Mum22 - ahhhh your cute little belly. how was your day?
loops - hope things start looking up for you we are all here for you xoxox
dory - are you and your DH going to remember what to do :p
sorry im sure ive missed people
Ive just been trying to clean the house - got a shift in the morning so no chance tomorrow to do it. its impossible with a DD who refused to nap or let me clean she just pulls it out right behind me. i turn around and its all undone
I sooooooo don't feel pregnant at all. Makes me stress but i maxed the dye out on the FR this morning how cool is that it was dark dark before the control line even appeared. i don't think it can get any darker so guess i should stop poas as that was my last one. come on symptoms i want to feel something!
-
Kell- I feel exactly the same.. i want symptoms.. NOW!! Sometimes i think i feel queasy.. sometimes i think i have sore bbs.. sometims i feel really tired.. but i actually think im just imagining it!! Maybe its still a bit early.. lets hope all those missing symptoms hit us soon!
Clairesmummy- I had to do the whole opk whilst camping thing.. it was a bit awkward! We were in the middle of the bush so i had to keep sneaking off with my little pee cup.. it was a bit hard to be discreet! Are u getting a lot of cramping with clots or just clots?? Hope af has been nice to u this month.. and if not then good riddance for atleast another year! :)
Dory- Im a bit interested in this whole stitch thing too.. i havent ever heard of having to remove a stitch?! Sorry im all new to this!
I so cannot believe u only have a few weeks left.. have u started nesting?? :)
Mum22- Oh i wld love to be getting a tummy cos im pg and not just being a pig! And yep im the same.. i want some real symptoms!! If u and kell get symptoms and i dont ill really be freaking out!!
Bons- When did u get sore bbs?? I know u said u went a couple of weeks without any symptoms and then suddenly u got some.. when did that happen??
Loops- Sorry to hear ur on a bit of a downer :( i hope ur dhs mood lightens up soon.. i reckon its probly just a bit of jealousy.. they dont like missing out on fun! So good to hear that u had a good night sat nite.. u need to let ur hair down every once in a while! Pls try not to think negatively.. u will get ur baby. xx
Melster- I think accupunture is a great idea. I have heard it really works.. it cld take a few cycles to fall pg but defintely worth a shot. I'm on elevit as well.. i think its got all u need for a healthy pg in it. I wldnt be drinking raspberry tea i dont think.. my SIL had it when she was trying to bring labour on.. i think thats the only time its good or yeah the few weeks before labour. Have u tried seeing a naturopath?? they always have herbal remedies to help fertility.. or even a natural health food store.. they can be a great help sometimes too!
Glenglen- Woohoo for O time! I got so excited when i saw a positive on a test! Have fun bding!!
AFM- It was pretty funny last nite while me and dh were bding.. dh froze half way thru with a terrified look on his face.. i had gone too deep apparently! We had to stop whilst he asked me where my ovaries are etc.. i guess he was trying to measure up how far in he went! hahaha how cute.. i had to tell him that my ovaries arent where the baby is anyway!
Anyway im off.. want to watch the ben cousins documentary! I used to think he was so good looking! :) xxx
-
Damprye- Have u tested yet??? :)
Forshelby- I cant believe ur almost 12 weeks! Another huge jealousy factor on my behalf! :) what day are u going for scan??
-
Reet same goes here, just dont FEEL preg. I will be jealous of anyone who gets symptoms.... But maybe we should be grateful for the lack of MS perhaps??
Kell, I'm good sweetie. Ooh maybe I should go and get a FR test just to see that happen....hmmm what a waste of money my brain says......
Hope you girls have a good day, will do rest of persies later DD screaming at me right now :)

Hello Ladies,
Sorry i haven't been keeping up with this thread! Have been lurking but find it hard to find time to post.
AF arrived for me last Friday so i am on CD7. DH is starting a working away job soon so it might make the TTC journey a little harder! I think we still might have the chance this month though. I was reading up on Asherman's syndrome and i know you shouldn't self-diagnose by using the internet but i am a little scared that i have some of the symptoms. I think i will make an appointment with my GP as i have been feeling tired and dizzy lately too (iron deficiency no doubt).
Fingers crossed for more BFPs this month! Good luck to everyone!

Oh and i meant to say, to those who don't feel symptoms yet, i didn't feel pregnant AT ALL until about 8 weeks with DS so please don't worry!

Mum22 - Your preggy belly is never anything to be embarrassed about. But I know what you mean... hehe. I see skinny teenagers out shopping and I look down and all I see is BOOBS, and BUMP. And I think 'ah, I used to wear miniskirts'. But you know what... what we're getting is so much better than a miniskirt. :) Don't worry about the vague symptoms, mine never really got full on. Mostly for me it's just been tender nipples, and on and off nausea with and without vomiting. The big one for me though is tiredness! I can't sleep enough. Things generally change on a day to day basis. I say put your feet up and enjoy the ride!
Dory - LOL, 3 bb crushing cats would be torture! I only have the one cat and the dog to contend with, and sometimes I find myself screaming 'ENOUGH! WHY DO YOU HAVE TO STAND ON MY CHEST?!' They just look at me with their innocent faces, like 'what, mummy?' I hope you enjoy breaking the drought and sizzling that sausage! Maybe a sneaky public sizzle is just what you need... LOL.
Clairesmummy - That was an amusing image, you and your pee jar. :) Sounds like an interesting weekend away though!
Kellie - Oh dear, naughty DD.... but so cute! Try not to worry about symptoms. They will come. :)
Reet - LMAO @ your DH. :o sometimes the cluelessness of men is just hilarious. I had a similar conversation with DP last night when he mentioned dtd and something about his... er, thing whacking the baby on the head. I laughed, and said it's physically impossible, and not to flatter himself. HAHA... I'm not sure if he knows it's not possible, or what. It's funny how men can be so mechanically minded, but have no idea whatsoever how the thing they're constantly sticking THEIR thing into is built. I might have to get a 'where did I come from' book for him. *chuckle* Thanks for the laugh! Tell me though, if your DH thinks he can dislodge or hurt the baby with his er, manhood...... how does he think the baby is kept in there?? Wouldn't it fall out whenever there wasn't a penis in there to keep it in? LOL.. omg, the images are making me laugh again. Men! Now, to answer your question (still laughing here..) I'm going for my scan on your anniversary. You must have preggy brain.... congratulations! A symptom!!! :)
Stoked - I hope you get your bfp soon, hun. And get to a doctor if you're concerned about your health. That's why women live longer. We aren't too tough to see the doc. :)
AFM, I just have to tell you about my crazy dream this morning. For some reason I was at my mum's house with my sister, (we both moved away so that in itself is strange). Anyhoo.... something weird was going on but I don't know what. We were outside, mum and my sister in the backyard, me up on the back steps. I was terrified of going and standing downstairs, and I just felt like something horrific was going to happen for no apparent reason. We were all looking at the sky, and trying to figure out what was up with the sun and the clouds. The only way to describe it would be like everything looked like a watercolour painting. All.... blendy and weird. The colours of everything were all wrong. And kept changing. One minute the walls were white, then they were their normal yellow, then they'd change back. It was like my sister and I knew something bad was about to happen though, and she kept filming what was going on to 'send to the government' (LOL). The sky started to change, and the clouds looked like one big solid piece of grey covering everything, and the sun was a weird glow behind it. Suddenly I panicked and I said "It's time to go inside NOW." My sister listened, and hurried up the steps. But my mum, it was like she was drugged out or something! She stood there just staring at the sky, and not really saying much. I kept telling her to hurry up, and just as she got to the steps, the ground started to move. There was this horrible throbbing thumping sound, and the neighbours yard was lifting in little sections, like tiny mountains. Peaking and then falling down flat again. I could see it kind of rippling towards our house, and I knew it wasn't going to be a good thing. My sister and I kept yelling at mum to get her butt up the stairs, but she kept just saying 'why? what's the hurry? It's nice out here.' with this creepy smile on her face. I grabbed her hand, dragged her inside and slammed the door. Then I woke up.
WTF!!!!!! I know you're supposed to have vivid dreams, but what the heck is that supposed to mean?! I'll be out the front waiting for the men in white coats.
-
Morning
Stoked- yeah i think you should go to the dr's and get checked out...just to be sure and good luck with TTC
Forshelby- what a dream!!!! i used to get heaps vivid dreams when i was pregnant...
me...........well i cant say im having a good week...it must be PMS and my periods are starting to get heavy....im very negative and down....maybe things will cheer up once my period stops and we can start TTC'ing again.....hubbie sent a msg about when can we try again and he will lay of the smokes etc....so least he is in a bit better mood.....i start acupunture monday so maybe that will help with my moods and somewhat depression..
Can i ask, what were you're periods like after you're miscarriage??
-
Melster - I know. What a weird dream. I've always had vivid dreams but this one just takes the cake!!! Mmm... cake. I have to get some cake right now. LOL... To answer your question, my period was pretty much the same after my mc. They did actually regulate to 28 days instead of 30, but I'm one of those people you probably want to punch for being lucky when it comes to my body doing what the textbooks say it will. Ok, I'm ready to be punched... hehe.
It's ok to feel down, that's what your period is all about. It's so natural to feel crummy. Have some cake with me and concentrate on the next coming month and the joy your bfp will bring when it does arrive. Hopefully this month!
-
forshelby-Dreams have a funny way of telling whats on you're mind...its sounds like you may be worried about something...do you dream in colour?
Im kinda lucky my period has always been 28 days, and i even ovulated 16 days after the d&c......the only thing is i was spotting but thats obviously because its going to be heavy...i didnt bleed after the d&c at all so maybe this will be a real heavy one.....would this mean i would ovulate later i bleed for many days...as my normal period is only 3-5 days long...
Im just a bit low...i really had my hopes set on being pregnant straight away..and now everythings come crashing down and im thinking about the miscarriage...
anyways...i need to lift my spirits up and look forward to trying again....its just all the waiting
i have a baby shower to go to this weekend, so the only way i can do it is by having a few drinks....and not being a blubbering mess...
-
Melster - I do dream in colour, yes. Most of the time my dreams are dark though, like it's always nighttime. For some reason this one was a during the day type, but it was dark because of the weird clouds. I don't think I'm worried about anything... Nothing on the surface, anyway.
It's ok to feel low, just go with it hun. Walk through it and it'll pass eventually. I'm not sure about your ovulation question, perhaps some googling is in order for that? I know you want to be pg right away, to get on with your life and get closer to fulfilling the dream of having a baby. This is one of those things that might take some time. Are there any things you can do to help pass the time? Any hobbies? It's so hard to take your mind off it, I know.
And if you don't feel up to going to the baby shower, I'm sure the mum to be would respect your choice if she knows your situation. If she doesn't, perhaps let her know, and give her the chance to show empathy and understanding. I went to a baby shower a few months after my mc, and it was tough, but also very liberating. I only went because she was a close friend, and she said she understood if I didn't want to go. I really did though, and I had a great time. The choice is yours, hun.
:)
Now to eat that chocolate pudding I made. Pudding is almost as good as cake.... mmm.
-
Now you're making me hungry Forshelby! I love that about being pregnant, how hungry you get... i LOVE my food, especially sweet stuff, and eat HEAPS when i am pregnant.. probably why i put on at least 20kgs with both babies!! Oops!!
Melster, my periods were pretty much normal after miscarriage, probably a bit heavier to start with, i did have a d&c though so maybe that's why. It's ok to feel down, you don't have to force yourself to feel better, just take your time... you'll feel better in your own time. I have adopted the attitude that i will get pregnant and have a healthy baby when the time is right, when the right baby is ready to come along.. only cause believing this makes me feel better! It won't be long xx
Going to the Chiro today as my neck has been stuffed all week.. Can't wait for a good crackin'!!
Have a great day ladies

Forshelby - LMAO.... you can just be so funny sometimes. Weird dream, hope it didn't unsettle you. Got me thinking though about whether I dream in colour or not. The BB crushers have been good the past few days.. phew, but can totally relate to that innocent look they give after they are the cause of so much agony. I love the new ticker too btw.
Melster - I agree with Forshelby.... to go to a baby shower is a HUGE deal after a loss. Only go if you actually want to. If you do go, have some back up plans in case you get really upset and can't cope... so plan to leave if you're upset, or excuse yourself and go somewhere quiet. I went to my nephew's partner's baby shower 6 weeks post loss... and I really enjoyed it. One of the reasons I went is that I didn't want to regret not trying to go. I was ok with trying and being overwhelmed and having to leave. I was glad I went...it was damn hard at times too. What made me even more glad to have gone was my nephew's partner went into labour 2 or 3 days later so I saw them all again within a week. My nephew was pretty awesome too when I arrived, he came out and hugged me and said simply " I am just so sorry, it must be hard for you". Pretty damn good for a 22 year old, who's just about to welcome his first child into the world. I have to say I wouldn't go if you need to drink to go. First of all you can't leave when you want to as you may not be able to drive yourself, and I would want to be thinking clearly about how I was feeling, so I could be on top of how I was travelling. But of course, it's up to you. Drink when you get home to drown your sorrows. Hope it goes well whatever you decide.

forshelby- i have been searching the net about everything lately, my mind is so overloaded LOL....the reason why i asked if you dream in colour is because my mum does...and apparently alot of people only dream in black and white.....i remember mum saying something about people who dream in colour use a different part of there brain and they can be quiet physic etc..which my mum is..only if she could channel it correctly....
dory-i think i want to go to the baby shower, so i can be there for her. She doesnt have many friends and i want her to have a good day. Im ok at the moment about going, but its more i worry what i will be like when i am actually there and if it might hit me or not...i would have probably more been ok if i was actually pregnant again like i thought.....whether i can be strong or not is another story, and i only really talk about it on here and not really to my friends...well i dont go into detail with them...i find it too hard............she doesnt know about the miscarriage. I think having a few drinks will help and i have other friends going, but like you said if it gets to me i will have to have an exit plan..
-
stoked....yes i defiantly need to adopt that attidude....i am going to try really hard....!!!
-
Dory - It was a weird dream. I'm not so much unsettled, as just wondering where the heck it came from! I felt like a change with the ticker, and I saw one like this in another thread which says how big baby is. I love that. I'm so glad the bb crushers have been behaving. :)
Melster - Well, Reet thinks I'm psychic since I predicted her BFP about a month beforehand... it was like my chant, lol. I just think I develop connections to some people, and pick up on things. Some call it psychic, I call it intuition. I didn't know that dreaming in colour was out of the ordinary. I always have. I'm going to have to run a mini-poll now, LOL. I think Dory also made some good points about the baby shower, too. I definitely think you should tell her about your mc though. It's important she has the chance to be there for YOU, just as you want to be there for her. Plus if you have to make a quick exit, she'll know why, and understand. I would let her know in private. You have to believe me. I'm psychic, apparently... haha.
AFM, Ok here's the mini-poll as promised. How many of you dream in colour?
-
Dream in colour- not that i can remember
Forshelby- ok well if you get any predictions about me let me know LOL..my mum is exactly the same....
When i fell pregnant with this baby mum said before i even knew i was pregnant that i was pregnant...i was like yeah sure.....but sure enough i was pregnant...she knew before i did....
Then she had a dream.....me and my family were standing around and there was this tiny baby up in the corner in a box (not a funeral box) and he was just sitting there waiting and looking at us all......the full on thing about it, was it was the exact time my baby died....and it was a boy........it gives me shivers
and she just had a dream a week ago about her girlfriends son......she dreamt her friends son and daughter in law were holding a baby, that she was having a baby....so she told her girlfriend and the girlfriend said... ummmm i was allowed to tell you after todays scan...!!!!
and this time she said she didnt get a feeling i was pregnant, but was hoping i was..
She does it all the time and its spooky....she just gets feelings about things...
