Hello, me back again! CONGRATULATIONS, Cilmum - if your husband could see the faint line too then I think you have yourself a BFP, and don't beat yourself up about missing a few days of Elevit :) I'm so very happy for you :happyforyou:
I've had an attack of the blues today, too, wondering if that one time I was pg might have been the only shot I get at it. I would have been 18w4d today. And I hate being 38 going on 39 and in a long distance relationship with "issues". I don't know whether to run up the white flag or to continue to be patient and hope that everything will sort itself out. I really want to go for a BFP this cycle but I can't seem to get any commitment from my busy DP about spending even a week together before I take a teaching appointment out west for a year. :dunno: So many conflicting messages. Maybe it's because AF is visiting at the moment. Or that I've just got back from the bustle of Hong Kong.
Glad you're feeling a bit brighter, Belinda, and hugs for you, too, Jane - the journal sounds like a great idea. I might start one, too. And a big tick to the pampering idea.
Welcome Skymum and Ladybug, hope your journeys are short and sweet. You'll get lots of support and good advice in this forum. Hello Shan (when are you testing!), hi to Mummyto1 and Mako, and good luck for Friday, Kez, I'll be thinking of you!! And a happy *wave* to all the other ladies I've missed because my computer doesn't go back far enough! Catch you next time!

Hi
I miscarried in October 06 and then didn't get AF until the 7th Dec, now another is overdue. I don't feel pregnant I probably more feel as if AF is just running a little late, but I so hope I am pregnant soon. I suppose it doesn't help that I am still breastfeeding Maria a couple of times a day. I hate it when your body plays tricks on you.

I have a question cant you get fertile signs ie heaps of ewcm and not release a egg? TMI because we dtd sunday morning and well kinda got carried away and didnt use any protection and um last night i had heaps of ewcm i didnt think about where i was at when we dtd OOPs... Im hoping i just have the signs but no eggy... Just for this month though need to have a AF would it be really bad if i did catch a egg?????
-
Hello Jane, maybe you could get an opk and check whether you're ovulating? I don't think there's any problem if you do catch the eggie, you'd just have to wait for an early scan to work out your edd because you haven't had a normal af. And if you are temping, you should also see a jump in your temperatures which should stay up over the next few days. Good luck :goodluck:
Thanks, Mako, I'll feel better once I have the chance to speak properly with DP (and he organises his life so that we can spend real time together). It must have been fantastic to catch up with your brother at Christmas! Twenty years, wow! I'm going up to Brisbane this week to see my Dad, I think it's been 18 months since I saw him last.
Welcome kitten2b, hope you get some good news soon. It's hard not knowing, isn't it.

Morning Everyone...:hello:
Well my visitors are all gone, so i thought i'd pop in quickly to catch up before i start cleaning my very messy house. You don't realise how quickly it gets into a mess when there are 4 extra bods in the house compared to when it's just DH and me...i'm more talking about vaccuming and mopping etc etc...oh well..that's my day sorted out anyway.
Louise - Welcome to our little thread. I'm sorry to hear of your loss. You'll find all the women in here a tremendous support to you, not only in the bad times, but in the good times as well...xxxx
Cilmum - I'm trying not to get too excited for you yet (as per YOUR request. ) but i can't help myself. Congratulations...and i can't wait to see that official announcement..
Lisa - how are you sweets. Hope you are okay. Haven't heard from you for a while. Let me know how you are...xxxx
Hope - Good to see you around. How's things going with you???
Jane - how are you feeling now hun. I know it's hard, but i hope you are okay...xxx
Kerry - Hope you get to spend some time with DP before you go. Fingers crossed the timing will be right for you...xxxx
Mako - I'm fine thanks hun. I'll post below how i'm going. How are you????
Kez - Hi lovely. How are you???? Hope you are doing great
Mummyto1 -Hope you are feeling okay. I know just how hard it is when you come up to an angels EDD. This happens to me every single year, but i try to make it a nice day, as it would have been had my angel not left when it did. Tell him/her Happy Birthday and maybe make a cake for arvo tea. No one else needs to know but i find it helps.
Belinda - How are you doing lovely. Hope you're okay..xxx
Missy - Same goes to you hun. Hope you're doing okay as well..xxx
Hi to everyone else and sending you all great big cyber hugs.
Well, me, um..not much to report. I'm on CD31, still sore BB's, VERY tired (had to have a 2hr snooze yesterday arvo) and absolutely no sign of AF at the moment what so ever. I've been feeling a bit queasy when i go to make dinner at night, but push through it, and after 10 mins or so, i'm feeling fine again. I really want to test, but i really don't want the disappointment of a BFN. Come April this year we will have been TTC for 5 years so you could imagine how hard it is after that many cycles to only ever have had 1 BFP....
I'm going away for a week and a bit on Friday to visit my family (leaving DH here to work and earn the money i'll be spending hehehe) so DH has told me he wants me to test before i go JIK, coz i'll be going to a wine festival on Saturday and he wants to make sure either way so i don't go crazy on the vino. So if AF hasn't arrived by Wednesday, then i'll test on Thursday morning and then i'll sneak in to see my old GP whilst i'm away as i don't have a GP here yet and i'd much prefer my old one to confirm everything. Plus he'd love it after so many years of us trying. So there you go. I'll let you know Thursday what is going on with me.... for a BFP..xxxxxx
-
Shan, I am  so hard with you! I'll be looking out for you on Thursday morning :D Wishing you all the luck in the world and sending you bucketloads of babydust!

Oh well cant change fate can i.... Will have to stay well away from Andrew from now on.... Janeo- don't think it is any big deal not to get af after d&c - same thing happended to a friend of mine & all was well.....good luck!!
Thanks for the babydust Sez & Lisa - we will all grab a handful you can be sure. Glad to hear you are both fine!
Welcome Rach75 - my goodness, you may have another bambino in your arms before too long. All the best....
Me, not much to report, CD 8 so gearing up for busy times ahead!
Al the best to everyone.

Jane - I didn't get an AF for ages after i had my Lap done. A D&C is similar and they scrape away all the lining in your uterus, so there is nothing left to shed so it just depends on where you are up to as to what is going on. The only way you could really tell for sure was to get an U/S done to check it out....

Time for a new thread. It is 2007 now, afterall ;) The new one's here ladies.
