I can thoroughly recommend Heather Bruce at Hawthorne. She's a real "straight talker" but very nice, and she also is trained in chinese herbs and naturopathy - she sort of takes a holistic approach, I guess.
I swear to God she is the reason I had an "easy" 5-hr natural birth.
Heather works both in Bris and in NZ, and can be hard to get hold of. But definitely worth giving her a call. She specialises in fertility, pregnancy and women's "issues".

Hi. My mum is an acupuncturist, but unfortunately she lives in Cairns. She has put me on to Kerry Burgett. I haven't seen her yet. My first appointment is on Tuesday. Keep an eye on my blog and I will mention how I go.

She is in Ann St in the Valley. Her number is 3852 1688. She has been out of town and arrives back today, so she still may have someone else answering her phone for her. Just leave a message for them to call you back (the answering maching has a different name - Wendy I think - just leave a message anyway).

Hi. I don't know if that acupuncturist that I mentioned will be appropriate for you. Are you happy to wait before TTC or do you want to conceive this month? Please read my latest blog entry and you will understand why.

    Thanks and GL
