mmteacher--Whew! You had me a little worried, but I really did figure it was just the end of the school year keeping you so busy. Sorry to hear about your dog--you sound like such a good mommy already! :) Great BT results! :hooray: Good luck at your appt. on Wed., will you get an u/s done at that appt? Have fun at your party tomorrow!
plc--Hi sleepy baby mama! Growing a baby is such hard work, rest as much as you can while you can! Thanks for the good luck... Can't believe my ticker says testing in 5 days! Not too sure about that one. I'm not nearly as antsy and impatient as I was last month at this time. More than anything I would love to get a BFP this month, but if I don't, then I'm ok with it--I'll just keep trying. I know I did the best I could this month, so if it's meant to be, it will be! I'll still take all the good luck and prayers that I can get, though!
-
Good morning everyone, hope you all had a great weekend (are still having a great weekend for the girls in the US)!
I didn't stick completely to my juicefast, needed some food so I had salads, fruit and vegis, should be just as effective I think. I am actually feeling absolutely fabulous. Cant wait for O now, got a good feeling about this month!
Well you girls have been very busy over the weekend.
Jen - Sounds like you really have things in perspective this month, that is sooooo hard to do only 5 days out from testing. Good luck!
Hey Plc - You just focus on you at that moment and growing that gorgeous little bundle!
mmteacher - Yay for you hcg levels! You can just sit back and relax now and focus on growing your bubba.
KristieLove - Yey for O, hope you catch the eggy. Sometimes you can O from both sides but usually your body just gets a number of eggs ready, then one dominates and releases and sends a hormonal message to the other eggs not to be released. Most girls have one ovary that is slightly more dominant, but some just alternate months. Mine doesn't seem to be in any pattern, some months I really cant tell which one released the egg. Ahh, the mysteries of nature!
Acria - It is sounding soooo promising. They do say that you can get some pretty good symptoms this early due to rapid hormone changes, especially progesterone. My CM definately felt and smelt different last time from about 7dpo and I definatley noticed I was peeing more. Really hope this is your month.
Jenushka - Sounds like you had a beautiful birthday. I love it when you actually get the time to sit and reflect on the things you have, most of the time we are just too busy to even notice how blessed we are. Good luck catching the eggy this month.
AJC - Yes, please do stay around to let us know how everything is going. But you know, you could have a foot in both camps and post in both forums until you are ready to leave here. Joining the Pg after mc forum could be really helpful as those girls have all been through exactly the same thing. When you are ready, just something to think about.
Tocarra - I am so sorry for your loss  Welcome. This is a wonderful supportive place, the girls in here seem to understand like noone else could. So glad you are going to keep TTC. There is a little sticky bean just around the corner for you. Good luck!
Seenabeena - Sad to see you go but very happy it is for all the right reasons. I am sure we will all join you in the pg after mc forum very soon. See ya soon!!
Mollycat - Glad your renovation is nearly over. I've done it a few times myself, god painful stuff. We went without a shower for two weeks once, we just washed ourselves down, yuck! It's all going to be so worthwhile.
I have to get stuck into study now (I have exams in 2.5 weeks) so a big hello to everyone else.
-
Hey Jodsan, you always seem to know so much about everything, so I was wondering if you could possibly answer a question for me about CP and CM. I've always joked that I couldn't even tell if I had a cervix when trying to check on position, because it always feels the same. Tonight I decided to give it another shot, and it seems as though my cervix is high, soft, and slightly open. Hey, I actually DO have a cervix in there! I read that if you've had children before your cervix is always slightly open, but I also read that when you get pg, it will become closed--but that it might not be noticeable that it's closed until + test result. So could it possibly be that I actually haven't O'ed yet, and that I'm still possibly fertile--although CM is thick and creamy, no stretch to it at all (ew, I know, sorry). Never did notice any wet or watery CM this month. This is why I don't usually go by CP or CM because it's all a little too confusing to me. Just thought I'd ask your opinion, you're always a fountain of knowledge! Thanks for any info you might have!
-
jen- will look out for the LA version of the show.
Jodsan - glad you are feeling so great. It's surely going to be your month this month!!! have been into PAML thread a few times - will probably spend more time in there after my scan next week.
jenushka - a belated 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY'. It sounds like you had a really good day!
Krystielove - catch that eggie girlie!!! Good luck.
Acria - sounds very promising. Thirsty - tell me about it. i have been sooo thirsty this time (which I haven't experienced before). i usually drink heaps of water every day because I know it's good for me but atm I really need to drink it all because I'm so thirsty. Of course i'm going to the loo all the time but oh well. Good luck and I hope the weekend coming brings you a BFP.
mmteacher - fab hcg results. Will see you in PAML soon.
:pink-babydust::bluedust: and :hug: for everyone.
afm - am doing ok. yesterday was a bit of a nervous 'down' day but today is better. i think because I'm back at work and therefore distracted. I think that my bbs aren't as sore this time around because they're smaller. I lost a stack of weight after the last m/c when I started the low GI diet. I had to get my work pants taken down two sizes before I could wear them a few weeks ago so I guess it's only naturally for my body to feel different this time around. I am also alot fitter and healthier so I would imagine that is helping my body cope too.
Take care everyone!!!
-
I didn't mean to only limit an answer or theory to Jodsan re CP and CM. Will gladly accept any help from anyone! :grouphug:
-
Hi everyone,
AJC - Try not to stress about not having sore BBs (hard not to I know!). But I never had them at all when I was pg with DD and no m/s either until about 7 weeks, so I felt pretty normal until then. And my pg that miscarried last year I did have sore BBs right up until I had the D&C. So in my (humble ;)) opinion BB soreness is not a good indicator of anything. Hang in there!!
Jodsan - That's great that you are feeling so positive, good luck for this month! Oh and good luck for the exams too.
jen - Only 5 days to go - yay! Good luck :)
plc - Glad to hear you are going OK, sorry you are so tired but at least that is a good sign!
mmteacher -Great HCG, you must feel pretty good after that!
KrystieLove - Yay, hope you had fun last night ;)
Acria - Sounds all good! Fingers crossed for you!
jenushka - Happy belated birthday, glad to hear you had a nice day. Good luck this month.
Toccara - Welcome and I'm so sorry for your loss  Glad though that found this place and hope it helps you get through.
seenabeena - Congratulations and all the best for a wonderful pregnancy!
Hi to anyone else that I've missed - I'm sure there must be someone! :)
AFM - Nothing exciting, getting heaps of cramps and have sore BBs. But I'm sure it's just from the progesterone so I'm trying not to get too excited yet as it's only 5 DPO today. I have an FS appointment and progesterone blood test tomorrow, so hopefully the prog levels will be good and we will come out of it with a plan for next month if we have no luck this month - but hopefully we won't need it!
-
jen - I would say that you are about to O. I don't read into CM too much, I rarely have EWCM - mine is creamy most of the time. Not too sure about CP after babies but mine is always very low & harder when pg. Althought once I get a +hpt I try not to poke and prod myself too much (am sure ob will do enough of that during u/s next week). Go grab DH & :bd:
mesgsmum -. Hope you get good prog results tomorrow from your BT. It's hard not to stress. I'm worried because my symptoms are different to last time - but if they were the same I would be worried that I will m/c again because they're the same!??!?
Hope you don't need to plan for next month because you'll have your BFP. and thanks again. I feel alot better now.
-
Hey AJC, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. So if on CD26 I still haven't O'ed, there's not much chance of getting pg this cycle is there, doesn't that make it too short of a LP? I still feel pretty calm, even though all the questions may make it seem like I'm not--it's really just that I want to understand what's going on with my body right now. One more question-- if I remember correctly, you take Vit. B6, right? (Hope I don't have you confused with someone else, sorry if I do!) Just bought some today and was wondering if I could start taking it right away, or if I should wait until the start of my next cycle? Thanks again, I really appreciate all the help!
-
Thanks AJC, I'm feeling pretty confident about the prog levels at least :) And our FS is great, we have a lot of faith in him. At least these last couple of months have helped us feel like something is being done to identify what our problem (actually the problems are all mine, not DH but that's another story) is.
I do know how hard it is not to stress, I will be exactly the same as you are when I am pg again and yep I'll be worried about a m/c if the symptoms are the same as last time too!! Makes perfect sense to me. I just wanted to try and reassure you about the boob thing though - for me having sore BBs won't be any reassurance that everything is OK KWIM? M/S on the other hand will be (and again I know this isn't the case for everyone) because I had it bad for about 8 weeks with DD and only very mildly with the last pg and it went away altogether by about 9 or 10 weeks (which was round about when our bub died :()
Glad you are feeling a bit better
-
jen - b6 did wonders for me! I started taking 100mg (on top of the already 50mg in my pre-pregnancy vitamins) on about cd3. If you O on cd26 then you might just have a really long cycle. I have found that charting my cycle is the best way to work out where things are at. It's a pain in the butt but it sure makes timing bd easier. You never know - just because you have a longer cycle doesn't mean you can't fall pg. if you bd at the right time then you have every chance.
megsmum - I've never had m/s ever. I have felt a little yuk a few times this time round but not even close to throwing up or anything. Most of the times it just feels like I've eaten too much. It's sort of a cross between af and being really busting to P. Makes such a difference when you have faith in your doc doesn't it. DH and I are so confident with our ob - he's done sooooo many tests for me so hopefully we'll be third time lucky. He removed a polyp late last year and I've read lots of different stories about m/c or failure to implant because of this then most go on to have a healthy pg. Thanks so much for the support. That's half the reason I don't think I'm ready to go on to PAML yet, i really want to be here to support and encourage you guys because you guys have got me through some of my worst days.
-
Hey Jen - I noticed that my cervix changed shape a bit after DS, it's more of a slit now, rather than round. I just need to catch up on where you're at cos' I haven't been here. Did you have any O pains or any other indicator of O? When is AF due?
-
Hi ladies,
Sorry I havent posted for a while, been so busy with work its been nuts!
Anyway, so much chatting has been going on that I cant remember everything and I dont think I could possibly catch up, so...i might leave the personals for now until I get back into the flow of conversation here, sorry
Im pretty sure I am ovulating or have ovulated in the last 2 days. I have been so bloated and have had some pain coming from my left ovary, which is a good sign for me. Also had a lot of watery CM, and a small bit of EWCM yesterday. DH and I have been bd'ing a lot, just for fun actually (I forgot I was ov, work has definately distracted me, I dont even know what cd im on at the moment, will see it when i post this i suppose ;))
Hope we caught the eggie  but not really feeling like this will be our month. Still feel a little bit like 'its just never going to happen', but i wont give up...as my friend said to me the other day,
'dont turn your back on faith and hope, you just never know when the heavens will be smiling down on you...you dont want to miss it do you?'
 for all you very special ladies,
Issy
-
fingers crossed for everyone in the TWW
i am waiting to 0 thought i had but temp went back down , i have a scan tomorrow see what my lining is doing and BT.
-
hello girlies:)
betty: hope your doing ok, good luck with tests tomorrow
issy: he he, sounds like your making the most of o time, enjoy ;) by the way, that was a beautiful quote, thank you
AJC: please try yo not be stressed out and just enjoy being pg, i know its hard, but its not fair that we lose the joy of being pg, i know when i get thare id love to try not to stress and enjoy it...easier said than done huh!
jen: fingers are still crossed fofr u :crossfingers:
mm: holidays? no fair!!!!!!
everyone else: those in the 2ww, praying it goes quickly, and you get to see that wonderful BFP., those waiting to o, have fun catching those eggies ;), and to those who are carrying wonderful little gifts from God, enjoy every moment
AFM, well, i had a full weekend, with a friend here to visit from Sydney, so we did shopping, shopping, and more shopping! Then, off to work this morning, and my car brakes down, so i instead spent a very angry day at the dealers waiting for it to be fixed!
So i think im on CD 13 now, but who knows when im gonna ovulate, as my last cycle was 39 days! Im off to Sydney on Wed for 4 days (ie CD 15-18), so im pretty sure well miss Mrs Egg this month unfortunately, but i guess, never say never!
-
Hi ladies.
Hope you are all doing well. Im so sorry i dont have time to do personals at the moment but i hope that there is lots of BDing going on and people are catching that eggie :D
AFM, my OH and i are about to start the BD fest for the next few days. Havent noticed any CM lately though so im not sure if im going to Ov when im supposed to. Have held out on BD since AF finished so hopefully OH will be in the mood for quite a few days :) ALso, might be TMI, but i have noticed a slight smell coming from my bagina (LOL) which smells similar to semen. Its weird, i clean properly and wipe right and its all generally non smelly down there but now i have this smell which smells like after sex smell but i havent had sex for 2 wks.. anyone? suggestions? its not itchy or sore or anything like that either..
-
Hello lovelies,
Abbey - Enjoy the bd fest as much as possible and gl catching the eggie. Sorry, can't offer any helpful suggestions on the "odour" - if it continues though and is still a worry then maybe a trip to the doctor?
Tina - Sorry to hear about the car troubles. Have fun in Syd and hopefully you would have been able to catch the egg before you go...
bettyboop - gl with the scan and test tomorrow,I hope you get some answers... let us know how you get on
issy - sorry that it feels like this won't be your month... I think sometimes because we are so intent on it happening for us each month it can take on a very "unreal" aspect - like it can never really happen for us. Good to hear that you are still staying strong and that you've had some nice encouraging o signs. gl for this month
AJC - great to hear that you're not scarpering off from ttcaml just yet! It is very encouraging to have you around and I'm so glad that this thread has continued to give you support. Not long now until you will get to see that lovely flickering jellybean on the scan! Here's some :stickyvibesgirl:
jen - How great would it be if our bellybuttons lit up when we ovulated! (lol) Like AJC said you could still get pg if you o on day 26, you will then prob just have had a long cycle. My understanding is that the length of time before you o can vary widely between women, but that once you o, your "luteal" phase will almost always be 14 days (normal range for luteal phase length is 10-16 days). Sounds like the b6 is a good idea if your concrned. It is in my preggie vitamin I take right throughout my cycle - I'm sure it can't hurt taking it now? Thanks for the advice re "keeping it interesting" (lol) - dh has been enthusiastically downloading various "movies"... hey whatever works right?! Are you going to test in a few days? You are being such a cool cat and an inspiration to all the 2ww'ers!!
megsmum - gl with your fs appt and tests too..
jodsan - Glad to hear the juice/salad/vegie fast went well and gl with all the studying...
plc and mmteacher - bellyrubs and :stickyvibesgirl:
afm - having some very encouraging "almost" o signs- lots of cm, and had a neg but very close to +opk this afternoon. So I reckon its prob o day wed (a couple of days earlier than normal). I've given dh and I the night off tonight in lieu of mega bd fest over the next few days... see you all when i come back up for air ( - lol)
:grouphug: and :pink-babydust::bluedust: everywhere...
-
Me again!
This is something else I've come across....for those who have not yet seen this site, it is very informative and makes me giggle - always very good to know that there is someone out there more poas obsessed than me!

Just a quick one ladies. So much giong on it's hard to keep up and do personals! Or maybe I'm just lazy ;)
My symptoms are still the same, which is a relief. I'd be so disheartened if my BBs stopped hurting. I told my boss today that I thought I was pg, as I really trust her and we can chat. She's dead excited and wants me to test, but I'm trying to hold out until Sunday when AF is due.
I don't have a whole lot of news to report, but wishing all you girls coming up to O time lots of luck and fun ;) Baby-dust and sticky vibes for all!

Jodsan--Thanks for getting back to me! Ok, no noticeable indications of O this month--did have some very light cramping for a couple days, but it was all over my abdomen, not just on one side. Also no watery CM. Last cycle I O'ed on CD18, and had watery CM (which I had never gotten before at O--don't think I ever noticed a change in CM until last month). So my chart said I would O on the 17th again this month, which after last month, I though would be spot-on. Haven't had any watery CM this time around. Also last month I had O pains on my left, so I thought I might have them on the right this time around, but again, nothing. Just checked again, cervix still very high and soft, still feels slightly open to me, and creamy CM. Thanks so much for trying to help me figure this out! Oh, AF due on 3o-31st.
Will be back soon for more persies!
-
AJC--Thanks again for your help! So glad you decided to stay for now, can't imagine what it would be like here without you! Took my first B6 last night, but only took one 50mg pill--should I be taking 2 like you do you think? Also still taking prenatals, and was surprised to see there was no B6, so then I probably should take 2/day, right? I guess it couldn't hurt anyway. Thanks again! Sending big cyberhug!
issy--Way to go BD'ing for fun! It's much easier when you're distracted, isn't it?
bettyboop--Good luck with O, BT and scan! :fingerscrossed: for you!
tina--Aahh, retail therapy is great, isn't it? Have fun in Sydney-- you don't miss that egg!
jenushka-- Yes, a light-up belly button would be a perfect indicator! Or maybe a sign on your forehead that says "O in progress"?! Glad to hear you're having some "almost O" signs, good luck for Wed.! I'm  that DH is enthusiastically downloading movies--we were lucky and found a free site online, so no worries about d/loading, we just watch whatever ones look interesting. Really cool because you aren't limited to 1 or 2 movies, there's literally thousands to choose from! Again I sound like a spokesperson for the adult film industry! Lol... don't forget those toys! Oh, and don't forget to come up for air!
Abbey--Have fun with your :bd: fest! C'mon little :sperm: go catch that egg!
Acria--Glad to hear your symptoms are hanging around--good sign! You're being so  about it, so patient... I feel more anticipation for you to test than for me! lol...
Hay smilanatu--:woot: for Memorial Day! No work! No school! No crappy Monday to deal with! How's things going girl? Hope things are well with you and your sweetie!

morning all
hey jen- you are a champ for doing that list. i couldn't believe how many BFP's we've had in such a short space of time, it really hit me that we are all going to get there, it will just take some time.
i guess you can add me to the TWW now, am pretty sure am about to o any second now...am exhausted because we have been BDing like crazy for the last 6 days, i always seem to o on CD19 but for some reason i get scared i will o early so i start early and wear myself out (not to mention DH). anyway, next month i will hold out a bit longer!last night and today i have felt some o pains on both sides, have watery CM and my temp took a dive. so i got one more crazy :bd: session in and now i am going to relax! DH is cute though, he says we are going to keep going every day for the next week just in case- at least it might keep me distracted from going crazy in the TWW!
i have been out of action for a few days so need to catch up on all the posts before doing personals- just want to send a big  to all, hope everyone is doing well.

Extension Update - the builders moved out yesterday YAY. They'll be back in to do a few little things, but all the spare timber and building stuff has been taken away. The room is ready to paint (we just have to find a spare hour or two). The new laundry/bathroom still has to be tiled - which is happening on Wed, then the plumbers will be back. The electrician came in yesterday and we have power and lights. SO, mostly finished with just a few more details to do. Should be done by the weekend.
AFM - still don't know where i'm up to, have appoint with gyno on Thurs, so will get the results of bt then and try to find out what my body is up to.
Jen - I love your list (look at how many BFP's we have on this thread).
PBStar - all the best catching that egg.
Betty - good luck with that scan today, hoping it will show the big O is about to happen for you.
-
:clap: JEN HONEY YOU ARE LEGENDARY!!!! The only complaint i have about ur list is that u r not on it!!!! :p
-
Hey plc--Went back and added my name to the TWW list! Thanks for thinking of me!
mollycat--Good luck with your appt. on Thursday! :woot: your house is almost done!!!
pbstar--I added you to the TWW! Sounds like you've been keeping DH busy :bd: Catch that egg little :sperm:, catch that egg!
-
Morning ladies
Just wanted to catch up and spread some :pink-babydust::bluedust:
jen - WOW - that list. You have excelled yourself this time. Only 1 thing will make it better and that is when everyone has BFP next to their names, & then their babies names next to that. I read that it is safe to take up to 200mg of b6 per day. I was worried that I started on too high a dosage. I guess if you start lower then you could always increase it if you don't see any improvement. I've actually cut right back now because I've read that it can cause defects on the forming bubba (arm & leg).
Bettyboop - GL for your appointment today, i hope you get excellent results.
tinak - I always say 'never say never' too. This month you'll probably be more relaxed because you don't think it will happen. That is when it probably will happen!
Acria - don't blame you wanting to hold off testing. It's sooo tempting isn't it! I held off so long last month that when I finally did test my heart was pounding I was so nervous.
Abbeyb, issy & jenushka. happy bding and I hope you all catch the eggies this month. jenushka - love the POAS website!
mollycat - GL for your appointment on Thurs.
pbstar - Good luck! Hope the tww flies by.
Sorry if I've forgotten anyone. Have a great day.
-
Jen, light cramping for a couple of days sounds like O to me. Some months I cant tell what side it is from either. One thing I am wondering about now if whether you are ovulating again. Do you know much about lunar fertility? I didn't really know anything about it until a few months ago when I O'd a week early. I had sharp pains in my right side for a couple of hours and I remember thinking it felt like O pains but thought it couldn't be. Then I didn't get any pains whatsoever when I was due to O (and I always O on day 14 evey single month), so I thought I'd look into it further. I went online to find out about it and came across the Jonas theory - and worked out that my lunar time was to the hour of when I felt the O pains. So I'm a bit of believer now. If you google Jonas theory or lunar calendar - you will come across a website that does your calculation for free based on your date and time of birth - dont pay for it. Worth a look.
Big hello to everyone else - I'll have some more time in the morning.
-
love the list , great to see where everyone is at. had scan thought i was day 14 but scan showed i will not 0 for another week atleast day 21 which is strange for me. dont know what my body is doing , lining is 4mm , that is good for me. fingers crossed for the TWW.
-
Hey Jodsan--You mentioned the Jonas method in the Gender swaying thread about a month and a half ago, and it peaked my curiosity. I checked it out and had sent you a post with some questions, but that was when you were on a break for a month. So I checked it out again this morning... the conception calendar came up May 17, 12:34 am, G?, risk 2. Now we did BD on the 17th, which was supposed to be the day that I O'ed--but it wasn't at 12:34 am! Does that mean that's the only day and time this month that I could get pg? Then I checked the lunarium, and if I'm correct it goes by your moon sign, right? I'm a Pisces, but guess my moon sign is Leo, so then another calendar comes up and the only day that has Leo on in is May 10 @ 06:11. The numbers under those for the same date are 19:38 7 d. Not sure what that means!? Didn't BD on the 10th, but we did on the 9th, and also the 11th-17th. So now I'm a little confused as to what this means! Especially when I think I had O pains last night--seemed like CM became a little watery and thought I noticed a few pulls or twinges on my left--they were quick twinges, though, they didn't stick around. I rather liked the Jonas calendar, where at least it showed the date being on the day I was supposed to O (and a possible girl!)! After inputting the watery CM on FF, it of course, changed yesterday into a fertile day (CD27) but AF still supposedly due on 31st. I don't know... guess I just wait it out and see (and hope and pray!) One other question, (sorry I know I've got a lot  ) If either one of those days were supposed to be days that I conceived, I should definitely be feeling some sort of symptoms by now, right? Just wondering if the feelings I felt last night could've been due to being pg instead of O? I tend to always have a more watery type of CM when pg... ok, I feel like I'm rambling, so I'll just wait to hear back from you to see what you think! The only bad thing about you being in Australia is that you're asleep right now, and I have to wait at least 8 hours to hear back from you!!!
Thanks, Jodsan, I really appreciate any info or theory you can give me! We should call you Dr. Jodsan!
-
I had a WONDERFUL holiday weekend!!!

jodsan and jen805, i was curious, so i looked up the lunar calendar that you guys were discussing. so i put all my dates in, and it said that im supposed to O on 14/5. That was the date that AF came, so im not sure if i did something wrong, or if we should be taking these things with a grain of salt! anyway, thats my 2cents in the argument!!!
DH and i had to set the alarm at 5:30 this morning to get one more BD in before we go to work, as i will be off to Syd tonight. Im so hoping that we have caught it, but OPK are still -ve and i dont feel any symptoms yet....but ive got 2 days right? is that how long the little guys will live in there waiting for Mrs Egg to come out? hoping its longer!
Ok girls, off to work, sorry no personals this morning...take care all :)

Hey tina-- True, true... but it also says "research shows that if such a moment falls on the days of menstruation the probability of conception will be very high". Who really knows anyways, right? I still think what's meant to be is meant to be. It was interesting, nonetheless, and used up some time that I had. It's always interesting to see and hear different theories on things--even the Chinese calendars and stuff, though I've heard it's wrong quite a bit! Grain of salt... :)
 you'll catch that egg! I think I read the :sperm: can live up to 3-5 days depending on the environment they're in. Good luck, and have fun in Sydney--or is it a business trip? Either way, enjoy!
Hey smilanatu-- Hey girl! Glad you had an awesome holiday weekend! Mine was boring, but I'll take boring over work and school any day! Good luck with O, go catch that egg!

Morning ladies.
smilinatu - thanks for the reassurance. Must admit, have been doing alot of  lately and it seems to make me feel more calm & relaxed.
bettyboop - glad your appointment went well. Rest up and relax over the next week and I'm sure you'll catch the eggie.
I don't know much about lunar fertility but it but if large part of our bodies is made up of water (and well the moon controls the tides doesn't it) then surely it makes sense that our moods and bodies must be influenced by the moon in some way.
Hugs and babydust for everyone!!!

Hi lovely ladies.
Sorry I haven't written for a while - have been away, but did quickly check in to see how everyone is doing.
I am on CD2 after having 2 AF's after my 2nd D&C. It is not quite as heavy as I would like. But it is the most painful one I have had in my life. Bit worried. Also, on CD 26, 3 days before AF arrived, I had intense pain for around ten minutes around my right ovary. Seeing my FS next week, but any clues, guys? I feel like such a hypochondriac when I get on this site...
Jen - your list is excellent. So many BFP's. Gives the rest of us hope!
Take care:pink-babydust::pink-babydust::pink-babydust:

Hey girls, just a quick one as I'm on the work computer and fairly sure I'm not meant to be on bellybelly ;) tested yesterday lunchtime though, and got a :bfn: . I'm not discouraged though, as really I knew it was too early, so I'll test again Sunday or Monday. Symptoms all still present. babydust and sticky vibes to everyone! :)
Lisa xx

Jen - As long as you BD within 24 hours either side of your lunar fertility time, then you are in with a chance. It sounds like your cycle O time is in synch with your lunar fertility time, sounds like they were both on the same day (if so, your chances of conception should be greatly improved)? It is possible you did O twice, would be the reason the pains were everywhere? I definately had watery CM when pg, but still not sure why your cervix would be open. Sorry, yucky question, is the CM slightly brown (apparently very common in early pg).
btw - I love your list - it makes it so much easier to stay away for a couple of days but still keep up!
Tina - Your lunar time only provides a possibility of Ovulating twice in one month, it does not always happen. Usually stress or lots of BDing can trigger spontaneous Ovulation at the time of your lunar return. The reason your lunar time came with AF is because your cycle is not in synch with your lunar cycle. The reason that the average monthly cycle for women is 29 days is because it goes in lunar months. Our bodies are something like 90% water, and just as the ocean tides are dictated by the moon, so are the cycles of our bodies. Of course there are many, many factors in the modern world that can throw us out of whack (such as hormonal imbalances, etc). I highly recommend working out your lunar time for the next few months, when it moves to a time outside of AF, BD lots starting from 24 hours before the time given and there is a chance you may spontaneously ovulate. Spontaneous ovulation at lunar time is not a given, but it does give you an extra chance for conception in any given month. If you can get your cycle in synch with your natural lunar cycle - you should have an even higher chance of conception. Apparently, the best way to do this is spend some time in the moonlight every night. Easier said than done, I have been going out every night for a couple of weeks to get some moonlight in order to get my cycles back in sync but haven't seen the moon because there's too many damn clouds. Unfortunately, my lunar return is two days after O this month, so I'm just going to make sure we BD on both days. Incidently, I am positive Aiden was conceived on my lunar return - I always O on day 14, according to measurements, etc, he was conceived about a week earlier (and he came a week early which is fairly uncommon for a first pg). The sonographer tried to tell me I had a 21 day cycle. Anyway, I looked into this a couple of months ago and typed in the dates for September 2005 and my lunar date was a week b4 O should have been. So I am a believer however, I have been watching my cycles closely over the past 7 months, and even with all the BDing for TTC, I have only O'd once on my lunar return. That month, my spot on 29 day cycle was only 23 days because of Oing early. That's why I say there is only a chance you can O at your lunar time (1 in 7 chance for me anyway). But I believe anyone TTC should work out their lunar times for the next few months and give it a go, an extra chance of conception is not a bad thing!
And Tina, is your CM EW yet? Sperm can live up to 5 days in EWCM. If it is somewhere bw creamy and EW, you'll probably still be ok. If it is sticky still, the sperm might not live as long. Fingers crossed the swimmers have a long, long, life.
Sorry, I've ranted a bit, I will have to pop on later for more personals.

Dr. Jodsan--You certainly never cease to amaze me with your knowledge! That's why I came to you! No slightly brown CM, but creamy white, and more watery last night than tonight. Doesn't seem like my cervix is as open as before. You're really amazing, thanks again! Guess I'll just see how it goes!
AJC--6 more sleeps! :woot: So excited for you!
Acria--Sorry to hear about your BFN--probably just too early, like you said. Good luck next try--when, on Sunday?
WTH--Hi, glad to see you're back! Sorry I can't help with your question on ovary pain--hope it gets better and you get your questions answered!
