Bun - I'm glad you agree with me :) I don't want to waste another 3mths of my life, I'd rather be trying than doing nothing. We've been BDing for the last 2wks anyway, so it could be out of my hands!

Lisa - I was reading up about the lining/placenta this afternoon and it recommended acupuncture as well. I will have to look into it. Do I just go to a NP? Or do I go to one of those little massage shops that are in all the shopping centres now? I'm pretty sure I even get something back under my PHI.

Shan - I agree with you. I feel so much more aligned with the ladies in here than I have before on BB - maybe it's just me, or maybe I've changed since I joined :)

Are we due for another BFP in here today, or is it tomorrow? There have been so many lately I forget which day it is.

Belinda - It's amazing what a wonderful support system can do hey!!

Good morning, Belinda! I know what you mean about wanting to see that :bfp: as soon as possible. The medications and injections that your Dr mentioned, are they to help with keeping the placenta attached? Have you O'd yet? And if you have, how many DPO are you? Hopefully, you'll see a BFP before Christmas :D
I'm focusing my next tilt at getting a BFP for after Christmas/New Year's. I'm going to enjoy some of those Christmas naughty foods and drinks with my family and don't want to be worrying about every little thing while I'm in Hong Kong or even about what effect the flight may have! And having to go to the toilet every five minutes!

missbelinda77 - I think that if you feel ready to ttc, then you should. When I had ep and was in hospital I was told that I would have to wait 6 months!!! Yeah right ... but with my follow up appt I was told if you are ready, then go for it :eek: So I got conflicting stories. But I thought well I only have one tube now so it makes it a that little bit harder I am going to try asap!! You will know in your heart what you will do xxxxx

Kerry - I think that is what the medications and injections are for, and to make the lining thicker. I'm not sure if I have O'd yet. On Clomid I would O arond CD18 without Clomid I would O around CD24. I'm expecting anything from a 32-36 day cycle, so I will just have to wait and see. Looks like I'll be testing around Christmas Day/Boxing Day if AF doesn't turn up. But then again I've had 89day cycles before. Last time I had a D&C I then had a 36 day cycle, so that is what I am really expecting.

When do you fly out? I wish I was going somewhere nice this Christmas (just to get away from my family lol).

Hi girls once again thank you for all of your lovely wishes and support. It's brilliant. I meant to say before that I used pre-seed this cycle and I truley believe that helped!! From other threads that I have read it seems that a lot of people get BFP's on their 1st or 2nd cycle. So girls give it a go, it might help??? You can buy it from lullaby conceptions. :cool:

Belinda, I fly out next Saturday (yay!!) for Christmas and New Year's Eve in Hong Kong. Will be just great! :D Are you able to use OPKs to see whether you get the surge and taking your temperature to see if you get the sustained rise? Fingers crossed for when you test!! Good luck!!

AF finally made her appearance today but I am actually kind of happy about that! its my first cycle since the m/c so now I have dates to go on!!!! So I'll be actively TTC this month. I dont chart or temp or anythng, I just go by my body. I usually have a fair idea when I am ovulating so hopefully I will have success this month. Wish me luck!!!!

Well my GP ordered a BT for me on Satuday as I had a lot of dizziness over the last two weeks which hasn't been very pleasant - will get the results tomorrow!! Am trying not to get my hopes up. There have been some symptons but am not totally convinced.

BUT... if this is the result we get at the end of it, its definietly been worth it. So hard not to be excited, but feeling pretty scared. Hope this little bean sticks tight.

not quite sure on edd... that is so bad! I think its towards last week of August but will have to wait for u/s to be sure. bding was fun but made it a bit difficult to make dates and being first cycle after m/c your guess is a good as mine!!

Kerry - Only 5 more sleeps til you fly out! I used OPK's for about 5 days but got no positives, so have no idea if I even O'd.

I'm now starting to get cramping and discharge like I am leading into AF, so I am expecting it any day now. At least on the positive side, it will be my shortest cycle ever.

Well I won't be able to post as much in the next week as my family is arriving today to start celebrating the season (aka stressing me out). I'll be lurking around to catch up on the news though. Hope you are all having a wonderful stress-free day.

Sorry to anyone I've missed... been an absolute space cadet this morning! I went to the KYLIE concert last night in melbourne, it was absolutely sensational. This was my first concert and had an absolute ball. It was definitely worth holding onto our tickets for 18 months. Time to go put up the chrissy tree, so by for now and have a fabulous day ladies.

I just got back from the dr and had a BT.. It is the first time I have been back to the Dr since the m/c so i had to collect the ultrasound etc. The Dr was not my normal Dr, she's away on 1 mths leave.. He couldn't undertand that I could be pg without having AF since the m/c.. :confused: it was so hard to explain to him.. he even wrote on the Gribbles slip, suspected full miscarriage i could've screamed at him "No... I'm not here about the m/c I'm here because I'm pg again!" :mad: but I don't think he would've understood.:eek:
He said eventually after 3 attempts at explaining that i had 3 + pg tests that if I was pg it would be the quickest pg after a m/c he had ever treated.
hmmm, now its got me questioning the + tests..:frown:
I think i'll have to go to the chemist and get another test just to convince myself. Afterall, my hcg went from 160 down to 2.. and I ovukated as normal etc. AF hasn't arrived and I have all the symptoms.. I hope I am pg... now I'm beginning to think I might not be.
geez, good care providers are hard to come by!

Lind - you are soooo pregnant!! Dont let that dr confuse you - i think he was a little confused himself! If your levels went back to 2 and below and you O'd then there is no way you would get a positive hpt if you werent pg!

Cinnamon - yay for AF arriving. It's funny how you go from not wanting AF, to then having a m/c and then all you want is AF back so you can start trying again!

Well, I have absolutely no idea what is going on with me. I have had EWCM for a week now, and I have never had it that long. But my temps are still low. I even thought it was the battery, but that is ok. I now have sore (.)(.)s and usually do right after O, but I haven't O'ed yet! I am on CD20 today, and starting to get pretty ****ed off. Just found out DH will be away for work for a while in Jan too which won't exactly make things any easier. Had a Xmas party with DH's family and their friends last night, BIL and SIL brought along their new baby and everyone cooed over it all night.... I am not in the best mood today. It is just so frustrating that my body won't let me try again, and I don't know what is going on!

Way to go SusieT - congrats on the BFP!!
Lind - How some Dr's get qualified is beyond me!!! DO NOT let him put any doubt in your mind at all - you are preggers & he is a dumbas*!

Well as for me I had a scare today have had some spotting just brownish (sorry tmi) and I tried to get into to see my Dr who isn't availbale until Boxing DaY!!!! Ahhh.. so I rang the hospital and spoke to a midwife who said it could different things, but if the bleeding gets heavier to go the hospital.... Flash backs of my ep..........So I rang the dr's again and explained to the receptionist and I can see another dr on this Wed.... So I feel a bit better but my DH is away in Brissy for the next few days so I feel a bit lonely and scared..... Sorry for whinging :eek:
