!

Nice - seems there is a whole website on it now. Will definitely check it out. My 12yo (going on 20 - or so she thinks) will no doubt benefit from some impartial guidance.

Will definitely check it out!!!!! My 14y/o is going to drive me batty. Not only am I going to have problems with my 14 y/o but my 10 y/o son is getting there as well. Am reading "Raising Boys" atm and it is really helpful too.

The one by Kaz Cooke is Girl Stuff and is great. I agree Alibaby Girlosophy is great. My daughter has both of these books.

For the mumma bears - Celebrating girls, which I have read, and found to be life changing, and Embracing Persophone by Virginia Beane Rutter (I'm searching for a copy of this one!) Embracing persophone is aimed in particular at the relationship between teenage girls and their mothers.

oh its a fun filled time isnt it.
