    How long after?

    Hey ladies,

Just wondering how long you waited to try for another baby after late loss?

DS2 mostly died because of cord around his neck. Altho im super worried it will happen again.

There was 16months between DD & DS2.. I dont wanna push my body too much having 3 kids in 3/4years.

Was it hard being pregnant after loss? Ive never had a miscarrage or any loss before. I dont know what to exspect

    TIA
    Cate xx

I am so sorry for your loss Cate.

Everyone is different with TTC. Lots of pregnancies in a row can be tough on the body. However, after a loss, sometimes it feels imperative to try again. Nothing can replace your little boy and subsequent pregnancies are extremely hard emotionally. I'm someone who prefers to have a few months of grieving and healing. Others try again immediately.

We waited 3 months between our mc and trying for DS1. When he died, we waited 6 months to try for DS2. We've chosen to wait at least 6 months after losing him. In our case, we're also waiting for the result of genetic testing.

I hope you have lots of love and support.

After losing Emmanuel I just wanted to be pregnant straight away, we were told we could start TTC as soon as we felt ready, we waited 6wks. I was worried/scared the whole way through. Wishing you all the very best.

    Regards,
    Dianne

i think we are going to wait for March/April to try again. so 6/7 Months.

took me 16months to fall pregnant with DD along with some fertility drugs. and i fell pregnant when DD was 8 months old so we definately weren't trying, i really hope it is easy to fall this time around.
