Hi Guys,
How are you Lisa? Have been thinking of you.
Hi Tanya, I am really sorry about what has happened to your mum, whatever the news was it must have been very upsetting for all of you. I hope that you hear from your mum soon and i am sure that after some time she will be ok because she has you who obviously cares a great deal for her.
Hi to everyone else...where are you all? Hope you are all off enjoying your weekends and conceiving those babies!
Love Sarah xx
Hi girls :)
Lisa, (((hugs))). How did your w/e go?
Sarah, I haven't heard from my mum, but I am sure she will be fine given a bit of time.
Went to spen the day with my sisters Satyurday. We went ans saw my Grandfather (Fardy) who is 91. He is sooo happy the wedding is off. Mum and him had a falling out over it. He was saying he wants his DD back... brought me to tears!! So he was a lot happier when we left... singing song that he had made up... v funny!!
Anyway... well... guess what!! I am still spotting!! URGH!!! When AF first turned up the clots came out were not blood clots, they were much lighter in colour... I am thinking I may still have a bit of conceptial matter in my uterus... what do you think?
Tanya
Hi Girls,
Well, over Friday night and Saturday night, i'm sure i managed to have a drink for all of you. It was so nice to be able to go the bar and order whatever i liked without that thought of 'ohhh i could be pg, so i'd better only have a lemon, lime and bitters just in case'....hehehe....i got into some beers, then had some bundy's...it was great!!!
Lisa - how did you go darling....i was thinking of you heaps over the weekend.xxxxx
Tanya - What a rollercoaster you've been on for the last few days. I'm sure you're mum will be okay and i can tell that you are stoked that the wedding was cancelled. Your grandfather sounds so cute. My DH's grandfather is 95 and still very with it, and i love going to visit him and talking to him about his life. Unfortunately we don't get to see him very often, but we took a day trip not long ago for a special visit. He loved it, although DH left in tears knowing that his end is near, so that was a bit sad.
Hi to everyone else and i hope you all had a great weekend.
Helly my loves,
Thank you all for thinking of me and sending me your love and hugs over the weekend. Well it wasnt as bad as what I thought, it was actually a sad but special day for us, we decided to stay at home and we shared a beautiful poem and then wrote a special msg to our angel on a big balloon and released it from our backyard. I feel so much better - like a big weight has been lifted. I feel good and although abit sad im ready to move on.
Tanya - aww hun, hope your mum takes this time to heal the hurt she must be feeling at the sudden end to her engagement. Im sure with the support of her wonderful daughters she will get through, and I suppose its a good thing that she found out the information about him now rather than later when its too late.
Shan - im glad your weekend went well and you managed to have a few drinks for us all! Oh its so wonderful to have grandparents, enjoy every moment with them - they are a true gift!
Sarah - thanks hun so much for all your kindness, all you ladies really have helped me get through this.
Michelle - must be crazy getting bd'ing in at all hours!! Keep going girly, you got to catch that eggy miss.
Kirsty and Jayne - thanks for your well wishes. You gals are all so amazing. How are things coming along with bub Miss Jayne?
Amy - how are you hun?
Me - ive forgotten what cd I am (i must check my ticker! LOL!) but we have been bd'ing almost every night (missed only 2 days in the last week and a half - yipee!!
have a great day gals,
Lisa
Hello ladies! Wow, there are so many people in here, I don't know how I'm going to keep up with personals! LOL
Lisa, it's absolutely beautiful what you and your DH did to remember your angel on Saturday. It sounds like it has been a huge release for you and I'm glad to hear that you're feeling ready to move on. I don't know how I'll feel when our baby's EDD comes around but I hope I can handle it with even a tiny amount of the dignity and grace that you have. Oh, and YAY for all the BD'ing!!! LOL I'm sure you'll catch that eggie in no time, hon.
Sarah, YAY for AF arriving! I hope that this is your month...you sound so positive about it that it just has to be!!
Shan, glad to hear that you enjoyed yourself over the weekend! I must confess that since our loss I've been indulging in some things which are a no-no during pregnancy. I'd happily give it all up again to be pregnant but I'm going to make the most of it while it lasts! Here's hoping that your next cycle will be a normal one, hon. Is this the first time you've had such a long cycle?
Tanya, I'm sorry to hear about your mum. I hope things get sorted out soon. She is very lucky to have you and the support of her family. Your Fardy sounds absolutely adorable, btw!!!
Amy, I'm sorry to hear about your BIL & SIL having trouble TTC. You are so sweet thinking of putting off TTC for their sake...what a wonderful person you are! I hope that you both get the miracles you are after very very soon.
Shell, I'm keeping everything crossed that the lines get darker! When are you going to test again??
As for me, my weekend away with DH was fantastic :D Although I had an allergic reaction to something on Saturday night and broke out in huge red welts and lumps all over my upper body :( It's happened a few times before but my reaction seems to be getting more severe each time. And also...I'm still bleeding!!! I was so sure that it was going last Friday but it's still here. It seems like it's never going to end. Oh well, what can ya do?!
Sorry to everyone I've missed...I hope you're all well and busy making babies!
Love
Belle

Hi Girls
Just wanted to join in.
We're currently TTC our second baby after we had to interrupt our first pregnancy at 20w6d in Feb due to abnormalities.
This is our second cycle of trying, our first cycle ended in a chemical pregnancy.
My cycles are around 33 days ish. I'm on about CD10 or something I think.
My aplogies for my absence, I only get an hour a day to look at this and usually I try to duck out for lunch so, have been negligent in keeping up to date with everyone.
Welcome Kristy & Fred, you will get a lot of support here, and best wishes for a good cycle & conception.
An update on me. Well I am at cd28. For the last 7 days approx I have had an acid type feeling which pretty much starts at about 10.30 am and doesn't stop. Although I have been trying to eat regularly today which seems to be doing the trick. I have also been having hot flushes and my cheeks are pretty pink/red, much more than usual and at times feel like they're burning on and off throughout the day.
Hubby and I are both very excited. I want to test tomorrow and then have tcm appt on Wednesday pm, so depending on what the test shows will depend on whether I make an appt with the GP.
I hope everyone is going well. Will keep you informed.
Hi Bel!
What a shame about your reaction!! You should monitor what you have eaten on the days you get a reaction. Hope the bleeding stops soon sweets.
Moglie - hi girly. Mmmmm sounds like you got a bun in the oven. My best friend is 5 wks pg and she had the hot flushes and pink cheeks as one of the first signs. Will be keeping everything crossed that you get a nice bfp!!
Welcome Kristy, I am so sorry for you loss. I hope that your stay with us is short and sweet. All the gals here are really supportive and very friendly, so you will feel right at home with us :)
Shell -did you test?? Hoping it was a positive for you sweety.
Yes - me getting heaps of bd action - hope to keep it up until a few days before af is due!
Hi,
Lisa, So pleased that you managed to get through your EDD and that you and your hubby enjoyed such a special day in memory of your angel. It is easier once the actual day has passed and i found the lead up to it worse than the actual day too. I think that is because on the day you can actually do something nice in rememberance rather than just thinking about it coming up and how we would handle it KWIM? Anyway check your ticker girl but it sounds as though you and hubby are going at it and will get that BFP - how can you not doing it that often lol...i must confess that Rowan and i did it everynight both months that we conceived so for us it worked...this time we are trying to take a more relaxed approach lol.
Tanya, Sounds like its all good that the wedding is off (love what you said about your Fardy!) and your mum will come around. Im sorry to hear that you are still spotting.....if you are at all worried then go to the doc but i think at this point you would be feeling quite ill or in pain if things were not right but like i said if in doubt check it out. Hopefully it gets sorted very soon.
Shan, Glad that you had a great weekend and got some alcohol into you...thats my plan for this weekend with two girls nights out planned lol i dont know how i will cope...better go steady!
Belle, How are you feeling? Glad to hear about your successful weekend despite your allergy problem...any idea what it was that set you off? I know its really hard when you are still bleeding...i remember after Katelyn was born i had bleeding on and off for quite awhile (cant remember how long exactly - they are the type of details you want to forget KWIM?). Hang in there. Thanks for saying that i sounded positive about TTC....i cant expect this month to be our month because it will only be our first trying properly so i cant be too impatient when there are alot of lovely ladies in here who deserve to get theirs first IYKWIM.
Kristy, Welcome, I am so sorry to hear about the tragic loss of Amy Grace. I am truly sorry that you had to go through that but you have found a great group of girls here to support you through the next pregnancy. Wishing you a speedy BFP!
Moglie, Best of Luck for your test tomorrow - bring on your BFP!!!
Love Sarah xx
Hey Girls, Just popping in to sprinkle a little love and baby dust on you all.
(SPRINKLE SPRINKLE) Grab a hold and I hope to see you ALL in the paml really soon.
Nola oxox
hello lovely ladies,
hope you are all well... i havent been in to post much of anywhere lately, been a bit sick and very tired.. Hope you are all well and looking after yourselves.. Havent had a chance to really read all the posts so good luck to everyone and thinking of you all..
Hello girls,
just quicly popping in to sprinkle lots of :bluedust: :bluedust:
Evening girls. Just recovering from nights again (12 hour shifts mean 50:50 days and nights) so I will be back on tomorrow to do personals.
Just trying to BD as much as possible. Think O is happening today (but it may have been yesterday). Intermittent ovary pain but yay!!!!! good CM this cycle (which on clomid is fabulous).
Catch you all tomorrow
Michelle, good luck with the bdfest matey. I reeallllllyyyyy hope you are announcing a BFP in the next couple of weeks.
Belle - I hope the bleeding stops soon. With my first m/c I bled for 27 days and was not very well as a result. Sure hope yours stops.
Thanks Kazz. I hope so too :)
Hi gals,
Sure is queit in here......
Michelle - ooohhhh sounds like your body is in perfect condition to catch the eggy. Im hoping and praying for you!
Sarah - Yes you are right about the lead up being worse than the actual edd itself. Ive heard that bd'ing for most of the month can help as we can often misjudge our fertile time. Im hoping that this new approach works :) But I tell you what, last DH was too tired and said 'havent we got enough storage from yesterday?' LOL!! I used an opk and it was neg so I gave him the night off :p
Moglie- any news? Did you test?? Oh hun ive got everything crossed for you.
Belindaleen - how are you missy?? I see your ticker is progressing nicley! Bummer about you feeling sick though, hopefully it will settle in the second tri.
Thanks Nola and Kazz for the baby dust - Jayne was our last graduate- we need another one soon so bring on the baby dust!
Big hello to everyone else:hello:
Well I tested and it was a BFN. I am very disappointed.
I'm still having the hot flushes, so will just have to wait and see. I dont believe these tests, either I'm pregnant or going through menopause really early. Will just have to wait and see what tcm says tomorrow. Its very disheartening.
Hope everyone else is having a great day.
Good morning ladies!
Welcome Kristy! I'm so sorry for your loss. You couldn't have a found a nicer bunch of ladies to share the journey with. Everyone here is just so wonderful. BTW, I had a little look at your website...it's a very touching tribute to your little girl :)
Moglie, I'm sorry to hear you got a BFN. Your symptoms still sound promising to me! I got a BFN before a BFP so here's hoping it was just a little early. Remember that it ain't over until the fat lady sings!
Lisa, keep up that BDing! You're bound to catch the egg this month with all that action! LOL ;) How are you feeling after Saturday, hon? I hope things are a little easier for you now.
Sarah, how are you going? I think it's great that you're so positive about this month. And just because it's your first month of really trying, doesn't mean it won't happen straight away! I know what you mean about not wanting to be too impatient though. I was hoping that I'd be one of the lucky ones to fall pg within a few weeks of the D&C but alas, it wasn't to be. My allergy isn't to food, it's a reaction to chemicals. I was cleaning the bathroom with Nifty or something similar a few months ago and I got the same reaction :( Oh well, any excuse to get out of cleaning! LOL
Michelle, good luck with catching that egg! YAY for O pains too! The cycle I conceived is when I had very strong O pains so I think it's a very good sign for you.
Keen, how are you going honey? Yeah I'm really over the bleeding. It's been 21 days since the D&C and it's still going! Oh well, I just figure that my body is doing a really good job of cleaning itself out in preparation for the next bubba ;)
Love
Belle
-xxxooo-
Bel - maybe you should start using natural cleaning products like vinegar, baking soda and lemon? I use alot of natural things around the house where I can. I hope the bleeding settles soon love. Maybe ask your dr if your concerned, as we are all different its hard to gauge it against other people's experiences.
Sarah - ohhh I didnt realise you were officially trying! Well then wishing you a BIG FAT POSITIVE soon!!
Moglie - oh hun, sorry you got the bfn, but it could still be early. If no af, then try again in a couple of days. Still keeping my fingers crossed for you sweety.
Where is everyone else today??? HELLOOOOOO......... hehehehe
Thanks Lisa, I still no sign of AF so my fingers, toes and everything is staying crossed. I think still having the hot flushes could be a good sign, but have to wait and see.
What do you use the vinegar, baking soda & lemons for cleaning? Probably not really part of this thread but I am curious because I am changing my cleaning products, detergents, powders etc to ones that are less toxic and contain less chemicals because I know they're not exactly friendly to humans or the environment and I wouldn't want to put what we use in contact with anything that has been sprayed, washed etc with chemicals.
Hope everyone is going well today.:)
Moglie...Its still good that you have no af signs .... fingers crossed!
Some basic tips....
To clean glass etc - mix 1 part vinegar with 1 part water (I put in a spray bottle) and use like you would use spray n wipe.
To clean stove tops etc you can use some baking soda mix with lemon juice and scrub, then wipe with a damp clean sponge. You can do this for the inside of your fridge too.
For microwaves - cut half a lemon, place in a bowl with water and zap for 1 min in the microwave, then wipe down with clean damp cloth. It removes all food splatter and leaves microwave smelling fresh.
Hey LisaL, Thanks for the tips. Will try some.
Hope you are keeping well.
Thanks for the tips, Lisa! Unfortunately it's not just cleaning products that I'm allergic to...I've had reactions to everything from seaweed to sunscreen to weed killer! LOL
Re. bleeding...I've done so much reading to find out what's 'normal' after a D&C, only to find out that there is no such things as 'normal'! LOL Everyone is completely different. I was just hoping I'd be one of those women who only bleeds for a few days, not a few weeks. I'm just frustrated, that's all... :wall: I really want to get on with making another baby!!!
Love
Belle
-xxxooo-
Hello Ladies,
Just popping in to check up on you all. Looks like some of you will be in the TWW in the very near future - MICHELLE!!!! :)
Belle - Unfortunately bleeding after a d&c is something we can't control. Lets hope it stops very soon & your cycle gets back on track!
Moglie - Try another test in a few days, you sound to me like you're convinced your pg, it just might be too early for testing.
Lisa - PMSL about giving DH the night off and recuperate. You're doing the right thing though! Lets hope it all works out for you!
Not much to report on here. Had an OB appt yesterday. Having the usual BT's at 10w and a scan at 12w and see him after that. I'm 7.5w now. The time is absolutely dragging by! I'm feeling less seedy which I'm not sure is good or bad. It's DH's birthday tomorrow so I've gone and bought a truck load of clothes for him & a voucher to do 2 hotlaps driving a v8 supercar so I'm going to be the girl of his dreams tomorrow that's for sure!!!
Hi Girls,
Just popping in to say hi!!
Jayne, Wow what a great gift for DH and its not even his 30th!! Cameron is a super huge Ford man, so for his 30th i organised for us to go have breakfast with all the V8 ford drivers, it was brilliant and i was also the girl of his dreams for the few days following, Hmmmm wonder what he will do for mine in November!!!
Lisa, My edd is coming up on Sunday:crying: I think i will be ok, Im Thinking i will get a beautiful plant and the three of us will plant it in the garden together, im feeling the lead up to the day is worse than how i will feel on sunday, Its hard as i go into the due in August belly buddies and they are all having their babies and one of them should have been me, but its lovley to see them all having their babies just the same! to you for being so strong on saturday and doing something lovely for your little angel.
Moglie, sounding very promising from your end, hope you get a BFP really soon!
Hello to everyone else, Michelle, keen, Tanya, Belle, Kazz, Sarah, Belinda, Naomi, Nola, Amy and anyone else i have forgotten, im so far behind to catch up!!
Well Af finally arrived for me after being 4 days late, but was very kind to me this cycle, no clots and was quite light in comparison to the others since m/c, so i am assuming the B6 and the vitex are finally kicking in, it was nice to finally have a "normal" AF. Hayleigh has got tonsilitis so i have not been able to go to the gym this week and its funny as much i hate it i have kinda missed it, so im glad about that!
Well i will really try to keep up with everyone from here on, its getting busy in here again and thats not what we want to see!!
Have a great a evening girls!
Shell - Oh yeah, he's going to be loving me tomorrow. As well as all the clothes I got him, Jessica picked him out a surf hat all by herself and I'm cooking him his fave roast leg of lamb & roast vegies for dinner and Jessica & I are going to have lunch with him tomorrow. Then Friday night we're going out to dinner with all the family. He really deserves to be spoiled. I'm the one who spends all his money so it's nice to spend his money on him for a change! LOL. Oh I'm so sorry to hear your EDD is looming. The planting sounds like a really lovely idea. Plant it in a pot so if you ever shift you can take the plant along with you & your little angel will be symbolised wherever you are. One of my best gf's is due on the same day as my EDD so seeing her little girl born is going to be quite tough for me too. Not that I harbour any ill feelings, you just can't stop thinking, I should be doing this too. I've got the jitters about this pg, I feel as though my world is only a matter of seconds from crashing down. I'm not feeling as seedy anymore and my bb's aren't as sore either. Big kisses & huggles to Hayleigh. It's not nice them being ill, especially with tonsilitis. Lets hope she's on the mend real soon.
Love Jayne
Jayne, I'll be thinking of you on Sunday
The EDD is such a hard milestone to reach. I found that the lead up to the EDD is harder than the day iteslf, and you start to feel a bit of peace with it all afterwards.
Enjoy your hubbie's birthday :)
hello loves,
Shell honey, im so sorry af arrived for you. I found that the lead up to edd was a lot harder than the actual day itself. And its great that you have decided to do something together as a family to remember your angel. You will feel better for it, I found that it brought us some form of closure. Thinking of you this week and you have the support of all of us if you need it at any time Shell
Bel - you are really sensitive hey? Just stay away from those things, and you are so right that there is no such thing as 'normal' when it comes to pg, losses etc, we are all different. Chin up love, the bleeding will settle soon enough and you will be back on the ttc train before you know it.
Jayne - 7.5w already!! Thats fantastic. Dont worry about the seediness phasing itself out, Im sure your body is getting use to the fact that your pg so its coping a little better with all your hormones. Oh and I love what you have organised for dh's birthday - you are such a clever girl!!
Michelle, ohhh matey you are so ready to catch that eggy! Im starting to get twinges in my left ovary (yipee thats the good side!) so im not far off from O either.
Moglie - any news sweety?
How is everyone else? Keen, Amy (you have been queit??), Sarah, Kristy, and all the others I may have forgotten!! We need some grads in here - getting so busy I cant keep track of everyone
have a great day ladies,
Lisa
Hello lovely ladies!
Jayne, congratulations on reaching 7.5 weeks! How the time flies! Try not to stress about not feeling so bad...as Lisa said, it's probably just your body getting used to the hormones. What a wonderful wife you are organising all of those things for your DH's birthday! But I'm sure you were already the girl of his dreams ;)
Shell, I'm sorry that AF arrived. At least she is being kind to you this cycle. Sorry to hear your DD is sick...I hope she gets over her tonsilitis very soon. I too will be thinking of you on your EDD on Sunday. I think it's lovely that the three of you will commemorate the occasion with the planting of a beautiful plant. As Saph said, I hope that you will feel some peace afterwards.
Saph, how are you doing, hon? What day are you up to in your cycle? Anywhere near the TWW yet?
Lisa, yup unfortunately I've been very sensitive since I was a wee girl! I remember having to rush home from the beach once, absolutely covered in hives...something in the ocean set me off! How are you doing, honey? Still keeping up the BD fest with your DH?! ;) I have a great feeling about this month for you...I'm sure you'll be announcing a BFP very soon!
I hope everyone else is well!
As for me, well I'm thrilled to announce that I got a BFN this morning! WOO HOO!!! :confetti: It's about bloody time! LOL Now if only the bleeding would stop...! It's only a tiny amount now and my temps have been low for about a week. So I think my body is finally sorting itself out!
Love to all,
Belle
-xxxooo-
Oh my God Belle...I just read that to be a BFP, and i was nearly crying thinking how wonderful that was for you (even though i knew it probably was a bit quick), but then i read down further, where you put about the bleeding stopping that it made me read again.......:
Either way i supose, i'm thrilled that you got your BFN and that you can now start moving forward knowing that your homones are sorting themselves out.
LOL Shan! I'm always worried I'm going to type in the wrong thing so I always check and double-check before posting, especially with regards to BFN's & BFP's!! LOL
Of course, I'd much rather be announcing a BFP than a BFN! But, small steps... :)
How are you doing anyway, hon? I hope AF is being kind to you.
Love
Belle
-xxxooo-
I'm great Belle. AF disappeared on Sunday, wasn't too heavy, no clots, with not much pain (only a little bit on the first day) and i was quite suprised considering my 92 day cycle.....oh well, i'm not complaining, so yes, she was kind to me this month.
Thanks for asking....and i'm waiting for the BFP announcement from you soon!!!
Ah Bel - you and Shan made me laugh with the whole bfp/bfn thing! Im glad that you can now start planning for your new ttc journey. I hope its a short and sweet one.
You need to carry around a full supply of antihistamines at all times!! Yes dh and I have got another bd date tonight!
Shan - so glad af was kind to you...hope things get into order with you and you catch the eggy this month
Lisa - I can't believe you are back for another round with DH!! My poor love cannot keep up with the required pace. But at least O has passed and we have (fingers crossed) hopefully caught the egg.
Yes Jayne - I am on the TWW!!
I'll be back for more personals later - off to do the groceries (woo hoo ;))
Shan, I'm glad AF was kind to you this time around. I hope you don't have another 92 day cycle...that's just crazy! Honey, I'm sure YOU will be announcing a BFP before I do ;) Even though the first time happened very quickly for us, I don't think it'll be so quick this time. And besides, there are so many ladies on here who deserve a BFP before I do, you being one of them! So hop to it, girlie!!! :p
Lisa, ROFL @ the BD date with your DH again tonight. You two have been going at it like rabbits lately!!! I'm sure you're going to catch the egg this month, hon...you just have to with all that BDing! And yup, you read my mind...I'm off to buy some antihistemines so I can carry them with me everywhere! LOL
Michelle, I'm keeping everything crossed that you caught the egg too! It's a relief hitting the TWW in a way...at least you know that there's nothing more you can do!
Ooooh, so many ladies in with a chance this month...something tells me we're going to get a mass exodus...! :D
Love
Belle
-xxxooo-
Thanks Belle.....you're a darling...maybe we can get BFP's together, but we don't deserve it any more than you do, so you just remember that 'girlie'......
Michelle - Yay on the TWW wait. How long until testing? like mad for your miracle this month sugar-fairy.
Lisa - I'm so hoping that you're right. It's so hard going from feeling like you have been hit by a bus to not feeling ill at all. How is your bdfest schedule going? I think you need to open your bedroom windows during the day or your room is going to smell like a brother! LOL. hahahaha
Big :hello: to everybody else in here. thinking of you all and wishing you all BFP's VERY soon!
Love Jayne
Girls, girls, girls, I am not that bad :p I gave dh two nights off - so he should be recharged and ready to go tonight If he has time and energy for the gym - then he certainly has the time and energy for the BABY DANCE!! Mind you it was his idea to bd all month long. I have to get as much bd'ing as possible, I figure it cant hurt and will only up our chances, as I dont chart, temp, check cm (I only notice it sometimes when I wipe after going to the loo). I have bought some opk's but Ive been a bit slow in using them too - might start tonight.
Belle - I hope you are right and there is a mass exodus this month. I agree, we all deserve it, no one more or less, we all want to be mummy's, some for the first time, some for the second and some for the third, fourth or fifth, oh and what good mums we will make. Sit tight gals, we are all going over to PAML soon...
