Well, we had our US and BT's yesterday. Unfortunately, bubby did not make it. Ironically, our little one had completely caught up to date on growth (measured 7 wks 6 days - perfect) and my blood test results had also become very respectable (HCG almost 35,000). But there was no HB . Another little irony is that I now finally have mild MS and heartburn!
Obstetrician is stumped about the size and good BT results, but very confident he will get to the bottom of this and make sure we "have a baby in our arms". He is now only making me wait for one AF before starting a month's worth of testing. Meanwhile, I go in to hospital tomorrow morning. He agreed I should have the laproscopy and hysteroscopy while under the same general (to sort out what we think is a separate issue).
I think I am on auto-pilot ATM. Not feeling like crying too much just yet. Just REALLY P#%@ed OFF! Have family arriving on Friday to stay for the weekend so I have been in a manic cleaning mood all morning (definitely not like me at all). DH is taking Wed-Fri off to look after me and DD.
DH and I have agreed to wait just one cycle this time, so I will be back on this TTC thread in full swing in about a month. Will pop in and continue to stalk your charts in the mean time. Don't take it the wrong way but I hope I will not find many of you on here when I TTC again IYKWIM!
Where There's Hope - I don't know what to say - I know that nothing I do say will make it better for you, just remember we are here whenever you need us. It's good that you have an OB that will "get that baby into your arms". Take whatever time you need and when you get back here hopefully we won't be here (in the nicest possible way) Yes, we know what you mean.
I read your post out to DH... and could hardly hold back my tears for you.....everyone in here can understand.... everyone in here can understand the anger...but while we understand we also wish that there was something we could do but there is nothing but being here for you.
So we are here..... we are all here.... whether you want to post or whether you want to send a private message... either way we are all here for you.
