Sorry for your loss hoping soon. My cycles were a little different after m/c and could vary from being shorter to longer, and I found my AF's were all lighter and quicker (which was really good). There's no need to wait for a month after an early m/c - that's just so they can date you easily if you do fall in again quickly. If it happens it only means you'd need a dating scan to ensure they know when you will be hitting the 12 week mark for a NT scan (if you have one with your next pregnancy), so don't stress about that.
