How good is it now we can see who we are chatting to and what a good looking bunch of chicky babe's
Kyrawolfe- Quite a coincidence that the happiest event and our lowest points happened less than a month apart. Here's hoping next month we both get the positive BFP's we are hoping for.
Ha!! loving the tickers everyone is using! It is fantastic seeing everyone. makes it easy to keep track of where ppl are up to in cycles, due to test, tww etc.
better go to sleep now. Probably won't make it on again until next week.
Hugs to everyone and hope you all have an awesome weekend
BOO!!!
Just wanted to jump on the bandwagon and change my siganture too! :D
Hope you're all having a good night!
I just started back to work tonight, only did 3 hours. Nice and easy to start with..Im feeling ok, but for some reason or another, Im still tender?? The Op site on my belly button is ok, but the one on my pelvis is sore and my insides still hurt :(
On the plus side...:tmi: I can do #2's now!! It almost went to 6 days no poo..lol
I like how my ticker says 8 days till testing...but I wont be testing. I just waiting [im]patiently for AF so we can get going again..
Nighty night sexy ladies!!

afm, my sil called and asked me to be her backup birthing buddy if her hubby cant get back from base intime, she has 9 weeks to go, i said yes, but i feel ok about it and sad at the same time
 I haven't posted for quite a while, I have been constantly reading with you girls and I'm so pleased to see the BFP's.
Almost everyday I read up on what is going on, and I just wanted you all to know that as I have been reading I have cried, had empathy, gotten frustrated with myself, nodded my head as in to say...I know how you feel... and seriously laughed my ass off at some of you which has really brightened my days
I have my moments of alone time.....normally when DH is snoring in his armchair......where I find myself reading your pages and it really is supporting to me, even though you don't know i'm there!
The friendship you all give to eachother without judgement is such a breath of fresh air and I applaud you all.
WELCOME to all the newbies Hope your stays are short x
LOVE to everyone hope we are all smiling soon.
Afm, D-Day tomorrow and I can't sleep, I hope AF doesn't show, DH and I will be starting our first cycle of IUI if it does.
PS: I got on the bandwagon too.......!
Nighty nite XX
Cat: :crossfingers: for you testing today
Ferrals: it is sounding so promising for you! It is great that they are being proactive and you are having all this testing etc...I can't wait for your post with your BFP!
Coco: ummm....congrats on #2's???
Anila: I am happy to read that you could still feel happy at what could be a very sad time for you...such strength (and don't you just hate being told you are strong! I know I get sick of it lol)
Sunny, Cherished, Tanya, Sunbeam, Hannah, Zstar, Kyra, EliseLouise, JoshsMum....hope you are all well, healthy, enjoying being either utd or getting that way.
AFM. I have been a good girl and heaps productive this morning. by 6.40am I had updated over 40 products on my website, checked in with friends on facebook, read through what has happened here since last night and am now getting ready to head off to work. Feeling very proud of myself lol.
Its pretty def that RB is on its way, either that or implant spotting and I don't feel that is what it is. Pretty disappointed but can't do anything about it so am making plans for the next month to try and get home more often to chase the :pinksperm:
First lingerie party next Saturday...I can't wait! It is going to be so great!
Have a great weekend ladies....relax, get spoilt, spoil yourselves!
Fingers crossed for those testing. I know I prob still won't be able to help myself even though I don't think i am and its prob to early :)

I tried to do mine but coz im using my phone not computer i couldnt do it so will as soon as computer comes back. Well af arrived yesterday and i dont think ive ever been so excited to see it. I know we always pray for it not to come but this is my first since m/c and d&c so WOO HOO!! So now just have to wait for ovulation and then bd like crazy  Anyway better get some sleep before work tonight then the weekend off and all next week off too. Im babysitting my stepsisters gorgeous 5 month old daughter on sunday and im so excited. Cant wait. Talk soon :)
Good morning lovelies,
Have to be quick cos I'm off to see the specialist about my throat thingy. I have lost another kilo too
TinaR-Loved your list. Lovely to see everyone feeling so positive too.
Josh'smum-I'm very impressed with the jump back into exercize. I'm on the weight loss train too but not starting exersize till next week, great thing about Tony Ferguson you don't have to do much but I do want to get back to my walking.
Ferrals-I'm so gald they are being so proactive for you. It sounds very full on but it will all be so worth it when you know you are pg with a lovely healthy sticky bundle
Coco-glad to hear your poops are back to normal, horrible feeling not being able to go.
Absolutley loving seeing everyones photos, what a gorgeous bunch we are :D
Okay gotta go have a lovely day ladies.
Morning bellybelly's
ugh i feel terrible this morning.. day 2 of RB and i feel like curling up on the rug and crying..
Ive been feeling so anxious lately.. I had an awful dream ln that Boo had a cot death.. It was so real he was just gone and I couldnt be with him anymore, and no one could tell me what happened.. When I woke up I was still convinced it was real and panicked ran into his room! Iv realised after thaT how much iv been complaining about finding it hard to fall again, and not takeing into account what i do have.. Everytime i look at Boo he is more beautiful than b4, and is learning so quickly..
I still cant wait to make him a little brother or sister, and it still makes me sad that its such a hard ourney.. and i still miss my baby cub every day... but im going to try to take it a little easier and be happy with the gorgeous little family i DO have atm..
Eliselouis -=- CONGRATS on AF  heres hopeing this will be your month!!! things can get more exciting for you now :D
Kat-=- GOOD LUCK LETS SEE A BFP!!! thanx for the post btw, very sweet applaud :p
to everyone else -=- good luck! ttyl
Kyra
Hi Ladies,
Just wanted to let you all know that I couldn't help myself and tested today, :bfn: Damn it! Although I already knew that would be the case.
Kyrawolfe: Hang in there, as soon as AF has finished you can look forward to TTC again.
Sunbeam: I'm still sore from my Pump class Wednesday, although I did play tennis yesterday. If I do make it to the gym I won't do much today. The excercise isn't a problem for me as I do something every day. Its my sweet tooth, oh and my obsession with malteasers.
Ferals: Its great that things are moving along for you guys, it will all come around very fast.
Kat: Fingers crossed for a BFP for you. Make sure you let us know as soon as you POAS.
Eliselouise: Congratulations on the eventual arrival of AF. I know for me after my D&C I felt the same way, for some reason it gave me closure of the pregnancy.
Anila: I think being asked to be a birthing buddy is amazing. It would be nice to witness such a beautiful moment without the pain associated with it.
Coco- CONGRATULATIONS on being able to do #2's. I know the feeling of being absolutely terrified to go, it is not nice. But oh so much better when you finally can.
Tina- Good luck for the lingerie party next week.
About to take DS to creche. Today is supposed to be my housework and supermarket shopping day, but I think I will take the pooch for a walk instead, then maybe give him a bath, then maybe meet a friend for coffee, then maybe go to the gym. Its amazing how busy I can make myself if it means avoiding housework
Hope you all have a wonderful day.
Hi All :)
Pretty sure AF is here... wiped this morning and there was a tiny bit of blood.... put a tampon in straight away *sigh* At least she is on time :)
Had a bit of a cry this morning.... I would only have 7 weeks till I meet my little boy if all had gone well... I feel sick to my stomach every time I think about it. I miss him so much :(
Tanya- I'm sorry that AF has arrived. My heart really goes out to you. I'm so sorry that you are feeling so blue at the moment. I also felt a real urgency to be pregnant before my due date, but since that has been and passed. I am feeling optimistic that my time will come again soon. It must be difficult, especially losing Banjo so late in your pregnancy but try not to think of his due date as a deadline you have plenty of time for another bundle and I'm sure it will happen.
Hope your day gets better.
Wow, I haven't had a chance to check the boards for a couple of days and all of a sudden I can see how everyone looks. And they all look GOOD! I don't have anything current of me that I am happy with so I might leave my signature as it is.
AFM It looks as though I may have ovulated a little earlier in the cycle than I had been prior to my MC. I'm hoping that might make for a better quality egg so DH and I have been madly making the most of the opportunity. From all the back pain I had yesterday I think maybe that's when I ovulated so I'm probably entering the TWW.
Goodmorning ladies, Geeeez what a frost I woke up to, everything has turned to ice outside!
Tanya :grouphug: Sorry to hear you are having a low morning, I hope your day gets brighter.
Eliselouise Congrats you can now start a fresh cycle, goodluck x
Josh'smum I'm feeling your frustration........:bfn: for me too. I tested first thing thismorn.....Am due for AF to show it's painfull ugly face today but only the slightest of niggles, normally I get pretty painfull periods.
Cheers to having to check my panties all day for RatB!!!!
Morning everyone - we don't seem to be having a good week with getting :bfp: do we. Nothing much happening with me - have been off work sick all week with a dreaded chest and throat infection. Have been really careful with what I have been taking but unfortunately all my carefulness seems to be in vain. I am due for AF on Monday but am testing tomorrow at 12DPO before my best friends baby shower! Not feeling very positive given this is the first month since the D&C. We will see...sounds terrible but if it is a :bfn: then I think I will drown my sorrows with a drink or two (thats all it will take as I am a cadbury as I only drink on very rare occations) :D
Hope everyone has a wonderful day
Good luck with testing tomorrow SSM :D I have everything crossed for you!!
Hi all,
Just dipping my toes in the water here, won't be TTC until october on doctors orders but will start to try and track my cycles to see what they will like post d&c.Here's my story:
On 8/7 i went for my NT scan i would have been 12w5d, but bubs had stopped growing at 10w5d. It was (and still is) devasting and went for a d&c that friday. It was such a shock as i had nausea the whole way, no cramping, bleeding or anything. The baby showed to have a neural tube defect so i am on mega folate doases of 5mg day for 3 months before TTC again. After all that i got an infection and was put on oral antibiotics which did not work so on sunday i was admitted to hospital and styaed there unwil wednesday arvo on iv antibiotics. I am home nowm thank goodness and can now work towards feeling better and gettting on top of things.
Just thought i would pop in and say hi.
Anila - nice to see a familiar face in here, shame it is under these circumstances, hope you are doing ok sweetie.
Hope everyone else is well and looking after themselves.
Hi sparkles
Sorry to meet you under such awful circumstances :(
Its so hard to lose a baby u truely tried hard to have.. Im glad to hear that u found out what the problem was tho so you can work on fixing it for the future bubsy..
Sounds like you've had a real rough time getting better :(
Anywho you've come to the right place.. Everyone in here has experianced a loss (sometimes more then one) so at least you know you are talking to people who can understand how you are feeling.. and theyre all very supportive chickies who always seem to know what to say <3
Takeing folate is an awesome idea.. Im on the pre pregnancy tabs atm plus iron (as i dnt really eat much meat) And DH has been takeing tablets that assist his lil men in being the best they can ;) TMI but o well :p
I guess one thing to keep in mind is that your baby will always be remembered in your heart.. and will always be a part of your family. so long as you aknowledged and cared for them as much as you could during your pregnancy.. than youve done the very best you could for them.. and maybe there purpous is to watch over your next little bundle of joy and make sure nothing happens to them :)
Anyway I hope your stay here is short.. and you can inspire us all very soon with a lovely sticky BFP!! :D
ttys
Kyra
ooo sparkles, my heart is still breaking for u, i am soo sorry for ur loss hun.:
Anila - nice to see a familiar face in here, shame it is under these circumstances, hope you are doing ok sweetie.
It seams weird that we went through ttc together and now we are ttc after a mc together, i really hope that when october comes u will get ur earth baby, again im sorry for ur loss.
tanya, awe hun, i hope its not af, im sorry if it is.
well i just walked in the door had been out shopping with my sister and we were on the way home when we had a semi tiff about me not dealing with my mc, and it ended with me in tears.
Then she goes on to tell me if i wasnt overweight i might not have lost the baby, and it was MOTHER NATURES WAY!!!!!
Im sorry but im so freaking tired of hearing that!!!
I have had enough, there should be a ban on that frase!!
Hi again
Sparkles - so sorry to see you here...I remember you from the TTC thread, really sucks to meet again here. So sorry everything didn't go to plan...I too had symptoms up until my D & C, it is really frustrating that sometimes your body doesn't do what it is meant to. Hope your wait to start TTC again flies by....
Anila - what is it with people being insensitive - some people are so heartless. Dont worry about the overweight comment - I never got it but was very surprised I didnt. I am fatter now because of what has happened than when before I conceived. I asked my doc and although they say it can increase your risk so can so many other things - think if you believe everything you read it could get to a point of believing if you sneeze it could cause M/C. You are obviously capable of having a baby despite the size you are - at the end of the day no one can really pinpoint why it happens so why do people feel the need to make you feel bad about yourself at a difficult time. Personally if it was me - I wouldnt be associating with anyone who wasnt supportive and encouraging of what I am going through. Chin up sweetie...number 6 is right around the corner...I believe I was right last time with you getting up the duff...I have faith in you.
Tanya - thanks for the crossing but it didnt work
I couldnt wait until tomorrow to POAS and I tested and got a :bfn: I think saying I am disappointed is a huge understatement...I am not more fertile.....why not! Sorry venting - DP is in Bali so I have no one here with me. I knew either way this month was going to be hard but this sucks!!! I guess there is nothing left to say than bring on next month - watch out DP you wont know what hit you!
Hi girls, I have gone back through the posts to see who asked me what tests the OB was doing but for the life of me I can't find it!.... Maybe it was in the other thread? SO I will post this reply in both of them  The OB is testing both dh and I for genetic compatability to make sure there isn't something going on when his spermies meet my egg. He is also testing for blood clotting and immune problems with me plus he is sending away the tissue he took out today to see if anything comes up there. All in all the op went well today, Selangor private hospital is so great, they really looked after me, I did however have a very unexpected cry as soon as I woke up which lasted for about half an hour? I totally didn't see that coming....
Sparkles I am sorry to hear of your loss, this thread will be a wonderful support for you and I am sure your stay will be a short one
omg superstar, after reading ur perssie to me i now have more tears in my eyes, u are such a beautiful person, thankyou for ur kind words, i was just telling hubby what my sister said, and he is so mad at her, saying she should just keep her mouth shut, she is insensative etc.., thing is, my sister ment it all with love, thats jsut what she does and as much as i do understand that, it still hurts..
sorry u got a bfn, i do hope its just too early for the hcg to give a second line, i like ur positivity though in ravashing hubby when he gets back, lol'
Anila- OMG I can't believe your sister upset you so much. Unfortunately it is difficult for others who haven't been through a MC to know how it affects you, both physically and mentally. I have been the first in my family to have a MC (I have 2 older sisters) and "natures way" line doesn't make coping with your loss any easier. The worst I am finding now is everyone telling me to "relax" and "just enjoy the TTC", don't these people know that telling someone who is feeling anxious to "relax" automatically raises anxiety levels. I have had numerous tiffs with family members lately, which is why I have now turned to all of you lovely ladies rather than talking about these things with them.
Sparkles- Sorry that you are here with us, I hope you find all the support you need. My family has a history of neural tube defects. With my DS I was referred to a genetic counsellor. The only real prevention is high dose folate prior to conception and for the first 14 weeks. I was also referred for an additional US at 16 weeks to check spine and more importantly brain development. Whilst he is perfect (well maybe I am a little biased) the thought has occured to me that perhaps this may have been the cause of my MC last year, who knows. Anyway I hope your stay here is very short and very sweet and you get your BFP and sticky bub soon. WELCOME!
SSM, CatKat, and all those others with BFN's but still no AF. With my DS I first tested 4 days past AF due date and came up with a BFN. 3 days later and with first morning wee with still no AF tested again and got a BFP- I don't want to give anyone false hope but it really isn't over until AF makes her unwelcome visit. That pregnancy went through without a hitch (well with terrible am sickness and me being induced due to eclampsia- but you know what I mean- end result was DS).
AFM- I have made some calls today to some Chinese herbalists and acupuncture people (as well as successfully avoiding all my housework ). Is anyone else heading down that route? I must admit I am a little bit of a sceptic but I guess it wont do any harm to give it a go.
Sorry forgot to mention.
Sunbeam- CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss. That is awesome!
Kyrawolfe: Heres to a peaceful nights sleep tonight
Giant hello's to all the other wonderful ladies on this site hope you have an awesome weekend.
Josh'smum Thanks for the kind words, I still don't have AF and still only the tiniest niggles every now and then so in couple days I will test again if still no show.. I get my own hopes up every passing hour! So don't hesitate to give hope x it's nice eitherway.
SSM Sorry to hear you got BFN, hope your in my shoes and just to early to show second line, :loveshower: We throwing you a loveshower tomorrow instead of a babyshower...will be thinking of you babe. Take a deep breath and hold your head high. When you have your little bundle to celebrate, everybody will remember how supportive and gracefull you were, and you will get spoilt rotten!!! x
Cherished Glad to hear your op went well, darling our time will come and it will be more than great xx
Anilla I'm sure your Sis does mean well, and if I received a dollar from each person that recited the whole "NATURE" thing to me, I certainly wouldnt have to stress about how many pregnancy tests I just got from the chemist thisafternoon ;)
I'm sorry for your loss Sparkles. I hope that your stay here is supportive but short x
Have a lovely weekend ladies, unwind!!....not 2 much Cadbury!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Josh's Mum. Actually a friend gave me a business card today. She knew of an acupuncutrist who specialised in Women's health problems including fertility and she thought I might be interested. It's a lady called Belinda Tan. She is out in Lilydale so I'm not sure if that is of any use to you. She has a website so you can have a look and see if it's what you are seeking.:
AFM- I have made some calls today to some Chinese herbalists and acupuncture people (as well as successfully avoiding all my housework ). Is anyone else heading down that route? I must admit I am a little bit of a sceptic but I guess it wont do any harm to give it a go.
Belinda Tran Acupunture
SammyP- Thank you so much for the website. I had a look and she looks quite good. I am over the other side of town and made an appt for next friday with a lady based in Essendon.
Josh'smum- I actually went to an chinese/ herbalist accupuncturist who specialises in fertility 4 days before i conceived last time and we'd been TTC for 6 months. So i have another appointment with her on monday to try and get my body back on track. I was a little sceptical at first but it was the only thing we did different during the month we fell pregnant, so here goes again.
All i feel like i'm doing is pill popping at the moment, i am still on 2 antibiotics 3 times a day for another 10 days which make me feel like crap, dizzy, awful taste in mouth and no appetite(my jeans are falling off me, not good!), my mega folate, my normal preganancy vitamins(which ob said to keep taking). Can't wait for my next ob check up on 5/08 to know all is fine up there, don't you wish sometimes you could just see for yourself what is going on in there? :)
Anyway better go shower and start my day.
CHERISHED: That sounds very promising in regards to how thorough your ob sounds! Which my healthcare provider was as reassuring and committed! When should you know your spemies meet eggies compatability? Im so happy that you feel satisfied with how things are progressing..........
Im still lurking everyone else................and your photos are awesome! Makes such a diffence to put the journeys to faces...................makes it more real than 'cyber world'!
Take care all!
OMG so f***ing annoyed!
across the road and one house up dicided to throw a massive graduation party ln with god what sounded like 500 17 yo drunk people there! THey started at 12:30 am this morning and had there music and subs up so loud the whole house was shaking! they were fighting out the front and screaming and singing and carrying on with crap until 5:30 am this morning! Me and Hubby called the cops by the 6th time boo woke up crying cuz hes was scared stiff from all the comotion.. No one but the dog got a gud nights sleep i think LOL!
My poor DH had to go to work at 7am this morning he was very ticked off! We heard another neighbour go up to them somtime around 3am and yell at them that he had to go to work and to STFU! and the lil basterds told him to F off and blah blah blah!
GRRR!!! GRRR!!
anywho im prolly going to crash for a nanna nap when boo has his afternoon nap later..
Who STARTS a party at 12midnight anyway? WTF!
Sparkles-=- I know what you mean! Sometimes i wish i could see through a glass panel on my stomach and know exactly whats going on in there! hehe..
Josh's mum -=- No i didnt get one as u can see :wall: hope u did tho.. are u testing soon, looks like its close to bout that time eh?
anywho hope u are all doing well <3 let me know :)
<3 Kyra
Ive found that ppl who start those parties at THAT time are selfish,or simply just crackheads! :p
:goodone: sunny
ill be cracking some heads in a minute! :protest:
Anila: Your sis is being a cow...you take as much time as you need sweety
Kyra: Holy crap! I would have been megga piissed!
Sorry everyone seems to not be having a good day...but I need to confess something! I have some news!!! And its pathetic but you ladies are the ONLY ones who will understand :P
I just bought a 3 wheel jogging pram for $10.00 and a cool bouncer thingy for $15.00! :confetti:
The only thing wrong with the pram is the back right wheel needs to be fixed, its wonky, and there is surface rust on a bit of the metal you push down for the stop brake. But otherwise its GREAT! It is sooo light and its small so fits in my car perfect (i have one of those new model barinas) and the bouncer? Nothing wrong with it! Just needs a little wipe down! YAY!!!!
There is a second hand place off the roundabout at Wallsend here in Newcastle and they have all second hand baby stuff and it is SOOOOOO cheap! I didnt bother getting clothes or anything just saw the pram while driving past taking Anthony to soccer then took a sharp turn to snap it up :D
Are you you giggling at me there?
Now! All I have to do is get pregnant!!!
hhaha you scored girl!!
thats actually a gud idea..buying baby stuff can really get u in the spirit eh :)
When we first started trying for our bubs.. I went out and bought all these baby clothes and swaddlers and muslin wraps, we even bought a brand new bassinet that me and DH picked out together! (im very lucky to have a husband that gets as clucky and enjoys shopping as much as i do! and hes not even gay :p although it doesnt do that well for our spending control hehe)
Then when i got pregnant i went even more crazy and we had nearly everything we needed by week 4 lol!
I gave it all away except the bassinet when i misscarried, cuz i was just so sick of looking at it and geting upset.. I chose the wrong person to give it too unfortunately :( she took it all without a thanx and rubbed having her baby in my face afterwards, and she doesnt even take care of her these days :( we dnt talk anymroe and i dnt think ill be gettn that stuff back ,.
but uv inspired me coco :D i might just go out and go baby shopping next week to get me feeling clucky again :D hmm.. theres a toy sale on at target.. maybe i can lay by some stuff for bub to be and some christmas stuff 4 boo..
but for today i think im going to stay in my pj's lol, thanx to our loverly neighbours
mm.. you girls are the best for a smile ;)
Sunny my good friend, the test results for the genetic stuff & clotting and immune stuff take about 2 weeks and we got them done on Wed so not that long to wait now, not sure about the tissue tests from the D&C yesterday... I guess the OB will let us know when we call to get the other test results :) Hope your'e doing GREAT!
Kyra - I went to the Target Sales at midnight when they began and it was madness. I hadn't thought it would be so busy because the rain was pouring down but it didn't seem to stop anyone. We wanted to layby a cubby house for DD and I wasn't sure how popular they would be so I made sure I was there when the doors opened. As it was, most people were interested with the small stuff so I was able to walk straight up to layby and be served immediately. The teenage boy was dressed as Harry Potter and looked so sweet. I walked back through the baby stuff and thought about putting something away in case there might be another baby but I felt a bit sad to. Truth is, if I don't fall pregnant in the next couple of months we will have to call it a day. I thought if that were the case and I did layby something for Christmas for the baby then it might just make me sadder when it was time to pick the layby up. The baby I just lost was due Christmas Day.
Anila - I find that family feel they can be a bit more brutal with you than most others. From them I get, "Well at least you have your daughter" and I think, yes well she's one of the main reasons I want another one. She is always so desperate for other kids to play with. They mean well though. Mostly with them I try to pretend that it doesn't matter as much to me as it actually does.
