Deb, you must be a mind reader. Went to GP today and got referral for specialist. He's away at the moment so appointment is for the 5th of Sept. Just want to chat with him about possible LP defect and generally pick his brains. Do not want to go down the IVF path. Too stressful and costly and not just myself and husband to consider - the kids as well. But he is the one in the know. Don't want to just hear about the age issue as I did with the GP today. My normal doc. is away and didn't want to wait until she got back. Only wanted the referral anyway. I know I am getting older and I can't change that but if there is something that I can or need to change I want to find out about it! Do you know what I mean. Who knows, may not need the appointment if we are lucky. Must stay positive right.
Deb, you asked about my LP. Well, counting the day I first see the positive on the OPK and up to and including the last day of my cycle they have been as follows (since last October) - 11, 12, 13, 14, 14, 15, 16, 14, 14,13. I am guessing that I ovulate the day after seeing positive OPK so if that is so, you can knock one day off those numbers. For the cycles which would have been Jan (14), Feb (15) Mar (16, Apr (14) i was using the progesterone cream. For almost all the cycles I have been taking B6 and for the last 3 cycles I have been using vitex as well. I have only been temping for the past 2 cycles. Gosh, what a lot of information!!!
Bring back the days of sex for the hell of it and hopefully if we're lucky we might have a baby - but if not we'll have had fun anyway!!!!
