    Hi Shades

After my m/c in Sept 08 - my first cycle was 28 days but without ovulation; the second cycle was 40 days (4 HPTs and a dr visit declared that 'it was normal for homones to be up in the air' for a few cycles - I suppose maybe that is why some docs suggest 3 months as a 'get back to normal' period), the third cycle was 28 days but with a painful period and the 4th was a BFP. It may be worth seeing what your first few cycles have in store to see where your Hcg/hormonal levels are at. It does take the TTC/TWW stress out of the equation giving you an emotional breather if you feel you need one.
