Unhappy I dont understand these symptoms

    Hi ladies

I had a miscarriage and d & c about 8 weeks ago. The first cycle afterward was pretty normal (2 days later than normal but still normal i guess). I am now 4 days over my normal 28 day cycle and no sign of getting my period.

I am confused because I have been getting strange itching feeling in my ovaries leading up to my due date. Its really strange cause it was both ovaries not just one. I also have pain in my lower abdomen/uterus area and pains on and off all around my lower abdomen.

I did a test 2 days ago but it was negative. I dont have any breast tenderness but they have grown since yesterday. when I was pregnant before, I had really sensitive nipples and my body bloated what felt like overnight. I dont have any similar symptoms to last time.

I have been focussing so hard on pregnancy symptoms that I am worried that something is wrong and this 'itching' and pain is not normal. Has anyone else had this sensation after a D & C ???

I am turning myself inside out and worried I will never be blessed with another pregnancy.

Apologies for sounding like a crazy woman ranting...........

Sorry I can't help but I would suggest going and just getting yourself looked at by a Dr. Always better to just get things checked or the worry can drive you insane I say. Goodluck, I hope it is nothing serious and just your body readjusting.

It took 3 cycles for me to get back to normal after my D&C, I went from 28-30 days to 35-37. Drove me crazy. I would also get some preg symptoms. I *think* it's possible that now your just more tuned in to what your body''s doing (I was pretty hypervigilant!) but I'd talk to a doc just to be safe.

    Thanks ladies
I know I should go and talk to the doctor but I feel like I am always there ! I should get frequent flyer points for all the visits I have made over the last 18months !!
Guess I will just have to go.

    Thanks again.
Hope you both have a good day !!
