Tegam: Sorry AF showed up, her timing sucks! 2011 for all of us!
Rose123: Eee! Hoping it's good news for you!
Milly: Glad your feeling better sweetheart, this is the month!
WouldloveaBubba: That is hilarious! You done good girl, lol. Fingers crossed this is the month!
MatthewsMum: Oooh, really really hope you got some good numbers! Thinking of you sweetheart xo
Ami: Welcome, sorry for the hurdles that you've been through, I hope your find support here
AFM: Expecting AF sometime today. Still feel quite sad about it, but I know once I'm actually on day 1 I'll feel better. DH printed out a temping chart and blu-tak'd it above the bed, so he's getting into the temping, lol. Took my temp yesterday and it was 37.1, and today was 37, but I dont have anything to compare it to, lol. Going to my sister's today for a board game party (oh yeah, we hang with a real tough crowd) so that should be good. Distraction is good.
ami-i'm sorry for your loss, perfectly normal to feel happy for someone while still feeling sad for yourself.hope af stays away....wouldloveabubba-thanks,just spoke to nurse and was told they used 2 straws so we've got 11 left....rose-sweet dreams....tegam-sorryaf arrived...millyd-good on you for seeing a herbalist, lots of people have had success going down that path..kitfaerie-how supportive of your dh,he sounds like a keeper....afm-made the phone call,i've got 16 embryos, need to call them on wednesday (day 3) to find out their progress. Also have made arrangements with clinic to return any embryos that don't make it to day 5 to me so i can bury them.
Mathews Mum - good luck - hope those embies are going well on day 3 - only one more day..... how are you coping with the wait?
Mo4 - I hear you sis.... it's just more of the same - worry! You'll get there.
Ionna macca - feel better girl. Are you able to just curl up in bed and feel sorry for yourself and devote your energy to geting better?
Reet - welcome! You are right, these are just wonderful women in here. I am sorry for the loss of your chrerished little bubs. A loss is a loss, no matter when it happens. You have the right to grieve your little bubs and your dreams. Grief is a very demanding and surprising journey.
It would have torn me up too if someone I knew told me they were ending their pg willingly after my losses, but that is their journey and their choice and they will live with the burden of their decision for the rest of their life.
Hope you get a big BFP soon. Hmm I bled for 8 weeks in Feb 09, but some was spotting and actually included AF ( not that I realised it at the time, but looking back on my temps and cm which I was charting but not reading).
Kit - tough crowd or not, I hope you had a good time. What "boardies" did you play?
Ami - welcome. I have to go back and read up, but I hope you're doing ok.
Hi to anyone else I have missed.
Murray, Ferals, TCALC, Crafty - thinking of you and missing you.
AFM - well it happened again, I stopped getting emails for this thread sometime late in March and only just realised. Although, at least it only took me about a week this time and not the better part of the month. All going well here - I still live with, what is at times, a crippling fear each day, despite my best efforts to be positive and thankful, but the specific things I am fearful of change as my journey progresses, so I suppose not even fear is stagnant. I think I am able to have some sort of sanity, just through sheer stubborness to be so very thankful for the blessing I have this day. I hope you all get to escape soon! Wishing you lots of babydust for April.
Bons - sounds like a nice weekend - fishing, chocolate, holding and taking in the beautiful aroma of a newborn, puppies and into the 1ww - good luck! This is your time.
Jenna - hiya! I have been off with the pixies lately and wrote hi to you in another thread DUH! They don't call me Dory for nothing.
Alice - I agree! There is nothing like it, except maybe holding our own cause then we don't have to give them back. I agree about the sweet sweet aroma. It is something special. I have a really understanding GF who just lets me nurse her bub although not so much now cause he is 8 months and getting too active and heavy now. I will have to find myself a new friend.! Ha, I dont think so.
Jenna, T hopes Ami,Jelly - I didn't read your posts before I posted. Another Dory moment.
Ami - fingers crossed.
Jenna -last couple of leads up to AF for me have involved feeling miserable with flu like symptoms, but not being backed up. Tackle some extra fibre and suck up some more water. I find sometimes just being constipated makes me feel nauseated - but boy am I hopeing that these are symptoms of a BFP for you. Hope your and the remote survived!
Thanks for the welcome girls, you know how in the real world sometimes it's hard to talk about all this stuff, and you don't want to make people uncomfortable? I'm thinking that I won't have that problem here!
Tegam, I understand how you feel about a 2010 baby, it's exactly what I said to my DH the other day. I thought I was going ok, then I thought about not having a baby this year and I just started crying... Good luck, and hope you find yourself in a better place in 6 months, we've got to be positive!
Happy Easter everyone, time for me to lay off the chocolate (well now that I've finished it) & keep trying to get healthy & lose weight for the next baby. I've got 12kg to go for my goal.

I got 12 days till i test but i also have that LAP surgery on the 29th of april so ill be sure to test before that even happens!!
Phew how hard is it to keep up with everyone?! I've had to go through & take notes (I really should be saving my note-taking energy for uni!). Here I go:
THopes - Good luck at the gyno, it's always nice to have an answer and a path of action. Hope it's something easy to work out for you!
Jenna - A friend of mine swears by prune juice, or even just prunes... Not appetising to me, but maybe it'll help? Also your poor hips, I totally understand. My hips have been ruined by my previous pregnancy, I carried DS to nearly 42 weeks & he ended up being 10lb 14oz, since then my hips just ache and ache. By 36 weeks I could only sleep an hour at a time, as I had to wake up every hour to turn over. My physio said I need to build up my core strength so my abs take most of the load (jeez that makes me sound HUGE!).
Jelly - uuuuuuuuugh that ****roach story... *shudder* Though at least it wasn't a frog! Keeping my fingers crossed for you for implantation bleeding! I'm with you about the worry about getting that BFP, my last pregnancy started with a VERY faint line, and now I'm worried that if the line's faint again that there's not enough hormone to keep the baby there and it won't stick again...
MillyD - you cheeky girl, though you probably won't have time to read this now that you're so busy BD'ing!
Rose - you're right, we should never give up hope. I just hate feeling so disappointed every month.
TTCALovechild - Lap surgery? Everything ok?
AFM (thanks for those that advised me!): Well got up this morning & tested with FMU, a super faint line at 10 minutes. I'm saying that you have to really look to see it. I know it could be an evap line... but as I said, my last pregnancy started out with a super faint line too. Of course I was testing before AF was due... though she's only due tomorrow, it should be close enough? But who knows, since the miscarriage AF's been a little out of whack. My first pregnancy was a definite BFP, came up straight away, but then of course, I wasn't actually TRYING, and I tested a week after AF was due (the day of my wedding!) ARGH I just want a definitive answer, I'm going crazy! My whole day is going to be centred around all this, in my head I'm like "Why not buy a different BRAND of test, that could make a difference...", but then I just feel like a crazy person (also we're broke!) , and think I should be PATIENT and if I just wait until say, Saturday, perhaps I'll get either AF or a definitive BFP/BFN. I don't know... I feel manic with hope, but also sidetracked by fear that it'll turn out the same way as last time. Waaaaaaaaaah!
Whoops, lost it a bit there. Sorry ladies. How embarrassing, and you've only just met me!
Morning ladies - oh my goodness. I've been feeling a bit off the last few days and thought I'd go POS a bit early - 10 DPO. And guess what - a massive BFP for me.
TCCALC - I miss you too - but its understandable that you're not on here much being so busy. Good luck with your LAP - is it a laparoscopy? Can you let us know how it goes? Big hugs
Ami, Jenna - fingers crossed. Ami no answers on how to keep the crazy lady at bay, I was a rabid tester.
Sararach - OMG CONGRATULATIONS- THAT IS AWESOME. I am so happy for you. Glad you get to be an escapee. It's not to early to be happy. Its not too early to be scared witless either. In all honesty, the fear doesn't really get any better, I think you just get a bit more used to having it around.
ami-the line even though faint, coming up in 5 minutes seems like a really good sign to me,there a lot of ladies that have had feint lines & pregnancy developed healthy. If you think it will help you,you could always ask your dr for blood test,i've heard that comes up with results quicker
