This month I was sure I had a conception around 5-6DPO. It was just like my last conception, cramps, bowels went haywire, after a couple of days slightly pronounced breast veins. My temps were fantastic, a significant dip at 5-6DPO and then up up up from there. Then at 10DPO I developed a fever, chills, sweats, shivering, which lasted just over 24 hours. No other symptoms just a fever and a few aches and headache associated. Once the fever dissapeared all my conception symptoms had also gone and a HPT was BFN.

Was I dreaming it, wishing it to be true? Was the fever my body ridding itself of an embryo for whatever reason or did my fever also kill any chance of an embryo successfully implanting.

Yesterday at 11DPO once the fever went away all my tugs below and conception feelings disappeared too. Breasts are squiggy again, veins normal. I just know I am not pg now.

The not knowing is so frustrating but being annoyed at my body doesn't help as it was doing whatever it was doing for a reason.

Just had to get this out. I know my chances of a natural conception leading to a successful pg and birth are low with poor egg quality, severe endo and age but I was feeling so hopeful this month.
