Sorry in advance for the me post and no persies but I am dosed up on painkillers and still in a fair bit of pain so not so easy to type.....
Well, I had my op today and guess what I finally got some answers!!! The Dr found some mild endometritis which he removed and my right tube was also blocked in a few places with mucus! My left tube and uterus are fine.
I am sitting here crying happy tears and feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I didn't realise how much pressure I had put on myself and how emotionally exhausted I was.
For the first time in 15 months I have true hope again and I am actually excited about TTC again.
DH has been so wonderful sitting with me all morning and then he had to wait for a couple of hours for any news (he was a bit worried) as I was in recovery for twice as long as it took me a while to wake up - they must hve really knocked me out! He is waiting on me hand and foot. It just reminds me how lucky I am to have such a wonderful, supportive hubby who I love so very much.
In quite a bit of pain and bleeding a bit (with bits of blue from the dye - sorry if TMI). It was so worth it though and I would do it all again in a heartbeat.
Thanks so much to everyone for your messages of support, it means so much and I couldn't wait to post to you all to let you know how I went.I only got home at 3.30 and would have posted earlier but Mum and Dad have been here to make sure I was ok but posted as soon as I could. Even DH made a comment at the hospital about how I would be straight on here when I arrived home - well of course!
