Natural yoghurt always helps me (I use the canesten applicator to get it up there lol). Do you have a good pro-biotic?

I've heard not to use canestan...
Personally, I eat lots of natural yoghurt, & you can apply it down there too.
With the garlic, you cut slits in the outside & insert it, but I don't know much more. There is a thread that Alan replied to & explained it in a while ago.

I used canisten just don't use the applicator just do it with your finger not so far up. Mine cleared up very well.

I had to use it while on bed rest in hospital. You can use the applicator no problems it isn't going to go far enough to cause any problems.

when pregnant with Kai i got told to use canestan and the applicator by a pharmacist!

With my 1st pregnancy I had thrush for nearly the whole 9 months I got told to use canestan by the midwives and the drs. So go for it. I hate having thrush

2weeks ago I was given canes tan by the hops and told to use 1 x day for 6 days and to apply with gloved finger not applicator.
