I am so sorry to hear that you are going through this It can be so confusing.
It depends what state you're in as to what their guidelines are.
In Victoria, if your levels hit zero within 8 weeks, then you're all good to start trying again. (Mine did, but alas I don't live down there!) If you don't hit zero within 8 weeks, then I think they suggest you wait a year.
Here in QLD, if your levels hit zero within 8 weeks, then they advise that you wait until 6 months from the date of diagnosis before trying again, with monthly tests between that 8 week-ish mark. (you have to get three consecutive <2 readings to be counted as zero) If you don't hit zero within 8 weeks, then they advise that you wait 6 months from your third consecutive <2 reading.
I just know about those two from ladies on here.
Pretty much anywhere, though, if your levels plateau or start rising again and you have to go down the chemo road, then it is a full year wait.
My levels hit zero (actually <1.5, that's as low as they measure) at 57 days post d & c, and stayed down until the end of the 6 month period. There was a thread going where a few of us compared levels, but I can't find it.
Let me know if you want to know anything else, because I know how much it sucks
