Hi everyone,
Just wanted to pop in and see how everyone was going. Not much action here at all. Still. Looks like Sunday isn't the only day for sausage, eh? eh? lol.....
Kit - How did you go today? Stay strong, hun. We're here for you no matter what.
This is a bit of a 'me' post so apologies in advance, but I'll make it a quicky, promise. :) I got another +opk today (darker than yesterday's even), so wondering if yesterday's didn't quite count? Anyway, I was wondering if it should go negative again fairly quickly, and if it does, can I assume I o'ed? I felt slightly crampy today and had a definite hard twinge on the left side. Hoping I didn't O today because I didn't end up getting my sunday sausage as planned. I've got him pre-warned for tonight though, so hopefully he won't pull an 'i don't feel like it' out of the hat. Only thing I want to see pulled out tonight comes out of pants. Haha... For now, I'm going to assume I O on day 16, which is exactly right according to my 30 day cycle length. So tonight is 'perfect' timing. I hope. Here goes nothing!
Hi to everybody else, and good luck! Murraycod- when are you testing? Reet- how are things with you?
-
Hi Ladies
Forshelby - If you got a darker OPK today it means that your about to O i would count yesterday's one as a negitive. They say when you get a +OPK you are most likely going to O within the next 24-36 hours. So get that sausage sizzling!
-
hey girls!
Forshelby - Porsche is right! Get your groove on tonight and tomorrow night! Happy humping! :bd:
Alice - hello! Im doing good, thanks for asking after me! Just plodding along, getting a little nervous about my op next Monday, just scared i guess that they will find something bad :( how are things going with you?
dory - howdy!! I stumbled across a forum the other day with an old post from you, it made me smile so much cause your pregnancy ticker was attached! It was so beautiful to see it, you are doing such an amazing job... good that you kept your appt, im sure it will put your mind at ease. let us know how you go xx
Audux - great to see your name! Hope everything is going fabulous for and the little one! xx
Iona MAcca - hope your having a nice time away!
possum - how are you?? xx
Kit - how did you go at the docs sweetness?? xx
Ferrals - how are things going with you? Dont know if your still around but im thinking of you and hope your ok xx
AFM - nurse called today to go thru all the details of my op next monday. ive been a little worried as obviously we tried this month and it may be too early to detect with urine test, so she has organised for me to have bloods done on Friday so that we are certain! Doubt that I am, not feeling anything other than still feeling crap from my UTI! Thank god the worst of that is over!
Just a question for anyone that has had a laproscopy whilst TTC.... do we have to wait a cycle b4 we try again or were you able to start right away? I guess it depends on the doc and what they find huh??
This will be my 4th lap but havent had one while we were trying so a bit unsure??
Anyway, enough about me .... how is everyone else doing???
xx

Hi everyone,
Sorry that i haven't posted in a week: My computer has been broken and i just got it back. Haven't had the chance to log on to belly belly (I won't do it at work because in theory they can monitor our internet use and this feels like very private stuff).
Thanks to everyone who sent birthday wishes. Had a nice family dinner and then a girls' night on the weekend (DH stayed with DD so i could go out). I was very spoilt with DH wrapping up lots of little packages for me.
Kitfaerie: I'm sorry you've had so much sadness and stress in the last week. Waiting to hear how your dr's appointment goes.
Murraycod: 1ww down, 1 to go? I second Alice's advice: cramping can be good. I got cramping for 10 days before I got BFP with my DD and it persisted for about a month. It was like period pain but low down the sides rather than all the way across my tummy.
Craftymummy: Sorry for BFN. I also am approaching 1 yr anniversay of when I last fell pg *sigh*.
Alice: i had no idea chickens were cuddly! I got this great image in my head of you opening the door and a cluster of chickens looking up at you expectantly! Good on you with your diet persistence. And thanks for the credit: I'm claiming copyright on 'in tune for June'! I agree Crafty: i hope we do not 'Cry in July'. I was thinking i'd like to be 'Fly in July' (that's some sort of slang for something cool right?!) We better fall pg by then cos nothing rhymes with August!!!
T-hopes: glad you liked your FS but sorry he has concerns about PCO. Hopefully a little of the drugs will fix you up (ie Clomid). A friend of mine with PCOS fell pregnant almost immediately on Clomid (although i know that story could be both hope inspiring and irritating!) I will wish that the days hurray up for you so you can get your testing over with (or a BFP so they can get cancelled).
ForShelby: I've also had a month where i had a second line two days running but with the first test the test line was a bit lighter than the control line and with the second test the two lines were more similar. So that was the LH surge. After the LH surge/ positive OPK i find the second line disappears by the next day
Porsche, Dory, Mathewsmum, Saffy, Loops, MsKara, Reet and anyone i might have missed: hope everything is going well. I've missed BB heaps in the week I couldn't log on and DH was clear that the second we got the computer back i was getting the first turn! Catch up with you soon x
-
Hi Ladies
T-Hopes - We tried right up untill my lap. Not that it worked and we tried straight after the lap and that's when we got our BFP.
-
Hi Ladies,
Just another quicky before work, will do some persies later on tonight.
I had another +OPK this morning. (FMU doesn't seem to be a problem for me.) This one is more like the first, obvious, but slightly lighter than yesterday's. I've read it's not uncommon to have 3 days of + in a row.... but now I'm getting impatient. We did get busy though, lol. And yes, that sausage was sizzling. :) I definitely don't feel as crampy as yesterday (so far), so I'm not sure what to think right now. I guess I timed it as well as I could.
Thanks for the advice Porsche, T-hopes and Possum magic. Possum- Should I worry (or get excited) if it's still + tomorrow?? Burrow little egg, burrow! :)
Have a great day, everyone.
-
KitFaerie - still thinking of you....hoping no news is good news and you're just giving yourself some time out to settle your mind and body. Sending you lots of love
Alice x
Back later for more persies - have a good day everyone
-
Alice - I love chooks too. I agree they have distinct personalities. I have never owned a chook but lots of my friends did growing up and one of my friends recently had chooks and she did a really good impersonation of each of her chooks. Hilarious. We keep our cats inside and restricted outdoors via a cat enclosure. I can't bear the thought of my precious fur babies inflicting harm on other creatures. I know its just them being true to their nature but still. ..... glad you saved your chookie.
T-Hopes - thanks. I spoke to the mods about my signautre and they said it was only an issue in current posts and not previous posts. It is pretty exciting, and pretty scary. Every day from last Wednesday is a personal best for me, so even more reason to think each day is a blessing. That's a it hard today. Dropped one of the fur babies off for a tooth extraction at the vets and I am not coping very well, which is unuusal for me. I am weepy and glum. Just about to watch a video and go to bed. Best solution for an overcast day which matches my mood!
T Hopes - can't help with the tcc after a lap. My friend had one recently, I think she just waited til she felt well enough after the procedure. Thinking of you both for Friday and Monday.....
Foreshelby - enjoy your "2 for Tuesday" sausage sizzle. I know this sounds wrong, but I actually love a sausage in a bun at a bbq.
Possums - know what you mean about work. I have checked a couple of times at work, but never posted. Big brother is always watching at work and I ran the risk of my internet privileges being withdrawn. Good to have you back.
Murray - not long to wait now.
Crafty - you must be down into the 2ww from the 3ww now....?
Not much else to say, need to curl up and feel sory for myself ( about the cat). Thinking of you Kit and Angelic. Take care blossoms.

Ok, there's hope. Yesterday was just a doc's visit, not a scan. I still really didn't want to go. Basically the doc spoke to a couple of obs who said that there's every chance I'll be bringing this baby home. The bleed isn't a big deal, the size is still ok for 6 weeks, and as long as there's a heartbeat we're in with a shot. I'm still worried, cos the scan on Monday showed CRL of 2mm, and the scan of Friday showed CRL of 2mm, but babies can grow right? And early scans aren't the most accurate. The heartbeat wasn't 80, it was 83. I know it's not a huge difference, but it means a lot to me. The ultrasound tech made me feel like I should say goodbye to this baby, but the doc said the ultrasound tech was stupid, lol. I have morning sickness, which is really lovely, I never had it this bad with Splat and it only stuck around for a few days. The doc also said she doesn't want me to get any more scans til 11 weeks. Basically, if I'm gonna miscarry, it'll probably be soon, and if I don't - then I'll probably see a baby at 11 weeks. So I'm deferring my exams, which is good cos I've done limited revision this week, and just concentrating on this baby and not throwing up. My Mum said she spoke to all of us kids lots, so I'm talking lots to Tiger, and DH sings to him/her. I dont think I could bear to lose this little one. I've been reading everyone's posts so I know what's going, just haven't had the heart to do a big reply. I will soon though. I love you all xoxo
-
Oh, Kit, fingers crossed so tightly for you. You're so very brave. xxx.
-
LOTS OF GOOD VIBES, POSITIVE ENERGY AND HOPE = I AM PRAYING FOR OUR THREAD
KIT - Hope everything goes well for you. What a rollercoaster week for you.... Always remember -" there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel" and your Tiger has the support of all the near and dear one and our prayers. I wish you Happy and healthy Pregnancy once again and you have a joyful time ahead. Decision of deferring in the exams is Good one, Atleast you can focus on the most important part of life i.e. motherhood. Just Relax and enjoy sweetheart. Sending you alot of Sticky Vibes xoxoxx
MurrayCod - How are you going my dear? Testing next week. I wish this month is a miracalous for you and you that that piece of happiness and Joy you and your partner waiting for. I think of you alot of times xxox
Craftymummy - How are you? Good line - In tune for June. I know we few people are waiting for that BFP from a long time and you said it right to me in the reply, that why I am thinking negative. I think the fear is ruling my head and only thought come to my mind are so scary that I dont even want to discuss it. I know, how Long I waited and worked for this BFP and now I am the one who is scared. Crafty I am praying for you BFP this cycle so that You can move one happily to new life. I think its a testing time for all of us and in this Journey I have learnt one thing "Motherhood brings happiness and life, and also bring the fears of a mother and it starts when we start thinking of our own baby".
T-Hopes - All the best for your appointment, I hope all goes well. I dont know much about Laproscopy but with memory I remember ANITA (TTCALOVECHILD) mentioned that in few of her replies. Hope Your TTC journey is short as well. Thinking of you.
Matthew'sMum - How are you and hows things going? When are you Testing?
Ferrals - Where are you? Hope everything is going fine and good with u?
Reet - Hows things going with you and how are you feeling?
Foreshelby - All the best for BD session. I hope this month = those spermies catch the egg and seal the deal for you and you get to see those wonderful Magical Lines. All the very best hun.
and to all my friends i have missed - I hope everyone is busy in TTC and their day-to-day chores.
AFM - I have resigned from my job yesterday and i am giving the best to this pregnancy and all the time wonder about the symptoms of pregnancy (though i have very little symptoms, no morning sickness, only sore boobs and tremendous tiredness). I was sick frm past 2 weeks with cold and cough, feeling little good since yesterday. Went for my 6 weeks u/s on 20 May - saw the round sac, but no HB yet and the tech said its too early as the pregnancy measured around 5w6d, and he said you are on the borderline for seeing a HB, so i have got next u/s appointment at 9 weeks, somewhere around 9 June. Just praying to God that everything is good and my baby bean is developing well. Thats all from me.
Will talk to you all again
Heaps of Love and good wishes and :bluedust::pink-babydust: to all in 2ww
and special :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy: sending your way KIT. lost of wishes and positive vibes on your way.
Love,
Ric

My Darling, darling Girls, so sorry I haven't posted much, I doing it a bit tough to be honest, and just can't bring myself to type anything. BUT, I have decided I need to drag myself out of this hell I'm in, and keep my mind buisy by chatting to you all X
I'm 8dt4dt today, and have been suffering cramping, pretty much since embryo transfer. Just the same AF cramping I always feel, so I have lost hope in this cycle being the one. As I sit here now, I am flat out cramping, it is all day non stop, from the moment I open my eyes.
Every morning, I wake up, feel the boobs....nope not sore....wish that I feel nauseated...nop not sick either, just bloody cramping!
Crafty babe, sorry AF turned up, but atleast we can try together again next month, huggs to you honey X
Ric, oh sweetheart I am so over the moon for you, I can't wait to join you in the pregnancy forums one day!! You lucky girl quitting your job!! Take rest babe, you wont have much more time to do that so enjoy!!!!!!
Kit honey, I'm still praying for you and your little bean, it's a fighter, and I am thrilled your hopes are in a higher place now. You are a strong girl, and so is your little one, so hang in there XX
THopes, yes I tried straight after a lap years ago, the doc actually told me, that after he had done the die test through my tubes, I had more of a chance at falling PG for the next 3 mnths because he 'cleared the way' so to speak!
Good luck for Monday honey, don't be scared, everything will work out fine XX
Happy humping Forshelby !!!!;)
I'll go read back a couple pages see who I missed, my memory isn't the greatest as you can imagine!
Love to you all, thanks girls for asking about me, it means so much XXXX
-
Back again, ladies. Time to do those persies as promised.
Dory - that sausage in a bun comment did make me chuckle. I do like them, but find I can't help but giggle when I'm eating it. Sorry to hear about your poor furbaby's tooth, I'm sure it's more traumatic for you than it is for your kitty. I get all uptight about leaving my cat or dog anywhere, all I can think is 'they think I'm leaving them!!!!' Every time though it turns out fine.
Kit - That's great news, hun! I'm so pleased there's some hope here. Like you said, as long as there's a heartbeat, there's a chance for your little Tiger. I know it'll be a long wait for that 11wk scan, but I'm crossing everything for you that it's okay. Glad you feel sick, too (lol not in a mean way). All these things are good signs. And the doctor is right. If something is going to go wrong, it would be sooner rather than later. So far, so good right? Stay strong. You've been so brave, and really inspiring. :)
Ric - Thank you for the well wishes. I hope this is the month, too. It seems like I waited forever to start TTC, now I just want to get it done!
Murraycod - I'm sorry you're feeling down. But try not to lose hope..... af like cramping can be a big pg sign. It ain't over yet, sista! Thanks for wishing me happy humping, too. lol....
AFM, Wondering exactly when I o'ed. I'm pretty sure I did, since CM has mysteriously dried up all of a sudden. It's almost non existant today. My boobs are still sore from O, not sure what that's all about. WAY too early to have any symptoms so it must just be because O was yesterday judging by the complete lack of CM. Hoping for a -OPK tomorrow. I only have 2 left so I'm just hoping things go according to plan.
Sorry for the TMI, lol. And I guess I'm now officially in the TWW. *sigh* Are we there yet? :) Good luck to everyone.
-
urgh - lost my massive post, stupid prepaid wireless!!! (the joys of being on holidays) so just doing a quick one!!
Kit, so glad that there is hope, am thinking of you and we are all here to help you get through the next 5 weeks!!
Ric - yay on feeling so sick, it is always a good sign
crafty - sorry to hear that AF has arrived but here is to june, we are going to get there!!
murraycod - it's not over until that darn old witch shows her face so keeping everything crossed that she doesn't and that the crampy is from your lil emby snuggling herself in
forshelby - hoping the TWW flies by for you!!
bons - hope things are all ok, hugs to you sweety
Hi to everyone else - I am thinking of you all!!
AFM: CD9 so the bding bonanza will start soon, hopefully...DF and I had a pretty major fight our first night on holidays where I slept on the couch, things seem to be ok but not the best but I don't 'o' until the weekend so we should be fully sorted by then FX. Well ladies we are off to sydney tomorrow for the state of origin (go qld hehehe) so will catch up with you all either in the morn or on thurs
take care lovelies
xoxoxo
-
Fingers very much crossed for you Kit. U/S people can be awful, and have no tack at all, and I'm sorry you had to deal with such insensativity.
Hugs
Bec
-
Agg must have missed a page! Stoopid me - tired though so know you'll all forgive me.
Kit! Relieved to see your post lovely and think MurryCod said it best - hoping for the best for you and your bub - lots of love to you x
Dory - how's your furbaby? Do you need to give him special food for a while now the tooth is out? I hope snuggling up in bed did the trick today. x
MurryCod - damn those cramps :( hoping that you still might get some startling news but know that sometimes you just have a gut feeling anyway I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. x
Crafty - I asked my TCM doc about taking Maca and the herbs and it's fine to have both, you don't need to stop anything so keep going and that's great your cycle has evened out to 29 days and you are getting a good flow - I'm still feeling sure for you so hang in there
Foreshelby - I haven't used OPKs so can't help there I'm sorry but sounds like you are doing everything right so fingers crossed
MatthewsMum - that flu you've got sounds like a doozy - hope it leaves you alone soon - must be close to three weeks now? Hope that's it for you for winter
Bons - sorry you have been feeling down love - hope you feel better soon. We're all here for you x
Reet we haven't heard from you in a while - hope you are doing OK.
Ric - great news about quitting your job and glad to read all is going well with you
Hi everyone else - sorry for not doing more persies tonight, had a long day.
Take care everyone
Alice x

Kit: Yeah, U/S technicians do not always know what they are doing, neither do drs. I had some bleeding early in my pg with DD. I was away on holidays and a local GP sent me for U/S at local hospital. There was no HB but the U/S tech just said cautiously that it was a 'very early pg' (nothing bad) but the supposedly specialist local dr who interpreted the scan wrote in his report that bc there was no HB it was 'consistent with a blighted ovum' (ie not going to grow into a baby). I was very upset but nothing happened... bleeding stopped. I went to my GP who sent me to an OB (a few days had passed by this time). The OB said he'd do another scan himself because he didn't want to do a D & C and find out he'd accidentally done a termination. He did the scan himself... and there was my DD, HB and all. It had just been too early to see a HB a few days previously. My mind boggles when I think that the OB could have just trusted the first U/S and done the d & c. The moral of the story i guess is that wierd stuff happens in early pg and it aint over til it's over. I'm wishing very hard for you that all goes smoothely from now on.
Murray cod: i can only imagine how hard it is to wait to find out what the outcome of your ET is. But i wanted to say: it's not a bad sign that you only have cramping. As I said, i had cramping early in pg with DD and i had no other symptoms until about the day AF was meant to come (day 30) when i started to feel a bit off and tired. Pg symptoms are often not so different to AF symptoms (which i guess is why we are always so desperate to POAS!)
ForSHelby: sounds like your timing was good. The sticks that show one line lighter than the other don't count. It's the one with two similar dark lines that is the winner (which it sounds like your middle test was).
Ric: did i say congrats yet? What a lovely day to get a BFP, mother's day! Will await further posts with excitement. Hope your cold gets better soon.
Bons: Have missed having you around. Sorry you're having computer troubles too and that you have been feeling blue. Can we help?
becnxavi: welcome to the thread
TTCALC: sorry i think i forgot to say hi. Hope you are now all recovered from your lap. COngrats on your recent winnings!
Iona Macca: Hope you get great make-up BD! Arguments with hubby are par for the course for everyone at times i guess but better earlier in the cycle than right on O time!
AFM: in TWW. Trying hard not to think about it. I don't trust my body any more. I don't believe it remembers how to combine one plus one and get three! But it would be loverly to be surprised!
-
Possum, hang in there hun, you can do this. I'm sending you happy strong vibes XXX
Dory darling, how is your littl furbaby going?? I hate to see my pet's in any discomfort, my DH tells me I give animals way too much credit for thinking like humans, but I can't help it, I guess I was braught up that way.....hey, when I catch a fish I throw it back after taking a photo, yeup, how soft is that!!!!!
Hope you are feeling well yourself XX
Iona, hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday, and hope you had fun last night!! I'm sure you and DH will work whatever it was out, sometimes it's nice to have a decent barny, freshens the air and the make up love'n is great!! WootWoot!!!!! Have fun, and enjoy your time away X
Forshelby, hoping you caught that egg honey!!!!!!!
Crafty, how you going???? You made me cave, I was going to hold out with you!!!! But you gave in FIRST!!!!!
Alice, take it easy sweetheart XXXXX
Ric, hope you are feeling well XXX
Kit, so glad that things are looking up, I am desperate to hear more news when you have some yourself XX Hang in there, your little bean is a fighter X
Bons, am jumping into cyber land right now to give you a big warm hugg, hope you are well today X
Girls sorry to miss people AGAIn, this wait has totally done my head in.
I caved thismorning, I ddecided last night the cramps were totally bringing me down, and I had to know, either way.
So thismorning I did it, I was freaking out, as soon as I peed on the stick I ran out of the bathroom thinking to myself 'What are you doing stupid woman!!".
So I ran back in to throw the evil stick in the bin before I could read it properly, but to my shock, there were two, very srong lines on it. I've never seen it before so dark, have only seen fake pos from pregnyl injections from my IUI's, and they were way feint.
The test line is as stong as the controll, my heart is racing, I don't know what to do now!
-
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Oh MurryCod this is such wonderful news and if you've had a fake +ve before from the pregnyl then I reckon this time you are rockin' girl! And that explains the cramps!! Your body is high on pg hormones!!!!!!!!!!!!!:leap::confetti::loveshower:: dance: Well done!!!!!!!!!! I hope this pg is a happy healthy one and so looking forward to hearing all your updates and I'm def stalking your bb group!! xxxxxxoooooo

YAY FOR MAY!! I knew you could do it Murraycod. I vaguely recall telling you I had a good feeling about this month for you. This is me telling you I TOLD YOU SO! lol... CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to hear all about your appointments etc. Exciting!
Possum- To clarify, all 3 days the lines were all as dark as the control line. It's just that the middle one was darker than the first. and the third. Ah well, it's done now. I guess I'll know in a couple of weeks if I timed it right. Or held my mouth the right way, or whatever the heck you've gotta do to get pg easily around here. lol
AFM, This morning I got a -OPK. I think? It looked a lot lighter than the others, so I'd made up my mind was negative, but after roughly 6 minutes (I know, against the rule, after the time limit) it was as dark as the others. I'm still counting it as a negative though, because (TMI WARNING HERE..) my CM is so so dry it's crazy. It's a desert down there, girls. I swear there might have been sand in there, it was so dry. Haha. In other news, I was really irritable today, and cried at work over something relatively small. I think I was just overly frustrated. (nothing new there, those people push my buttons and I cry when I'm stressed out) I also have tingly/achey boobs. They NEVER tingle. For now I've decided I'm overly hormonal, mostly because of the crying.
Hi to everyone else I've missed, and apologies. I'm still a bit all over the place after my workplace meltdown. Hope you all had a better day than I did!
-
*Sharp intake of breath* Murray Cod: That is soooooo exciting! I'm an IVF ignoramus so i don't know what you do but it sounds like you could do a little POAS dance perhaps?!! Keep us posted on little Cod xx
-
First things first! MURRAYCOD!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! OH MY GOD THAT IS SO SO SO GOOD!!!! When are u going for an appointment??? Just kick back and relax for now. So happy for u!!! xx
Kit- Oh wat a rollercoaster ride.. u poor girl. but it sounds like its going to be ok, i really hope the next 5 weeks go kinda fast, but try and enjoy being pg. Forshelby- Oh i hope u caught that eggy! it sounds like u gave it ur best shot! it also sounds as tho the opks almost did ur head in too! it can all get a bit confusing! :) Sorry to hear u had a bad day at work today.. i believe coming off the pill made me a real person with real emotions.. when i was on it im sure i never cried as much as i do these days.. i always have a good reason tho!! haha yeah right! Hope the next week and a half go very fast!!!
Ionamacca- Sorry to hear about ur fight with dh, welcome to my world at the moment! Pity u were holidaying at the time tho.. i hope ur still enjoying urself. enjoy the footy tonight!
Ric- I hope the next 3 weeks go super quick for u! Enjoy each day tho.. in 7.5 months u will be wondering where the time went!! Oh and good on u for resigning from ur job, enjoy the break :)
Matthews mum- Great to hear af arrived finally! Are u over the flu yet?? i hope so. Keep us posted how u go this month. I hope its successful for u too x
Alice- Hello, thanku for asking how i am going.. just been laying low for a bit. I hope ur doing alright. Have u had any secret chocolate binges yet?? If u havent then u have super willpower!
Hello Dory, Porsche, ttcalc and everyone else reading!
Afm. Like i said before, just been laying low, havent had the best few days. Me and dh have been arguing for the last 3 days.. well not really arguing more like the silent treatment.. its better then arguing but u dont bloody get anywhere! Im not going to go into our issues but basically i dont think dh is ready to have a baby yet.. he says he is and thinks he is.. but actions speak louder then words. So i have told him today that we are putting it on hold til he gets his s**t together. I am going to find it sad and hard at ovulation time but ill get thru it.. hopefully he pulls his head in soon! I think hes going to be working away at 'o' time anyway for the next couple months so if he doesnt make any effort it defintely wont be happening! I just feel like i have put so much emotional energy into ttc and he hasnt made much effort at all.. i dont think he really realises what i have been thru and am still going thru. Its all good tho, we'll work it out, its better off that we sort it out now rather then bring a baby into it.
Another thing which has been upsetting me is my old little 13 yr old dog has pneumonia :( I was so upset when i found out yesterday morning. I had been up with her for 2 nites patting her back and giving her honey in water etc. I thought my pup had possibly given her kennel cough after the nite she went missing and ended up in 'lockup' with all the other dogs. I had googled all these home remedies and wanted to try them before i filled her up with drugs, nothing worked tho, im so glad i didnt wait any longer to take her to the vet..my poor little darling. Shes getting better now tho, thank goodness. I just know that pneumonia is usually the final straw for old people and they die soon after getting it, so i was imagining the worst yesterday. Ive had her since i was 11 so its going to be absolutely heartbreaking when i lose her :( I cant believe what these dogs have put me thru in the last 3 weeks! I hope the next few months are happier!
I havent tested for 3 days, at the moment i cldnt handle seeing a bfn, i decided im just going to wait and see if af arrives, i think she will.. ive been feeling little cramps and am very bloated and my skin has broken out.. and with the way the last few days have been going i dont think ill be heartbroken, it just means the universe is trying to tell us we are not ready!!! Its already given me enough signs by making my body go crazy on me over the last few months!! Will let u all know in a couple days whats going on. I will still be extrememly happy if i do get a bfp tho.. and im almost positive dh will then pull his head in quicksmart!!
Sorry for the all about sad me post... i think with the way im feeling af is defintely on her way.
On a happier note..
CONGRATULATIONS AGAIN MURRAYCOD!!!!!!!!! :)

MURRAYCOD!!! YOU'RE PREGNANT BABE!! So so ridiculously happy for you :) Well done my love!
This is gonna be yet another short message, despite taking a maxalon I'm still not feeling super-hot (yay!). Sooo...had some cramping yesterday, freaked out, called DH, went to emergency, no bleeding, had beta's checked and they were 84,000!!! I think this little bubba might just be hanging in there! So got an appt today to have a scan, scans at 9:20. Doc also said that the ultrasound place I went to is a bit dodgy, so I'm staying with the hospy clinic. The super duper embarrassing part is that the doc thinks that maybe the cramping was caused by constipation! Shame! LOL! Still quite scared that there won't be a baby in there, but I definitely have hope.
Reet: Could just be last minute ''omg I need to be a child cos I'm gonna have to be a father'' stuff? We had hols just after we decided to start trying and I was researching on the net and DH was playing Wii and drinking for like a week. And then wanted to spend a bunch of money on fairly inconsequential stuff and drop out of uni (awesome father prospects there). I just rode with it, and it passed. And now he's taking such good care of me, and tells Tiger he loves them each night.
Alice: Your doing so well, love you babe xo
Crafty: Giving up caffeine sounds like a good idea, keep going! There's hope! I totally credit maca with my BFP, did you get powder or tablets? I couldent face the powder, got the tabs, lol.
Foshelby: Eep! TWW!! Good luck sweetheart, let us know all your symptoms, even the crazy ones :) xo
MatthewsMum: Yay for day 1!! Back on the road my dear, this is the one :)
Ok, gotta go get ready and steel myself for the scan. Oof, getting quite scared again now. I will relax eventually.
Oh wait! 1 funny thing - while I was in emergency there was a chick in labour and she was crying and yelling (baby was breech apparently! ouch!) and she said was calling out and saying it hurt and moaning, and then she started yelling - I've changed my mind, I dont want a natural birth anymore! GET ME DRUGS!!!
I thought it was kinda cute, just cos it's something I can imagine doing! She was also yelling - Noone told me it would hurt this much! The scary thing is that cos she was still able to talk, does that mean that she wasn't in full labour yet? Cos if it hurts that much at the beginning....ARGHH! LOL!

Kit, wishing you all the very best for today hun, I am sure it is going to be reassuring news, hang in there!!!!
LOL about the constipation thing, Iv'e been constipated since EPU on the 13th May, pooping out rabbit pebbles still!
Reet, my Labrador had to have xrays done about 4 months ago, and came back with a nasty choing like cough, at first I thaught his throaght may have been irritated from being under the anasthetic, but it turned out he got kennel cough from the darn vet.
I had to get him put on antibiotics, it was too horrible to listen to him coughing like he was, and after a few days of being on antibiotics he was as good as gold, then my minature foxie started coughing..........................so I had to get her put on antibiotics also, was very p****d off, cost me so much money for something they did.
I hope your pup gets better soon X
My DH goes through stages like this too, don't take it too heart too much, I was like, how are we meant to bring a baby into the world if you refuse to grow up?!?! men deal with things in their own male sort of way, might not be the most appropriate, but let him go, he will pull his head in soon enough, I promise X
Forshelby, I think workplace breakdowns and hissyfitts are quite a common occurance in this thread!! I have them daily!! Thanks for the 'I told You So', ;> Anyhoo, I think it's better to have my fits at work, rather than at home!!!!!
Possum, huggs darling, thanks for reminding me to breathe!!!
Matthew'sMum, day 1 cycle for you woohoo finally!!! Am so excited for you!! Will you be doing a natural FET, or will there be meds involved?? Will be keeping a close eye, wishing you all the best in the world X
Iona, I do hope you are enjoying your holiday, and the make up sex is in full swing by the weekend!!! Go catch that egg!!!!XXXX
Dampre, that is one hell of a long cycle you got on your hands there, are you normaly regular? I hope you don't have to wait too much longer for the visit, so you can get things moving along X
Jahzara, the biggest tightest huggs to you honey, hope you are well XXXX
Oh Thopes, that buiscuit comment, I'm still LMAO at that you know!!! Always putting a smile on my face!! Am reading Eclipse ATM, is keeping my head buisy, not helping the pregnant porn though, i'm so darn randy but too scared to ahh.....get one off so to speak LOL !
Becnxavi, thanks darling XXXX Hope you are well XXX
Well, did another test thismorning and that second line is so much stronger, I am starting to get a good feeling now that it's starting to sin in a little!!
Beta on Monday, am pretty excited to see what my numbers are, and a bit aprehensive to!
Am needing some advice, I have a chocolate cake date with my GF, the one I mentioned a while back, that is going through donor IVF, her 5th go. She wen't through menopause when she was 19/20, and is going through such a difficult time not being able to fall PG. Her and I have become so close, we talk about everything, when her FET failed last month I was devistated, I always wanted her to be PG before me, I know I am much stronger than she is dealing with this, I guess she has been through so much heart ache too.
Well, ofcourse she has been there for me every single day, making sure i'm well, fussing oer me and so on, and I need to tell her today I caved. I don't know what to say to her.
I know she is going to be totaly excited when I tell her, but when I leave and it sinks in for her, I'm worried about how she is going to hold up.
I love her too much to see her hurt, but I can't keep this from her, not when we have shared so much.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated XX
Love to all of you X

MurrayCod - Just wanted to congratulate you and wish you all the best. This is such wonderful news. Not sure what advice to offer over your friend. Maybe you could start with telling her about all the cramps you had and say you have a good feeling about this and see how she reacts to that. Ultimately, your being concerned about her feelings will be appreciated even if she does find the news a little hard to take.

hi girls!
Murraycod - gorgeous woman!! Im so happy to hear the line was darker this morn! Fab news! I guess you need to tell your friend, she will appreciate your honesty and be touched by how concerned you are for her!
