Don't know what to think... advice??

    Hello everyone.

Its been a while since I came to BB. Just need to focus more on the what I had in my life already..

    Quick history..
I have 2 boys. Aged 4 and 2. When my youngest was 10 months old I miscarried my third pregnancy. Then in September 2011 I had a missed miscarraige resulting in a D&C. All four pregnancies started with very similar signs. (VERY mild spotting for a day then going away)
We have been TTC ever since.. but with no pressure. Just enjoying our boys.
Which brings me to this month. Since my D&C my cylce has been different. But the last 6 months or more its been 33 days and its spotting for a few days then normal flow till ending in spotting for a few days. Lasting about 10 days in total. Ive had this unual cycle checked with my GP. Who sent me for a few tests.. all came back normal. This month.. I wasn't keeping track of my cycle. I thought my 33 days ended on Tuesday. I always get my first "sign" on that day. Tuesday came and tuesday went. SO I checked with my calender to see where my cycle was at. I was shocked to see today is day 36!!!! WHAT??

Now being hopefull to fall pregant again, I felt that glimmer of hope rise.. but then came the realisation that I didn't have ANY spotting.. my usual sign of pregnancy. I really can't say I have any symptoms that I haven't gotten the last 12 months with my periods.. so I am leaning towards a cycle that is totally off course.

    Long story short...

Is it possible for my "sign" to not come ?? That my body has been changed after my last miscarriage and D&C?? Should I hold hope for a few more days and Test if still nothing?? I am leaning towards testing tomorrow morning.. purely to make it stop my head spinning!!

SO SO SO LOST.. and grateful for you time.
    Thanks

Yes, entirely possible! Some women experience different *signs* with each pregnancy. With my last pregnancy, the only real sign I had at first was getting indigestion after eating a freddo frog and that made me do the test - I have never gotten indigestion from eating chocolate before

I'd test. I wouldn't even wait for tomorrow if I had some cheapies. The "what ifs" and wondering would do my head in too much to wait to test.

FWIW, my cycles have been completely different this year since the d&c too. I find it very frustrating to have these changes only for the Drs to say everything is fine. It doesn't make sense to me that it can be "normal" when it's not my normal.

I haven't had a BFP since the d&c to know how it might compare to the others, but all 3 of my pgs have been different. However, it's hard to know if that was just due to the different circumstances/outcomes.

FX you will be seeing a BFP when you test and that you will be bringing home a healthy bub at the end.

Totally possible! I spotted at the start of all my pregnancies except for my last one, who is now 4 months old and sleeping in the carrier on me! Good luck testing!

What a pain in the rear that she is playing games with you. Cuppa sounds good Hope something happens one way or the other so you get some answers before your holiday.

If AF doesn't turn up in a day or two, I would probably test again. Sometimes BFP's don't show up straight away when you miss your period. Or go to the GP and get bloods done.

I don't know what to say except that this sucks and blows all at once. I would also reccomend having bloods done if nothing happens in another week.
