To say that I am relieved is an understatement, over joyed and filled with happiness and am telling the world that I have two babies in my tummy!!
I still have all fingers and toes crossed for all you lovely ladies, 2009 is baby year, I can feel it in my waters!

Eibery & HannahD : thank you girlies......
I POASed today........
aaaaaannnnnddddddd.....
If my eyes are not seeing things... I see 2 faint lines again. on an EPT!!!!!!!! That's like the hardest test to get a BFP.. I used it with pretty much all my angels and it never gave in..so maybe my eggo is preggo??.. I have 3 more tests..... I'm waiting out at least 3 days before testing again..and see how that goes.
For now I'm pretty sure it is a BFP.
My heart is right then..... it could be a miracle.
OMG... I need one more test to convince me to go to the doc.
I am feeling cramping today though..(for the first time)..so am a bit scared.
Wish me luck!! You all know I want a baby so bad.. so despite my situation.. I think I can make it work.
Let's see.
hugs to you all.
Good morning my fellow BB-lonians! Sorry I've been MIA for a couple days.... so many persies to catch up on! Let's see if I can get them all done before I have to take DS to school!
HannahD--Aww, hon, so sorry to hear damn AF showed! It's bad enough she has to show, but to show up late.... there's just no words for how much it sucks! I think the journal is a great idea--I'm sure it will be very helpful in putting words to your thoughts and emotions! *hugs*
Mel--Good luck with your chromosome test results this week, and also on the decision on whether or not to do the lap surgery in Feb. *hugs*
Kezzabird--Congrats on a great u/s!! So thrilled your twins are blooming!! Here's a double-dose of for you!!
Acria--You're such a trooper--keep up that hopeful determination!! Sending lots of vibes your way!! *hugs* Oh, BTW, about the B6... I think it took at least 1 cycle for me to notice a difference in the length of my LP... so I'm keeping everything crossed for you!!
chappas--I'm right behind you... been TTC since March, and nothing! Think it's probably a good idea for both of us to get some answers! *hugs* You're in my prayers!
Theresa--Woo hoo! Congrats on your engagement! Glad to hear you enjoyed your time away with your "new" DF!! *hugs*
Indy--Hey, looks like we're O buddies! I also O'ed on Christmas!! Keeping my for both of us that we caught that eggie!! Good luck with your BT's!
erybery--Yay for AF! (that sounds odd in this forum, doesn't it?) Wishing lots of with the Clomid, and I hope you don't experience any side effects! You should be able to add your angel's wings by going up to the top of the page under "user profile"... then click on "edit signature". Just make sure you read the guidelines first, as there's regulations as to how many lines of text, etc. that you have. Hope that helps! *hugs*
Polly--Sorry to hear about AF, but your peaceful attitude about it all is AMAZING! You're right, none of us can control what happens/when in our lives.... we just have to have faith that it will happen when it's supposed to! Thanks for being so inspiring!! *hugs*
AJC--Sorry to hear about the endometriosis... how interesting that they found it while doing the c-section and you never even knew you had it! So what happens next? More tests, or meds, or can they fix it somehow? (Sorry, I don't know much about it!) *hugs* for you and Master Samuel! Hope you're both doing well!
Easha--Glad you're back on the TTC bandwagon! Praying for a quick, smooth, bump-free journey! *hugs*
Ruthie--If you click "gallery" up at the top of the page you'll find the pics. You can upload your own from there, and also look up other pics by member names--I just put some family pics in there from Christmas! Hope that helps! Also, sending lots of just in case!! Saying lots of prayers for you!!
Congrats Ruthie !!! I was thinking about you when I logged in too

AFM: Been a bit quiet as have been stressing a bit about IVF. Have been jabbing away since last monday. Had second scan today and looks like I have some eggs ready to collect - so egg collection is on friday (very nervous). Lots of eggs but only about half are big enough - so fingers crossed I get some fertlised and then successfully transferred. Already feeling very uncomfortable and belly is swollen and ovaries tender. It will be all worth it though if it works!
Hey Jen - I'm not sure about the endo. Have my post natal apt at the end of the month so I'll chat to him more then. Will be interesting to see what he says, he didn't seem to concerned at the time but I guess he didn't want to burst my bubble on the day Sam was born. I'd say he will just suggest some tests before we ttc again (if when we decide to). Hope you are going ok Big Hugs!!!
Ruthie - Good luck - I hope it's a sticky BFP & Bub for you.
Hey girls,
Wondering if I can join this group? My DH and I are TTC a brother or sister for our 19 month old little girl. I had a miscarriage in August 2008 so i am feeling pretty anxious about everything. I have been using an ovualtion tester this month and it said I ovualted on 24 DEC & 25 DEC so we made sure we BD on these days as well as a few days before. My period is due in 2 days....and I am pretty sure it is going to come! (again!). I tested with a first response test yesterday (said I could test 5 days before period due) but it was negative! So disappointed....I really did think this was the month. I thought I was feeling pregnancy symptoms too.
Any advice you lovely ladies can give me for next month? How much BD should we be doing during the fertile time? Is it ok to continue going to the gym while TTC?
Sorry about all the questions xx

Hi AJC - I had a lap in 2002 which the gyn didnt find endo, even though Im sure it was there and then again in Nov 07 where they found endo on both sides of my uterus - they took it off while they were in there. I have xtremely bad Af normally vomiting, fainting, constipation and opposite of that (sorry is TMI!!!) and medications usually dont work to stop the pain. The op itself to have a look and remove oesnt take that long unless its severe. I was back at work 4 days later. Apparrently even if you only have mild endo you can have really severe symptoms but you can also have really bad endo and no symptoms. The fact that you have had a healthy bub probably means your endo isnt in an area that would effect your fertility. Anyways jusy thought id share what I know bout it!
Ruthie - Im so happy for you I was crying this morning (maybe its just my AF hormones playing up!) You really have given me hope! cramps can just mean stretching so try not to worry! Try to enjoy every minute of it!
AFM - Im counting down the hours to start taking the clomid!
Kezza - congratulations on a great scan! So glad to hear the twins are doing beautifully
jen - got my fingers crossed for you, hoping you caught the egg!
Ruth - sounds like congratulations are in order!
erbery - not long till clomid now then! So glad to hear things are moving ahead for you.
babymiracles - thinking of you, and hoping your collection goes well. Take good care of yourself
AFM - well DH and I have decided to keep on trying. AF appears to be in full swing, so not sure what happened last cycle. My body appears to fall pg, but then isn't strong enough in hormones to keep AF from showing up and ruining everything. So next week I'll make a Dr appt and see what they can do. Saw my friend again last night, and had a good long chat about her babies, and my TTC. She makes her own cloth nappies and has loads of leftover fabric, so is going to make us a bunch of nappies and send them over, along with some HPTs which she no longer needs, as she's due in June!
At first I thought it was pointless to get baby things before being pg, or even well itno the pg, but she says that getting things and preparing is a good way to show God you're ready to have a baby. She's orthodox jewish, and we're pagan, but I like that idea, of basically showing whatever powers that be that you're ready..and it's also a lot of fun to have baby things about! So fingers crossed! She also said that getting a pram is a good way of making sure you get a baby within a year. DH won't let me buy a pram
AFM - ok, saga in a nutshell. On New Year's Day I spotted and rang the IVF clinic to let them know AF was on it's way. Then I would commence my IVF cycle. But I felt BLAH (not alcohol induced). POAS = faint 2nd line after time frame. Next day (Friday) same again. Wondered if it might be a cyst?... Saturday 2nd line in 3 mins , but Monday, line not any darker. Rang the IVF clinic to inform them of natural BFP. But BT = HCG 30 and lowish P4. Head was swimming. I felt quite ill. Could it be eptopic? Requested 2nd test today and it confirmed my numbers were indeed dropping (HCG 18). AF is just around the corner. Have been assured should be able to start my IVF cycle when AF arrives in the next few days. So I have just had my first official chemical PG/bad implantation/who knows? It should not be an autoimmune response as I have been tested pretty thoroughly. So, yes, I am/was UTD for 5 minutes. Bit of a crap way to start the year, though!
Ruthie - Congratulations hun! I've got my fingers crossed for you.
jen - Thanks! Hope you caught that By the way, did you find your thermometer?
toccara - with the recurrent m/c tests. I hope you get some answers.
babymiracles - Goodluck for the egg pickup on Friday.
firstbub - I'm sorry for your loss. I hope your TTC journey is short. Even though you used an early detection test, there may not have been enough HCG to detect yet. As some of the ladies told me just a few days ago, it ain't over until AF shows. To try and answer your questions, I'm not aware of any issues with going to the gym while TTC. Keeping yourself healthy can only be beneficial. Maybe take it a little easy if you're not sure. I don't think there is any right frequency of BD during fertile periods. Once is all it takes. Most of the reading I've done suggests every couple of days is enough (particularly days 10, 12, 14 and 16 of a 28 day cycle as an example). I hope I've helped.
erybery - Not long until you can take the clomid then? I so hope it works for you.
Lisa - Getting baby things to show the universe you're ready for a baby is actually a really nice idea. And shopping for them is so much fun!
WTH - Aww honey, I don't know what to say except I'm so sorry. Big to you.
Ok now I am scratching my head.... since I have a pic to prove for a sure miscarriage on May 21st (which I didn't figure out till 2 weeks ago) ..ok let me rewind.. on April 24th I think..... I got faint lines on 8/10 HPTS..... then on May 21st I had a full blown AF. ( I thought it was AF) I set the tests aside and many convinced me it was nothing. Then I realized that those lines are a lot darker than my first BFP with my Angel babba from Sept and I'm sure that it was NOT AF on May 21st. I was m/c w/o knowing. Anywho.. I'm wondering if the reason I m/c on 9/11 was indeed te fact that I conceived right away after my May21st m/c???... like consecutive m/c???...
I'm so confused..... could that be it???.... hhhmmm.....
Remembering that I got my first BFP on Cycle day 63!!
hhmmmmmmmmmm...
ok.. now to my girls....
Jen: Good luck love... I hope to hear BFP news from you.
Firstbub: I hope you caught that eggie love. I'm sorry for your loss. You are among friends. I never tire to say I have found more than friends.. I found amazing women that have been with me through thick and thin.. rooting me on and giving me comfort and hope.
My best wishes are for you. Let us know how things go. ♥
Toccara: Just wanted to let you know that I had the fetal tissue analyzed for my last angel babba... and I did have a test done with my first Angel in 9/18/05..the one from 055 came back with hormonal fluctuations... the baby was fine. With my my angel from Sept. the baby was fine again.... The test do help..yet I confess I felt very angry.. because it was all me. My babies are fine.. I have miscarried perfectly normal babies and it hurts and still kinda kicks me in the gut. I just hope you have answers. Because only those are the key of target in order to help you go full term with your next baby. My best wishes going your way love. Good luck!!!
Babymiracles, Erybery, Acria & HannahD: Thank you friends. ♥ I had the temptation to POAS again today but really resisted.. I will this weekend though. I hope I get darker lines.. that's all I need to go running to see a doc. Oh Ladies.. I'm so hopeful.
****sprinkle me with sticky vibes and baby dust*****
WTH: I hope you get answers love. It hurts no matter how early. I just hope yoru IVF round goes better than excellent.. I know it won't erase the fact that you hurt over your m/c but it will bring a great joy you deserve love.
Thinking of you. My heart goes out to you ♥
Good luck dear.. keep your chin up. it WILL happen♥
AJC: If the doc didn't seem concerned then you shouldn't be.. just make sure he lets you know how he can control it.. I hear Endo is a real b***h and it can grow and ruin TTC overall. I hope you get answers too.. thinking of you ♥ Please let me know how you do.
Mannie : Thinking of you hun. Hope all is well with you love.. I haven't heard from you in a while. sending you a HUGE hug ♥
To all my other girls... a huge hug ♥

Ruthie - for a definate BFP I can't wait to hear your good news!
Kezzabird - I am so happy you had a great scan YAY
Jen805 - How are you? Thanks for the congrats
WTH - Huge and
Acria - I think it is a wonderful idea to get baby things. We kept the nursery as it was and have not packed anything away (except the pram and car seat) as we know that one day we will have our baby in that room.
firstbub - Welcome! You will find wonderful ladies here who offer great support and understanding. I know they have made my journey a lot easier to handle.
Babymiracles - It is exciting and congrats to you too. We haven't set a date yet but when we do we are thinking of Fiji or a cruise for our wedding. It is nice to have something else to think about and not just TTC.
Well AF was due today but has not shown up. I was getting a little excited but then started to get a few cramps this evening. However still no AF so I am still holding on to a little hope.
DF got annoyed with me when I said I would be able to test in a week or so if AF hadn't arrived. He said I was thinking too much about it and it will never happen if I don't relax and not think about it all the time. I was rather hurt and upset by this as he knows all I want is a baby to love and cherish. Maybe he is just as frustrated as I am as every month we go through the same thing with a negative result.
Maybe I am thinking too much but if I don't - we will never get the timing right?!?!? I am so confused - do I or don't I?!?!? I also have a sore throat and have been sneezing all day so I feel a little deflated after such a wonderful surprise at the start of the week.
Anyway - best get off to bed as I have to work tomorrow and I can't yawn all day like I did today
Still lurking and catching up on some of your posts....first of all HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU!! Had a great time in Sydney and so happy to now have some answers and treatment for my recurrent miscarriages.
Jen - thanks for your story on your hyperthyrodisim, mines a little different, they call it Hashimotos disease?? yes FS specialist explained it to me but the bottom line need to get my levels in the normal range to even start ttcing. This is planned for April, hopefully all is well with us then and we get pg straight away. I turn 38 on March 29th so time is a tickin away!!!
Just found out my good friend is pg and due in July, she had a m/c early last year and it took her body quite a while to get back to normal but so happy for her and all is well so far.
Hannah - keep the faith...and thanks for thinking of me....
Ruthie - well girl, what can I say, stay strong, keep positive and keep praying, Im hoping all will go well for you and you can finally relax and enjoy your pregnancy...you deserve it sunshine....thinking of you
