Polly: CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here's to a h&h 40 weeks!!
Smi: Hope you're feeling a bit better hon. :hugs:
Jen: Officially in the tww (not that I'm chart stalking or anything :P)? Here's hoping it speeds to a bfp, darlin!! And I hope everything is going wonderfully for you!
AFM: Just over 7 weeks to go!!!! Charlie is growing really really nicely and making her presence known at every possible opportunity. DH says it's like watching "Alien" but in real life. Nice. I keep on telling her that if she wants to come a little bit early she's MORE than welcome! I remember getting funny about people who complained about being pg when I was ttc, now I totally understand what they were on about. I can't wait to meet Charlie and cuddle her and kiss her and be a good mum to her, but jeez I am terrible at this pregnancy thing. The m/s is more than I can handle, which I think is the main thing, so I'm not very good company. DH pointed out to me that I've pretty much been pg for 2 years now and that probably wouldn't help with the whole "feeling fed up" situation. I guess I'm just ansty to meet her. And I'm rambling. A lot. Sorry.
To all you girls (sorry to those who I haven't mentioned- my brain is official mush) I'm sending you big huge piles of cuddles and babydust!

Polly - CONGRATULATIONS!!!! on your BFP :happyforyou: wishing you happy and healthy 9 months.
:hello: and lots of :bluedust::stickyvibesgirl: for everyone.
-
Polly - congrats on your bfp.. I wish you an uneventful 9 months
Julia - sorry to hear about your m/c. Spotting is just the pits isn't it! I had 17 days or so of bleeding and then spotting and I have a stupid crazy cycle which has me spotting normally 7 days leading up to when AF comes.. so by the time af goes I have had some type of bleeding or spotting for around 12 days on average... very annoying.
I hope the blood tests come back with some answers for you and I really hope the spotting stops for you soon!
thanks to everyone for your hugs and kind words. I am still feeling down, despite trying not to... but hey, I will get over it and I will get there.. it may just take a bit. we can't be 100% happy all the time so I just need to understand and remember that i will have some bad days as well as good days ;)

Polly: CONGRATULATIONS HUN AM SO PLEASED FOR YOU!!!!

I hope your stay here is a short ones and everyone gets the BFP's they deserve very soon!!!

NaeNae--TTC can definitely take over and control our lives! Sometimes it's best to stand back and just enjoy and be grateful for the things in our lives that we DO have!
Julia--:welcome: I'm sorry that you've come to join us, but look forward to getting to know you during your TTC journey. It took a looooong 6 weeks for my hcg levels to get back down to normal... I remember thinking how cruel it was for my body to be tricking me, because I knew I had m/c, but I still had all the signs and symptoms of being pg! Part of me wanted to think that the u/s had been wrong... .the dr was wrong... I was still have all these signs... my boobs were still big and full, still hungry all the time... it was definitely a cruel trick my body was playing on me! Please just know that you're not alone... we're here to help you pick up the fragile pieces of your broken heart--it's a tough journey--but these amazing girls will comfort and support you to the end!
Baby mush brains--Oh! I mean tutmae-- Hey stranger! OM freakin' G!!! Only 7 weeks left to go?!?! It hardly seems possible! So happy for you, and can't wait for you to get lots of snuggles with Charlie!
Wow, been a long time since someone has stalked my chart! Supposed to be in the TWW, but no sign of a temp drop or coverline yet! I thought I would at least get my coverline today--although I haven't gotten my usual bad O pains yet, I have had some other signs of O. Grrr... guess we'll see how tomorrow's temp goes, not much else I can do!
chappas & fifi--Hello, and big bellyrubs from me! Have a great weekend!
boble--You've definitely got your trooper boots on! You're amazingly strong, despite feeling down at the moment... it's truly inspiring!
smi & Shortcake--Happy Friday! Hope you girls have a great weekend! smi--thinking of you and hoping things are looking up!

Hi Girls,
Sorry have been just lurking as not well. Have mild OHSS, overstimulation from IVF drugs that makes you feel like you swallowed a watermelon. tummy fills up with fluid and is very uncomfortable. Looks like this cycle may be postponed. jsut found out that 12 fertilised out of 29. I think that is good?
Warm wishes to those pg, and with recent bfps, so nice to hear. Babydust to all of you!

Hi All,
I know I have been MIA over the past few weeks for which I apologise. All I have been doing is working and sleeping.......... I feel like a walking zombie but wouldn't have it any other way.
Congratulations to Polly and any other ladies I may have missed
Tut and Fificlaire..... cannot believe your big day is sooooo close. I'm a fwe days off 10 wks and things are going so slowly for me, s'pose I'm just anxious to get past the 12 wks. I would love to tell people around me as I think there onto me....... I have never had to lie so much in my life. Oh well not long now
See the doc again next Friday and he will do a mini U/S and then I have a formal is a few weeks.
I hope you are all doing well and that you will be blessed with a baby of you own very very soon.
Love always - Eash

Hi Ladies
Hope you are all keeping well. I have been awfully slack at keeping in touch but I don't want to upset anyone who is TTC. I know I wish you all the best and pray every day for your BFP's.
Jen805 - Thinking of you.
Polly - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! That is awesome news! I am thrilled for you. xxxx
Boble - Take as much time as you need. Only you know how you feel and only you can decide what is best for you. Look after yourself.
Tutamae - Good luck!!! You will have your precious Charlie in your arms soon.
Julia - Welcome. Sorry for your loss. This is a wonderful forum and the ladies here are amazing. You have found the best place to be for comfort, support and understanding.
Kazaraz - Welcome and good luck with your TTC journey. I hope it is short and all your dreams come true.
HannahD - You are amazing - never forget that! We all love you in here and you are so kind and understanding. You are very special and we all need you and love you.xxx
Our appointment on Wednesday went well. Everything is looking good so we are very happy.
Our scan yesterday was great! Our little Lamb is 28mm long and had a heart rate of 170bpm. The sonographer said we had a little wriggler. Our bub was moving and stretching all the time. It was so cute. It has a tiny head and little arm and leg stubs. So cute!!!
I hope you are all enjoying your weekend. Take care.
Theresa xx

hi everyone.
I did another hpt this morning and got a :bfn: and still no af yet either. I am not expecting a sneaky bfp though... I am fairly sure i am 14dpo today.. but maybe my body is changing since the last m/c? has anyone experienced that - where their cycles change after a m/c? I hope my body doesn't drag out the wait for AF if im not preg and it is inevitable - iykwim.
I am pretty sick of the spotting though - today is day 9 of the spotting i have been having - very very annoying!
I hope you are all well xx
-
Hi all,
Thanks so much for your support - I have felt like I have been travelling this m/c journey alone until now.
I am still trying to 'catch up' on where everyone is at, so apologies if I just 'sit' for a while....
-
quick update
af has arrived this morning. this was our first month trying again and I didn't think we would be so lucky to fall the first month, but was hopeful that it would all be easy this time around... oh well... onto the next month - looks like we are trying for a december baby now. So far my cramps have already started to kick in. I have taken some nurofen (because its all i had in the house.. naproxen is normally the thing that helps me through this first day) and hopefully it will help ease the cramps off so I can get back to enjoying my sunday.
hoping you all have bfp's just round the corner.. and lets make it a really short corner ;)

NaeNae - You're so right. Its so easy to become obsessed about TTC.
Julia - :welcome: I'm so sorry for your losses. It sounds as if you've had a hard road. Feel free to post whenever you're ready and to rant away when you need to. You have come to the right place. The women here are amazingly supportive - you definitely do not have to been alone in this. Goodluck with your TTC journey.
tutmae - Wow! Only 7 weeks to go! Its no wonder your getting anxious to meet your little girl. :bellyrubs: for you and Charlie.
fifi - Hi :bellyrubs: for you and bubs too.
Easha - Goodluck for the u/s on friday.
samandpoppy - Sorry about the OHSS. Sounds awful. Rest up and I hope you start to feel better soon. 12 out of 29 sounds good to me.
Theresa - Thanks so much. I'm glad everything is going well with you and little Lamb. And please don't feel you have to stay away. I personally love being updated.
boble - Sorry AF showed and is being hard on you to boot.
jen - DH bought me some bubble bath today so I have no excuses now. Just need to make the time. How are things with you? Any sign of O yet? :bluedust:
AFM - Today is my angel's EDD. Feeling pretty good considering. I think the last week leading up to it has been worse. DH went out this morning and bought me flowers, bubble bath and supplies to cook me breakfast. (Hasn't left himself anywhere to go for our anniversary next week, has he?). Tonight, I think we're going to the beach to watch the sunset.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Hello from the sad little work/home stuff/small tornado daughter person
Congratulations Polly on a beautiful :bfp: - may it come with confidence and comfort for you.
Jen805 - thank you very much for the :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy: as they are hugely appreciated - I have aimed to try and envision this pg as being completely separate to and different from the last one - but have had a bit of a nasty reminder this last week - was so happy when I hit the 9 wk mark with Little One as I had lost Marley by that point last year - but just before I m/ced last year I picked up a really nasty virus from the kids at school (no funny business going on there just in case you were wondering - teenagers - serious cootie material...) with terrible fever for days and coughing-up-of-lung attempts and I did always wonder if they contributed to what happened with being so run down and tired - and lo and behold - just hit 9 wks and DD and DP both came down with a lovely bug we all played pass the parcel with. It is just an annoying cold but it is amazing how these doubts creep into your head when you feel there are parallels - however slight. It is amazing what a talent your subconscious has for ambushing you even when you feel really good about something.
Easha - I am with you - am a small framed person and am getting a little thin on the ground trying to go camo on the whole - yeah I can hide this until 12 wks scenario!!! Needless to say - DD has already dumped me in it with a few people and DP caves if anyone even ****s an eyebrow in his direction - so far my family are probably the only ones with no idea and that's primarily because they don't live anywhere near us! I don't know who I will have left to tell by the time I get to 12 wks... Roll on the 12 week mark is all I can say!!!
Theresa - so happy to hear about your little one - it is so exciting - enjoy every moment!!!
HannahD - you have done an amazing job of finding so many positives on such an occasion - I don't know that I will be so strong in May.
I always apologise in advance to all of the wonderful women I do not get around to personally mentioning but I wish all our pg ladies a fantastic ongoing experience and am showering :bluedust::grouphug: in all directions on a regular basis - hopefully when I go on maternity leave I may get the chance to arm myself with a notebook and be much better organised for persies ;)
Much love to everyone
Karen van
-
Sorry brain like a sieve and not sure I can really lay it all on the pg yet at this stage...
A couple of things I forgot -
Ruthie - hope everything is going well with you sweeting
Mel - hope you are starting to feel that normalcy is an option again and that the healing fairies are attentive
Meh - hope you are travelling well and that your 'spring cleaning' is progressing to your satisfaction
boble - in relation to your question about AF after m/c - mine were bizarre for the first three months - first cycle had no ovulation but was the standard 28 days, second cycle was 40 days and PMS from hell and the third was normal 28 days but very heavy and painful - I had always been blessed with regular, fairly calm periods prior to the m/c last year - so yes it seems m/c can really play havoc with your levels - I would imagine the stress and emotional baggage that you have to work through often contributes to 'working things out' of your system to get back to where we need to be perhaps
Julia - I am sorry to see you here but you couldn't be in a better place - there is so much combined wisdom, experience and kindness in this women's circle - may your healing move you forward and at a pace that works for you
May your week be co-operative

I just had a read to catch up on all the news since I last posted. I am so glad that I found this thread, as its like you girls are living my life!
Polly - congrats!
Noble - my sister is pregnant and we would have been due 2 weeks apart. whilst i am happy for her, it will be very bitter sweet if her bub arrives and i am still not pregnant. but i guess we just have to find inner strength and have faith that good things will happen for us x
Julia - it sounds like you are having a rough time and its all uncertain! it will be better when you get your blood tests back, you will have a better idea.
if there is one thing i am finding, its that we can never know what our body is doing! i had an ultra sound friday night and there is no sign of cysts and no pregnancy. which i knew anyway, because if i am pregnant i could only be as much as about 4 weeks. the doctor has taken another round of bloods, as its almost 8 weeks since my af and 9 weeks since the miscarriage. my gosh, this ttcing feels like its takign over my life. i just want to now if i am pregnant. i did a stick test or 3 and we are sure its showing really faint lines, but i wonder if i am seeing something that isnt there. my dh says he can see it as well, but i dont know. so i get my new round of blood tests back tomorrow, we will see if that shows anything. i am tempted to go get more stick tests tonight, i am spending a fortune on them! i am not good at not knowing what is happening, and this is driving me mad!
to all the other girls i havent individually messaged, hi and i am keeping up to date with your news. good like ttcing and good luck if you have been blessed to fall utd! we all deserve a happy ending! xx
