Hi Ladies
Just a little update. I've had two more little brown mucous patches appear - one yesterday afternoon and one late this morn. I'm not as panic-ish this time and although I know it's not a 'good' sign it may not be a bad one either. Am sure ultrasound next week will give me an answer either way. Yesterdays wasn't as much as the one last week and todays was even less again. everything is going to be ok. As much as I really love mingling with you all I would really like to be able to officially leave (even though I'll always come back to visit and spread babydust).

Back again,
Where there's hope - From my experience, it is probably a hormone imbalance causing a more painful AF. Did you have any PMS symptoms in the week leading up to AF? I am still trying to get my hormones in order, 6 cycles after my loss, and my loss was early with no D&C.
Acria - Sorry about BFN, I'm sure its just too early. Fingers crossed for Sunday/Monday.
Tina - How many days before O do you usually notice CM (mine starts usually 7 days b4 O)? Maybe you are going to O a little later.
Vanaithi - Good luck catching the eggy this month sweets, sounds like its not far away!
Hey, I have a quick question for the girls using progesterone cream in your luteal phase. Did you start using it because you had a short luteal phase or because you had a 21 day progesterone test that was low? My naturopath wants me to get a 21 day progesterone test done, but my luteal phase is always a healthy 15 days. I'd love to hear your story on why you started taking it and whether you think it could assist me (given I had one loss in Jan at 6wks, then a faint positive in April that went away)?
AJC - I just saw your post. It sounds to me like it is ok bc this has been very light on and off for a week now and it has never progressed to (red) bleeding. This is the stage where you mucous plug would be forming, some women get some brown or green CM around this time. I know it must be near impossible, but do try to relax, it really does sound ok to me. Gawd, just bring on that ultrasound hey so you can relax a little! Thinking of you.
Awwh, gotta get back to study.

Jodsan - Hi. Did I have PMS symptoms? I was absolutely feral (Poor DH). I am also having night sweats, on occasion. Went from 36.7 Day 1 temp to 37.2 - Day 2 temp. I know that can be linked to peri-menopause (please not that ) or an infection. Have moved my FS appointment to Monday. Hoping he will listen to me.
Jen - good to be back. Loving reading all the banter on this Lunar stuff.
Acria - I still think it is sounding promising
AJC - Hope you get some good sleeps until your scan - your growing bubba needs it's mummy to rest so s/he can be big strong (and beautiful)
Would love to know if anyone else found their second period to still be a little strange and to be quite painful? Mine has been on time, but very light.

Where there's hope - Well it sounds as though you are having similar problems to me - estrogen dominance. It causes PMS, more painful periods, breast swelling, mood swings, night sweats, etc, etc (I think we are all perimenopausal in our 30's). The biggest thing prescribed by my doctor and my naturopath is regular aerobic exercise and a diet that is easier on the liver. I have been jogging for 30 mins 5 x per week and doing a liver detox (drinking lemon water; drinking vegi juice twice daily; cutting back on meat sources of protein instead having eggs and beans more; and trying to eat more vegis). Doing both of these things should assist the liver to rid the body of the excess estrogen. I also had a colonic on the weekend to help speed up the detox process. I am feeling soooo much better. However, one of the biggest causes of excess estrogen is coffee - due to its stimulating effect on the glands. I'm not going to be able to cut this out until after exams. That's my take on it anyway. Hopefully your FS has some answers but if he doesn't, it wouldn't hurt to see a naturopath.
