It's not something you have to have, however if your 'care providers' give it every time you will have to fight to not have it. And sometimes they will just give it anyway, despite your refusal. Unfortunately, assaults happen everyday in the maternity ward and you may have to fight and keep fighting if this is something you don't want to have.
