I know I have been absent for a few days but I don't have much to report and I have been under a lot of stress at work.
I am so over having to deal with staff issues and lazy people who don't even want to be there!!
Just want you all to know I think of you all the time and I have been checking posts but I just haven't had the energy to reply or give you all the time you deserve. I am so sorry.
I will get back on track soon.
Love you all and sending all the best wishes I can muster.

Good morning girls! Just wanted to give everyone a big :grouphug: Sorry I don't have time for persies... today's the day... Spaghetti Dinner/Silent Auction, so much to do!! Will try to get to persies later!
-
Good afternoon Gurlies!
I tried to read through what I've missed and was just overcome...so I am gonna chicken out on trying perssies this time around. Please forgive me...:D
Okay a "me" post...had an appointment with the perinatologist yesterday...baby looked great heart rate still 163...it has been 163 every time...very consistent little one...LOL...did the First Screen yesterday...kinda anxious about it...also found out that due to the Lupus my blood is too thick and causing clotting concerns so I am going to have to give myself daily Lovenox injections...YUCK!!! Dr. says that without the anticoagulant I could develop small clots in the placenta which could distress the baby. So all in all...we've made it to 12 weeks YEAH  and there are a few concerns but nothing that can't be controlled at this point. Oh doc also told me we will definitely NOT be going to 40 weeks...apparently the placenta begins to lose some functionality in Lupus patients at around 39 weeks...so I'll be induced around 38 or 39 weeks if we haven't already given birth.
Keep us in your prayers...

Hi girls,
chappas - congratulations!!
zachary's mum - yeah #2!!
smilanatu - yeah well done!!!
AFM - Feeling so sad today, BT = BFN. Does anyone know anyone like me who has had many "biochemicals" (meaning just a little bit preg but did not stick, ie v low reading on HCG, mainly around 9 - 25), and then went on to success. I really need a cheer up story.
-
Hi girls hope that everyone had a great day.
Zachary's mum- sorry to hear about all your probs at work, it's very frustrating i know and definately not what you need at the moment, hope you can look forward to a relaxing weekend
chappas- hope your appointment went ok
smilanatu- great to hear that your bub is doing well
Samandpoppy- No success stories from me I'm afraid just big hug and hope your feeling better soon.
About me still bleeding suffering from alot of cramping, just wish that it would stop so we could start trying :wall: feels like it'll never happen
:grouphug: to all hope everyone is well and sorry for not many persies but have a 3 year old who has not had a day sleep running riot and very :crying:
:bluedust::pink-babydust:
:stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy:

Samandpoppy - Sorry I can't help with any success stories but you can always try starting a new thread and someone may be able to help you? Hope you get some answers.
jackjack - So sorry to hear you are still having cramps and pain. I hope you can get into the Dr and get it sorted out soon so you can start TTC again. Sorry I can't be of more help but I didn't need a D&C and my bleeding stopped relatively quickly.
Theresa - Sorry you have been so busy and stressed at work, remember to take it easy. Don't apologise for not being able to give us time, you just concentrate on your little one growing nice and strong :)
smi - Yay for a great heartbeat and for passing the 12 weeks mark!At least it sounds like the Dr's are keeping a close eye on you and are on top of everything. Wishing you a H&H remaining 26 or 27 weeks :D
Chappas - Hope everything went well at the hospital.
Jen - Hope your dinner/auction goes well despite the terrible lie your friend told! Glad you feel you have us to talk to and count on ;) Still sending NO AF vibes your way!
HannahD - Glad you confided in your mum, sometimes it makes it easier when you tell the people closest to you. It helps them understand why you might not always seem yourself.
meh - I'm with you, 2009 has to be the year for all of us!
megsmum - How's the m/s? At least you know it is for the best reason in the world! :stickyvibesboy:
Karen van - Hi, hope the m/s subsides soon although I know you weren't complaining. :)
AFM - Think AF is on her way which I am not upset about as I have my op next Tues and would prefer to get AF out of the way before then. They can still do the op if I have AF but it's not exactly a nice thought
-
smilinatu - glad everything is going well so far & the few things that have come up can be controlled. I was scared about having my bub early but the medical teams are fantastic. Sam came at 34wks & 4 days and did really well. There were lots of babies in the nursery tho who came around 28 weeks and they were doing well (with medical help of course) too. I'm sure no matter what this bub will arrive safely for you. Will be following your pg closely - please keep us updated. We're all here for you.
Hannah - big hugs and hoping you're on the road to your forever baby too.
jen - big big hugs  Hope your thyroid BT comes back with good results. Sorry to hear about your 'friend', I sometimes think lying is a disease. If she'd never promising the limo ride in the beginning then she wouldn't have upset you. People complicate their lives with silly stuff like that and it's annoying that they drag other people into their fantasies.
Hello & big hugs to everyone else. Won't even attempt to catch up & do more persies. Sam is doing great, growing so quickly. Bit unsettled at the moment but that is to be expected from time to time.
-
Hello ladies. Still no AF for me. Last dosage of meds was on Sunday. Just wish she would come already so we could start TTC again.
Wishing all my preggie ladies lots of :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy:
And all my ttc ladies :pink-babydust::bluedust:
-
Theresa - Sorry to hear you've been having issues with staff at work. Definitely not what you need right now. Take care of yourself and little lamb. :stickyvibesgirl:
chappas - How did your appointment at the hospital go?
jen - How did the silent auction go? And please tell me your ticker is mistaken.
smi - Yay for making it to the 12 week milestone. And with such a strong heartbeat too. Oh and just in case you don't already know, a baby is considered term from 37 weeks, so don't be too concerned about not going the full 40 weeks. Besides, you'll get to meet your bub that little bit sooner.
samandpoppy - I don't know of any succcess stories either. I can only offer a  and hope you feel better soon.
jackjack - Have you managed to get in to see your doc yet? I hope you get some answers soon.
Mel - I understand what you mean about getting AF out of the way before your op. I felt weird about the fact that I was already bleeding when I had the D&C (silly, I know). Hope it all goes well next week.
AJC - Big, big   for you and Sam.
shortcake - Sorry AF still hasn't showed.
-
HannahD--It is mistaken.... apparently the B6 is working! But :pms: is running rampant, and my temp dropped again this morning, so I'm expecting it anytime. It's fine... especially with as stressed as I've been lately, it's probably for the best. The auction actually went really, really well and I got lots of compliments! Although, my "so called" friend was working the auction part, and got very shady with some of the items that she ended up winning. I had to talk to the principal about her, because I've worked my a$$ off for these kids, and I won't let anyone make me look bad because they're taking advantage of a situation... I can't associate myself with people like that. And I was told that she actually admitted to someone that she forgot all about the limo! But the last she told me was a family emergency! Whatever.... that blow-out is still to come... I still haven't mentioned to her that I know!
Will let you know tomorrow how much we earned on the dinner/auction... but pretty sure it's over $2,000!!!
Sorry this post was all about me... Just wanted to explain the ticker... will go fix it now, but like I said... it won't be long before it's back to CD1.
:grouphug: and thinking of you all! Hannah... thanks for noticing--I hadn't even noticed!

The fright of my life!!
ok I've really got to vent. Yesterday afternoon we went to my in laws to pick up DS's floaties we'd left there the day before. DS was playing happily on the veranda while DH and I went down the yard to see his sister's new/first car. My mother in law was keeping an eye on DS. Next thing I know she's screaming out that he's in the pool fully clothed with no floaties on gasping for air. We race to him and he's ok but I have never been so scared in my life, he was absolutely terrified and keeps telling me "mummy the water hurt me it made me go up and down" it absolutely breaks my heart. To make it worse the reason he was able to get in there in the first place was because the gate was broken which my husband has been bugging them to get it fixed. I just keep thinking of what could have happened to him I keep getting this terrible image in my head of finding him in the pool it makes me feel sick. To add to the feeling last night an add for kids alive do the five came on and it said something like 3000 children under 6 have drowned since 2000. It's an extremely scary thought and really hit home to me. I guess I've just gotta be thankful that he's not part of that statistic.
Also still haven't gotten in to see the doctor hopefully this afternoon, three times lucky?? I did book into see a naturopath though, I see her on the 7th March and I see my new gynocologist on the $th March so :crossfingers: that March is the month for me.
Hannah and Mel thanks for your concern regarding the doctors, still no luck.
Mel- I hope you get it alloutta the way before your op :crossfingers:
Hannah hope your starting to feel better and that bringing up all this sad stuff is the beginning of something great for you :bluedust::pink-babydust:
Jen- sorry to hear about your friend. How frustrating  I can't stand people that lie so good for you for talking to the principal, hope there's a positive outcome
shortcake- hope it comes soon I can really relate to your frustration. I hate the waiting game!!
 that I can see the doctors soon
:grouphug:
-
Jackjack - I'm so glad your little boy is ok, how terrified you must have been! I'm just so glad it had a happy ending, there seems to have been so many drownings over this summer period. It's very sad and scary it can happen so quickly. Extra big :grouphug: for you and your family.
Jen - Good on you, I would have spoken to the principal as well. It seems to me she may be a friend you can do without. We are here for you
AJC - Great to hear Sam is doing so well. Give him a big  from all of us!
Well I worked out on was CD29 today (I had no idea) so decided to POAS. Not sure what I as expecting but got a BFN :( Even though I knew I wasn't I am still so disappointed. I guess a part of me was hoping I would get a BFP and wouldn't need the op. No such luck. Don't know why I thought this month would be any different to the last 15
I just don't know why it isn't happening and it is so depressing and frustrating.
Sorry for the vent, I am just a little over it at the moment. :wall:

Hi Ladies
Chappas - I am ok. Had a hard week but I have tomorrow off and I have taken Monday off so I am looking forward to 3 days of rest and no work!!!! How are you doing? How is everything going so far?
Samandpoppy - Thinking of you hun.
Jackjack - thinking of you and sending you lotsa  Here's hoping you can start TTCing soon. I am so glad your DS is fine. It must have been awful. Thinking of you.
Mel1979 - Good luck with your op. I will be thinking of you and sending you love and  for a speedy recovery. Thinking of you and hope you feel better too.
HannahD -
AFM - Having a few days off work so I have 3 days of not having to think about it at all YAY!!!! Have my scan on Monday and we can't wait. I think this pregnancy will only become real when we get to see our little lamb on that screen. I have been getting more and more m/s but I don't mind as it means our dream has come true!!!!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Take care and spoil yourselves - you deserve it.

Hi ladies,
Long time since I have posted, I know but I have not forgotten any of you and I have been constantly lurking, keeping up with all of you.
Erybery - Glad to hear my cycle buddy has had some luck. Congratulations!! I am stoked for you!
Mel - Sorry to hear about the BFN and that you are so down. I know that feeling all too well. Keep you chin up. Its not over until AF arrives. I hope that you don't need your op either.
Smi - Glad you doctor is keeping a great eye on you and your little one. Well done on reaching the 12 week mark.
Jackjack - We have not met yet. Welcome. Thank god that you found your DS in time and he is OK. What a scare for you, it would have been horrible. But at least he is OK.
Jen - Its not over until AF arrives, but I temp too and when it drops convince myself that it is over for that month, however, don't give up hope.
Theresa - Wow eight weeks already! You go girl! Make sure you look after yourself and that little bub of yours and try not to stress too much about work. I know that is hard sometimes.
samandpoppy - Hello, we haven't met either but :welcome: - I had a chemical preganancy where I got a very faint line last January, however I had very light bleeding for about 10 days which is why I did a HPT. After visiting dr, I had a HCG level of only 8 which meant that I had some HCG, not high enough to be BFP but not low enough to be BFN, so I had to go back a few days later but it went down not up. You haven't had any bleeding from what you wrote, so hopefully that is a good sign.
Hello to all the other girls I have missed. Hope you are all well and have lots of :BFP: in the near future.
AFM - Well after a 31 day cycle the first month of TTC after m/c I then had a very short cycle of just 22 days. Weird. Although I don't think I O'd the first cycle (I temp and it was all over the place that month) I did think I did last month as I had 13 days of elevated temps. I am currently CD10 (temp went up this morning so I am thinking a similar length cycle to last mth).
I am at peace with myself at the moment. Sure I still have that longing for bubs to call mine, but my sister just had a baby boy and I have got lots of cuddles in with him and am able to dote on him a lot. The fist day I saw him at the hospital I did think "this is what I lost" and got a bit teary, but I am otherwise in an OK place at the moment. My dream for the year is to have my forever baby by this Christmas, but that doesn't leave me much time!!!
Have a great weekend girls. Will try and keep posting a bit more often.
Polly :)
