I got thrush from the group B strep injection after my last birth and I used tea tree oil, ten drops in a cup of water as a wash (or very gentle douche) as I had stitches too and it seemed to work in conjunction with Inner Health Powder (orally!!) once a day in a glass of water. that way it is treated both locally and systemically.
