Hi Lovely Ladies
Well Ive been trying to catch up - seems a lot has been happening.
Iona and Damprye ~ So sorry your pregnancies didnt end up being viable
Good luck to you both - keep trying ladies!
Murraycod ~ Im so very Yay. All the best for the next 9months!
Sara ~ Im sorry for your loss and welcome. I had my very early m/c in Feb and my body is still trying to get back to normal - im currently at CD44 and still no AF but not pg. Hope that doesnt seem cruel in telling you that, as I know what its like you just want to get pg again but unfortunately our bodies just need a bit of time. Mind you that didnt stop DH and I from DTD - you still need to live normally and give everything you've got. Good luck! Hope you get into the pg threads very soon.
AFM ~ Things are starting to finally look up for us, we've sold our tractor! So may be able to do another IVF earlier than October afterall. Also just found out im going to be an aunty again - which Im very excited about. My (34 y.o.) sis is 9weeks with their 1st. Im just so happy they havent had the same issues as us. Im still not going to track my cycles for a while and just live normally for a bit - try not to stess - see if I can anyway
Loops- Lovely to see u in here! I had a smile on my face while reading ur post.. one second ur saying u are on cd 44 and then next ur saying u are trying not to track ur cycle.. hahaha.. ur exactly like me!! I m always saying I am going to just let things happen and relax a bit.. but it never happens.. i still count everyday!! Isnt it frustrating!
Have u been to doctor to get progesterone levels check.. i had to do that.. they cld then tell me if my af was on its way or if my body was just way of whack. Or maybe u can do what u said u want to.. and try and forget about it for a while!
Good luck x
Reet ~ LOL, I kinda meant once I start on my next cycle. I was already waiting a long time for AF so I know where I am now and am hanging out wanting AF to come and then I'll forgot about it , well try anyway :P Thanks for the idea about the P4 check though, I never knew you could do that. Although I feel she is just round the corner now as I have sore bbs, mucous and slightly achey. Hoping by Sunday.
Good luck with your cycle this month, FX!
Sara ~ Good luck with everything, the universe will decide for you as I believe everything happens for a reason. All the best x
Loops - welcome back... good to hear about the tractor!!!! What a drawn out process its been.... that does mean $$ for IVF - yeah!
Reet - enjoy the weekend....
Bons - is your boy home for the weekend too?
Sara - welcome and goodbye and I am sorry about your angel. The shortest I have waited is one cycle ( well did sneak in a sneaky BD...) and the longest I have waited is 3 cycles. The time frame was to give myself and DH time to heal physically and emotionally. You'll know what's right. Don't put pressure on yourself about it, you'll know.
Forshelby - so this month I can call you Emu? Hope the different strategy works..
AFM - well the "do" is a colour and foils...... it's come out a little too red toned for me, rather than brown. Oh well it will fade. I didn't get a cut, I was too exhausted after the colour etc. But will go back for a trim soon. Rushed one of the fur babies to the vet this morning as he was vomitting most of yesterday and then through the night. All good since the vets and all he got was some fluids and a recommendation to fast. Seems like he just had a tummy upset. It's nice he seems to be feeling well again, and even had a great cuddle with me this arvo.
Dory- I'm glad your furbaby is doing better. It is always a scare when we don't know what is wrong with our lil ones.
Loops- Horay abput the trailor.
Sara- I hope things improve and you get your baby at the right time
Reet- I know I can't help but constantly think about TTC lol.
Kellie- using DD's thermometer is fine. I used DS's until I could get my BBT one
Baby dust to yoy all
AFM- According to FF it is time to start the BD bonanza but by the looks of it I wont get to DTD until at least Sunday if at all during my fertile window. I hope FF is wrong and that O day is a little further on. I have been using OPKs for the past three days (they're even more addictive than HPTs lol) and so far coming up negative but a second line is there. I hope they help pinpoint my O even better and that the timing does work out
Hi Ladies! I've been MIA for one day, and here we are in a new thread. We decided to go out last night to check out the night markets in surfers, it was actually really good! DP bought me a lovely candle which looks like a ****tail in a fancy glass. Love it! Every stall he would say 'do you want one?' I am spoilt! Ok on to persies..
Iona - Ooh, freaky coincidence, I just dyed my hair a reddish colour. It was a little too red for my liking but it's fading to a nice colour. Glad you had a good time at the hairdressers, though you're brave for letting the apprentices at you... lol. I wouldn't be that brave! Good to see you're staying strong after your early mc. You're amazing, girlie!
Sara - Welcome, and goodbye sadly. I missed you! Hope you're still lurking though. To answer your question, the right time is when you feel ready. You'll know. I waited just over two years, but that wasn't my choice. I did it out of respect for DP. He was not the fathering type, and freaked out when I got pg the first time. A lot has changed in 2 years. Good luck with Uni, and we hope to see you back in here soon!
Kellie - Hehe, yeah FX I don't need a thermometer at all! Unless it's a baby thermometer. I was giong to get some more OPKs today but thought I would wait until AF is due so I don't waste all that money. I'm feeling optimistic!
Reet - I'm quietly confident. But I'm sure I'll get louder as af or BFP hopefully approaches. There's no reason I can't fall pg quickly, my body is well behaved. I'm sending 'well behaving body' vibes your way. Have fun with the OPKs, and the bd bonanza! You're so lucky your DH is so up for it..... I'm insanely jealous lol. How is the clomid going for you? Any horrible side effects? You seem well, which is great.
Loops - Good to see you again! Congrats on being an aunty, I must say it's the greatest joy I've ever known, to have nieces and nephews. Yay for the tractor sale, too! Keep us posted on when you go for IVF.
Dory - lol, yep, you can call me emu. Or maybe ostrich? So far so good, the plan seems to be working and I haven't gone too crazy yet! DP has been wonderful, getting all clucky with me over babies and small children we see when we're out and about. This might sound stupid too, but my monthly horoscope said something about 'change will be forced on July 7'. That's when af is due! Our anniversary is the day before, so it would be lovely to give him the gift of a peed on stick. LOL How's bubby going? Kicking your insides to smitherines, I hope. I'm so glad your furbaby is feeling better, it's so worrying when they aren't well. I think we're all very attached to our furbabies.... how could we not, with those adorable little faces.
Damprye - Is everything ok with DP now? Hope your O day co-incides nicely with some bd. good luck!
AFM, I'm on a deadline again, DP wants to go out for some more manly shopping/browsing. Lol.. love him. In short, cm came back with a VENGEANCE yesterday, (2dpo) but I'm trying not to read too much into that. I was dry for about a day, but not like last month. I guess every month is different. Nothing else very exciting to report.... just hanging in there waiting for the end of the TWW. I'll probably remember more I wanted to post while we're out and about so I'll probably be back later to update.
