i had to have a blood test last cycle on day 21 to check i am o'ing, i think it was the progesterone he wanted to see but he did check all other hormone levels as well
Jen - my cleaning fairy is just about to start on my kitchen - her helpers are actually working on it now. One DS is taking out the garbage, the other is emptying the dishwasher. The fairy is having breakfast and then will get stuck into cleaning. She's already put the washing on (not that it's getting hung out, it's beginning to rain here - so into the dryer it goes), and vacuumed the play room, folded yesterdays washing (the helpers put it away). First day care kids due in about half hour. I need to eat faster
Jen - There were two books that I wanted to buy today and the voucher I had only let me get one (unless I print it again, which I will do tomorrow). I was going to get the Sheldon one, but there were two copies of that on shelf, and only one copy of the other book I wanted. So I got my other book today, and will get teh Sheldon one tomorrow

Soooo, think DH and I will start the bd-fest tonight. I told him that we could try pre-seed tonight, and you don't even want to know what he thought "pre-seed" might be!!! I had to remind him of what it actually is He's so precious

We've done our BD session so far, though I think we're gonna be missing today because I'm just feeling so cr@ppy I have one more night shift, then tomorrow off, then another night shift, then another night off.. I am honestly getting so exhausted. I'm on CD14 today and I think I O'ed yesterday. Did another OPK today (mine came in the mail) and got a very faint 2nd line (fainter than the one that I had yesterday) so I'm guessing I O'ed yesterday because the 2nd line yesterday was the same as the control line.

Krystie - The 'jumping' went well. Managed to jump DF before going to work yesterday/last night and have done it for the last 4 days in a row.. I am so hoping I've caught the egg (and I'm hoping I've O'd too :P)

Sandy - welcome I hope your time here is very short.... I also had a natural MC and it took 3 weeks to stop the bleeding. Hope it is over very soon for you. DH and I did wait 3 mths before trying again although maybe we should have jumped right in again as I am now on my 6th cycle
Joey - so glad it all went well with the FS... Is he going to test your levels after OV to see whether there are any issues??? What if the progesterone drops before you know it?? What questions did you ask??? I want to be fully prepared when I walk in.
AFM - have the gyno appt next Thurs, awhile away I know but I wont Ov until wk later anyway. I commence further B6 tablets. I was already taking 50mg a day through my organic multivitamin which I dont want to stop so have added specific B6 tablet to increase this to 150mg (apparently should not go over 200mg) will have to see if that does the trick. Other than that waiting for AF to GO AWAY !!!!!

Forgot to add had pap smear that came back fine so the bits are all ok. I have also built an immunity to toxoplasmosis so I also dont have to avoid my precious angel Mishka once I do fall preg
I just watched "The Business of Being Born" documentary. It was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about their options with birthing. Even though it's about the "birth crisis" in America, I really think that it does apply in Australia as well. I've already got a very natural birth plan written up, and although the movie didn't go so far as to make me want to have a homebirth, it DID confirm that the decisions regarding the birth of MY child are MINE to make and no one elses. If you can get your hands on a copy, it's great to watch.

Easha - PreSeed is a sperm friendly lubricant. I don't generally have a problem in that department, but heaps of people have raved about the preeseed, so I thought we might as well give it a go this cycle and see if it is magical
KL - What was I thinking?!! Of course you will need two carrots!! Good luck with your BDing. Hope you've given them directions! I'm curious to know what your DH thought pre-seed was??

Easha - There'll be no blood tests before 12DPO. I am contemplating wheter or not to start the pesseries before I get a BFP, cause a BFP is no good to me if my prog is low and it doesn't stick. I didn't really ask many questions. He was really really good. Just talked about what possible probs there could be, like DNA, but basically said that he thinks there's nothing wrong, it's just bloody bad luck. he says there's a 1 in 4 chance of 1 MC, a 1 in 16 chance of 2 MC in a row, 1 in 64 chance of a 3rd MC, and each time it keeps going up like that, (1x4=4, 4x4=16, 16x4=64). That's why they generally don't do any invasive / expensive tests till the 3rd MC. Cause before then it's most likely just bad luck. He wasn't going to suggest the prog pess this time, but was more than happy for me to give it a go if that's what I wanted.
Saw you mentioned B6. My GP recons you just pee it out, if there's too much in your system. Like when you have a berocca (never had one) he recons you get bright yellow pee?? So it shouldn't harm you if you take a little bit too much.
Hope you get the answers you need with your Gyno appt.
KL - Doc sounds good. I'll definately watch it once I'm past my 12 weeks (once i'm UTD)!!
Jen - I am still temping. Just had a busy weekend, so didn't get a chance to get on the computer and enter them in. My temps are still quite high compared to previous cycles. Hmmm?? I figure if your prog drops just as bub implants, you need it there to be helping along right from the beginning? Maybe I'll call him and ask why? Looking forward to hearing you POAS (not literally)!!
Speaking of friends - how quick is Rachel's belly growing? It's like she grows 2 months worth every eppisode. Now THAT would give you stretch marks!!
Issy - Hoping your FS appt went to plan. Dildo cam!!! Ha !! I had one of them yesterday. Wasn't so bad. Just look at the screen and forget all about it! I was too busy trying to figure out how the hell he new which fuzzy marks on the screen were what!!
AFM - Still haven't told DH about my FS appt yesterday, or the fact that I'm going to buy the prog pess.
I'll just jump him every second night from now on and a little more often when O comes.
I'll be on school camp for 2 days leading up to O!!! Ahhhh!! Will have to BD on the Tuesday night and again on the Friday night, and we should be ok. Those little swimmers are supposed to last for 3 days anyway.
I'll just buy and use the prog pess, and tell him about it when he starts asking q's. No more baby talk at home AT ALL, unless he asks. He's getting sick of BD talk an baby making talk so I don't want to get him off side. He is a very integral part of this process!!
I am continuing to take Elevit (preg multi-V) even now, so I am nice and healthy on the insides, hoping this may help too.
Still looking forward to hearing from those who have had any experience with prog pesseries, and when you started using them.

I recorded the time in my phone as 1:15 but it was actually for 11:15...I missed the extra 1. BUGGER, BUGGER, BUGGER!!!!!! Now I have to make another appointment, and I had to wait over a month for this one....i so annoyed with myself! Grrrrrrr!
joey--Looking forward to stalking your chart! You should definitely check with the FS again about the Prog. My doc made it clear that it had to be after the +hpt, and when I asked my regular doc about it, he said that when he delivered babies, he never prescribed Prog before a +hpt. So it's up to you, I just don't know if there's any consequence in taking it prior... Good luck with DH, maybe the lack of "baby talk" will help alleviate some pressure that he may be feeling!
