    Oh god I didnt think about the thickening issue

    Maybe we should just put in thick shag pile carpet through the house instead of the current, near white tiles. That way I wouldnt be able to see them as much as I can now.

    DS12 isnt anywhere near as hairy as DS13 and he actually asks when he is going to get them. He is constantly checking his armpits and showing me his growth
    Hopefully my little gorilla coped the lot for all of them and the rest of the boys are going to be of the non moulting variety

    DH is a second descendent ape (shhh)

    If you can talk to him, I would suggest clipping but either way he needs to clean it up. DH has his own little dustpan and brush solely for that purpose.

    I think you need to discuss grooming

    I don't think the trimming would work. He'd have to do it pretty often (and he's a 13 year old boy so would probably get bored with it pretty quickly!) and also as it grows back it get ITCHY! So that might be a turn off too!
    I like PP's idea... get him a dustbuster!
