Hi Ladies,
Abbey - Im so glad to hear that you're feeling more positive today and by the way your 'thankyou' part was not corny in the least, we all feel the same way im sure. Oh, and Im  hard that you caught little miss eggie
pbstar - do what you need to do hun, and remember that we are all here for you when you need us. But....dont give up hope yet, you never know, your time might be just around the corner. Like you always say hun...one step closer, right? Huge  for you babe!
Jen - I dedicated that last post to all you lovely ladies only, as I havent had the chance to do so for a while, but here's a bit about how im doing....
Well, im 'something' days past ov....not really sure when I o'ed but I know I did, sometimes in the last week. BB's have started hurting already (normal for me by the way) and im feeling ok about this cycle. Im not feeling negative but not overly optimistic either. Just plodding along ;) I think Im in a better place than I was last week, im feeling pretty relaxed and happy, and just going along for the ride.....mind you, the ride has been going for 3 years, it would be nice to get off....im gettin dizzy!
Sorry for no other personals today, i have a busy day of house cleaning ahead of me
Ok ladies, a big hello and  to all of you,
Issy
-
megsmum-- your DD's b-day is your good luck charm! Good luck with your BT on Tue.
Acria--Sending tons of baby dust your way for your test on Sunday! :crossfingers: that you get a BFP!
Abbey--:woot: EWCM! you caught that egg!!
issy--You sound like you're in a good place this cycle! Glad to hear you're feeling happy and relaxed. I've come to realize it doesn't do any good to stress over it, because it's not going to change the outcome anyways! I'm right there with you as far as the "something days past O" (lol..) Actually, I don't really know where I'm at right now, my cervix is still high, soft, and open--has been for 4 days now! My chart at FF now shows the last 4 days as being fertile days for me, and doesn't show if I've O since I don't temp! So I'm a bit lost and confused at the moment--especially since my ticker shows that today is test day for me! There's nothing I can do but wait it out--I've been such a good girl, I haven't even bought a HPT yet!
-
Issy - Thanks. Im :pray:ing too. I think i need all the prayers i can get.. Hoping that you have a better cycle this month
Jen - hmmm thats abit confusing to me too, hope everything works out and thanks for the
AFM, now im abit more stressed out cause i hurt my back at work but they think i didnt and now im off work. So stressing about $$ and feel bad cause all the pressure is on OH to bring in the $$. I know thats what would happen when/if we have a baby but still doesnt help me with my guilt. Plus work is being ***** so i feel like crap, this maybe catching that egg is the only thing i am feeling positive about right now :( Sorry bout the whingy post too....
Anyone reading/have read the "conception chronicals"? I find it really interesting..
-
Hey I just wanted to stop in and say hello and tell everybody that I'm feeling a lot better now... I been working all day and then spending time with my hubby so I have not been online... I'm praying for everybody and sending lots of baby dust and sticky vibe to everyone... I will try the bd but I don't think anything is going to happen for me this soon...
-
:wtf: Just got home from work, went to the bathroom, and saw bright red blood when I wiped! Just checked my cervix again this morning, and it's still high, soft, and open! I repeat, :wtf: The main reason I'm confused is because, ok, if I O'ed on the 17th like I was supposed to, then of course this would be AF a day early (damn witch!) But for the last 3 days I've had watery CM and my chart says I'm fertile! I did feel really bloated and crampy about an hour and a half ago, but I was not expecting this! I guess that explains the irritability and weepiness for the last 3 days... :wall:  Looks like I'll be drinking some strawberry daquiri's tonight! Sorry to vent and run, but DS having a banana split party, and I have to go help, so I'll be back later.
-
Good Morning to everyone.
Hi Jen - :wtf: is going on with us. We're both still in limbo. I know I didn't O when I should have, still don't think I have, yesterday I had light spotting for a couple of hours, then nothing. I'm really at a loss. If AF is on her way for you then yes that would explain the irritability and at least you can move forward to next month, just gets very annoying. Hopefully something like that is happening here as I have been so cranky at everyone for the last couple of days.
Toccara50 - hope everything works out for you this month, sounds as if you are happy at the moment
Abbey - hope your back is feeling better soon, don't stress too much, it all works out in the end, maybe this break is what you need.
Issy - hope you got that house cleaned so you can spend the weekend with your family.
For everyone I'll just spread some :bluedust::pink-babydust::stickyvibesboy::stickyvibesgirl: around, i'm off to clean up my kitchen before DH and friend start working on the new one.
i'm going to get my hair done today so hopefully that will make me feel better (cut and new colour). We are going to paint the new room this weekend and hopefully I can set it up, the plumber and electrician are coming back next week to finsih off and the tiler will also be back in next week, he was one tile short on the shower, then DH's friend decided we should tile another wall in the room while he was going so another couple of boxes were ordered so I guess there goes another day of work for him.
-
morning jen
i second that, :wtf:!!! how confusing for you hun. have no idea why you would get af whilst still having fertile signs, so sorry i am not much help. have a feeling i am in the same boat though, still not sure if i have ov or not because my temps are still low. i guess all we can do is hang on and go for the ride, there really is so much that is out of our control in this whole TTC thing.
thinking of you, let us know how things progress.
-
Angelbabies - bday buddy - thanks for lurking. 2 things yesterday made me feel a lot more confident about things - your post that whipped me into line :whip: and some very encouraging hcg results. i really appreciate you coming out of ur bb break to specifically write a post for me - very much appreciated. feel free to do this whenever you like - it helps. between you and the other girls in here, i don't think i will ever leave the thread and with many who have received bfps in this thread now over at PAML, it does make me slowly feel i have acquired 2 homes from the one - like an american sitcom with it's spinoff show . Thanks again - ur always in my thoughts and i always wish you the best.
Thanks Jen & everyone else for your constant support :grouphug:
I want to send heaps of babydust and sticky vibes as always to you all. For those who are having a time of uncertainty and :wtf: i hope that some answers come to you very soon. For those having difficulty maintaining their TTC journey, I wish you all the strength in the world to carry on. I hope those in the TWW see their time go quickly. For everyone else - big hugs!!! sometimes it's nice just to get one.
-
Jen - sorry your cycle is being so weird. I can't imagine why you'd get Af while still having fertile signs. Are you sure it's AF?
PLC - I'm so glad you're feeling positive, it must be such a relief :)
Mollycat - thinking of you with lots of lovely positive vibes.
pbstar - fingers crossed. I know what you mean about it really being out of our control, and it's so infuriating. Oh well..fingers crossed!
Toccara - I'm glad to hear you're feeling a bit better. Time busy and with partners is often good. Take good care of yourself.
Abbey - no good about your back! If work want to be ****y about it just tell them to clear off ;) You look after yourself.
Issy - Sounds like you have a nice level head about everything right now, which is fantastic :) Hope you had a productive day cleaning!
AFM - Well my symptoms are all still here. Sore BBs, thirsty, nauseous at times, altered appetite, tired, and I'm sure I got (for the first time ever), a metallic taste in my mouth last night. However! And this is a big however to me, I got some bleeding last night! I was so upset. It's pale pink and watery..so maybe..spotting more than bleeding. But there's still some of it there this morning and if it's AF she's early! DH is convinced I had a small bleed when AF was due last time I fell pg, but after two m/cs and a chemical pregnancy..I can only think negatively when I see any kind of blood down there at all. So I've stuck a pad on..just in case..and will have to go off to work feeling worried. I'm really down about work at the moment, and have no money till next Friday to buy myself anything lovely to cheer up. Oh dear...must try to just plug on..

wanted to call in to wish you all a lovely weekend and shower you all with bucket loads of :pink-babydust::bluedust:
-
Hi ladies,
Megsmum - good luck with your bt on tues and a big :happybirthday: to your dd
Acria - still  hard for your bfp hun...I have to tell you I have, I have a good feeling about you!
Jen - hi, yes im in a much better place this month, im actually feeling really good. I know in reality that this is probably not my month, not sure why I feel this way, its probably because im so used to being disappointed at the end of the month that I cant see why this month would be any different. But in saying that Im just not worried about it this month and im happy with whatever happens.
Sorry, I go through and read each post and then reply by writing on micrword, so this is in response to your second post...
About AF showing, the only thing I can think of is that you probably did O 2 weeks ago, but just didn't have any O signs, I don't always get them either, that's why I temp, because other things are too unreliable. Towards AF I also get loads of watery cm, not sure why, it just what happens. FF can only predict O from the info its given, so if the only data you give it is cm, it will calculate o by this only, and in my opinion, cm can be inconsistent month to month and watery cm can present itself more than once in a cycle. Sorry if this doesn't help, but I would recommend you start temping, this may be a much better indicator of o for you than cm, especially if your like me and get watery cm before af. Sorry that af arrived too, wishing you loads of :goodluck: for next month.
Abbey - oh hun, I hope your back is feeling better, how horrible. Look after yourself ok! And I pray that a nice bfp will cheer you up soon :)
Toccara - im not sure if we have met before so hi! You never know what will happen so good idea to bd anyway?.if your ready ofcourse!
Mollycat - praying the spotting is a good sign for you. Have fun (&relax) getting your hair done today, im very jealous
Pbstar - im sorry that youre feeling a bit out of whack lately. Sometimes we're thrown curve balls and it truly makes us feel out of control. But hang in there hun, the month is not over yet and you just never know, maybe youll get a nice surprise, when you were least expecting it.
Plc - good to hear from you, im so glad to hear that you are feeling better about everything and that its all looking great. Whichever the thread, you are so very welcome. You are a wonderful women, always willing to share advice and give encouragement when others are in need, even when youre going through more difficult times yourself. Any thread that has you a part of it is a lucky one!
Acria - wow, those signs sound fantastic...Just to let you know I had some spotting (or rather a spot) which was pale pink and watery with DD, and I went on to have a very happy and healthy pg. So this could be a great sign! But I do understand your caution. After 2 m/c myself, any bleeding can be worrying. Try to relax though, as I said this could be really positive.
AJC - Thanks for the shower hun, hope you are doing well....always thinking of you!
AFM - Im doing fine, same old same old.
Big hello  to everyone
Issy
-
i am having a really weird cycle to, hoping there are lots of BFP in june.
-
mollycat- :crossfingers: hope you O soon and catch that egg! Hang on, just read further, where are you at in your cycle? hm...I'm confused, i hope that was a bit of implantation bleeding!
vanaithi- how r u? Hope you're getting plenty of BD in!
AJC- YAY!!!! How exciting, I'm so glad to hear everything is going well and you got to see the baby!
issy- thanks, good thought, I will concentrate on that with the moving, that I get to clean everything out! Good to hear you're feeling good!
pbstar- hey, maybe you have ovulated and your temps just aren't as high as usual, that's what's happening to me this time, did you read what krystielove said back a bit about different ovaries??
Jodsan- Thankyou! How are you going?
jenushka- yay for the pos opk!
jen- thanks! that's true, I won't have time to think about the TWW with moving! Yay! Oh no, sorry about AF. I think the cervix is right, it opens up when AF comes, and also I think a bit of watery or ewcm just before AF is normal coz it's the corpus luteum or something coming out. :(
smilinatu- Good luck catching the egg!!
Mel- Glad your trip went ok
megsmum- not long till testing now, I really hope this is it for you.
Acria- Hello! Sorry to hear you're feeling a bit down  Oh no, I hope that's just some left over implantation bleeding!
Abbey- Yay for the ewcm!! :crossfingers: you caught the egg!
plc- Yay for the BT results!!
Ok, think I'm caught up. I had an acupuncture appt this morning and he said that he thinks I have definately O'd even if my temps aren't as high as usual, and my temp went up more this morning so yay! He gave me some herbs that are meant to help with the temp going higher, i think maybe they help ur body produce more progesterone maybe, and they also help with possible implantation, yay. But now he's away for 3 weeks, ahhh...I hoped he's be here for the start of my next cycle so we can get it all on track and hopefully O earlier!
Well I hope everyone is having a good weekend!!
-
Acria -It sounds exactly like an implantation bleed to me (that's what I had when I was pg with DS). It's more like pink CM? How many DPO are you?
Jen - I'm with SaraJane, my cervix opens 3-4 days b4 AF and I get watery CM (it's much more watery than EW) for a couple of days. Really sorry about AF.
Hi everyone else!!
-
Hey girls. Just got home from work after having a great day. My spotting, or whatever it is, has stayed steady all day. There's almost nothing there, just a hint of pinky brown when I wipe. I put a pad on just in case, and there's virtually nothing on it. [TMI warning] When I wiped at one point there was quite a bit of CM with some pink and brown blood, and since then it's only been very little. So I still have hope!
Your messages have picked me right up also and made me feel a lot better. And my Bbs still hurt! I might still be pregnant after all! :cheer: Now to wonder how long I can hold on until I test
Lisa xx
Edit: oh, and I think I'm 12/13 DPO.

:pink-babydust::pink-babydust::pink-babydust::bluedust::happyforyou:
Just wanted to drop in and throw a few tonnes of babydust over you all.... xxx
Got everything crossed for some lovely BFP's this month :crossfingers:
Acria (hello, we haven't met...sounds EXACTLY like impantation bleeding to me WOOHOO!) I really hope this is it- and you can set off a wonderful chain for the other ladies (it seems the BFP's here all bunch together...3-4 in one go, and then nothing for weeks. Very odd, but you go girl )
Hi to everyone else, I don't drop in so much atm cos work is crazy (exam season) and I'm exhausted in the evenings so usually crash out by 10pm). You are always in my thoughts, and I do go back through all the threads I've missed but not a chance of doing personals with so much going on and so many new faces. I wish you all the very best tho!
afm- well, i have my 20 week scan next week (yay) and heard the heartbeat again this week, good and strong. No more bleeding since the 11 week scare, and praying it stays that way. Belly is the size of a soccer ball, perfectly round and firm so I'm very happy with my cute, neat bump. Have felt bubs moving around too, but DH can't feel it yet.
Big hugs and stacks of babydust for you all.
ps I am not going tp PAML thread at all, just doesn't feel right. I'll just drop in here now and then for a catchup and a gossip xx (Acria, I'll defo be back to see how you go xx)

mollycat--Sorry to hear you're still in limbo with your goofy cycle. I guess that's the one good thing about AF showing for me--at least now I know what CD I am! you get some answers soon!
pbstar--Hey, hun, thanks for thinking of me! I never realized that it was common to get watery CM and for your cervix to open before AF-- but has never happened for me before that I've been aware of, so it threw me off. I'm still in shock, it was definitely unexpected, even though AF was due today. your TWW ends with a surprising BFP!
plc--Your words are always so eloquent, thanks for your constant support! I truly hope you're enjoying your pregnancy--it's going to be over before you know it!
Acria--Your symptoms still sound really promising! your spotting is due to implantation bleeding! I'm waiting in anticipation to see a BFP announcement from you--good luck POAS!
AJC--Always good to get more sticky vibes and baby dust--thanks for that! Hope your feeling good and enjoying rubbing that belly (even if you don't have one yet, I'm sure you're getting lots of belly rubs in!)
issy--I'm realizing now that I definitely need to buy a thermometer so I can start temping this cycle! Thought I'd give it a go without temping, but the inconsistency is making me crazy! I guess I can't really expect my chart to be accurate if I'm only going by CM, I just never knew it was common to get watery CM more than once during a cycle. It's just nasty AF playing tricks on my mind! My fingers are still crossed for you this cycle-- you'll be surprised with a BFP--they're always the best when they're unexpected!
bettyboop--Sorry your cycle's so goofy this month, as well! Fingers, legs, toes, and eyes are crossed for June!
SaraJane--:goodluck2: with the accupuncture, herbs, and O! Hope it helps regulate your cycle!
Jodsan--I was under the impression that the only time your cervix opened was when O! I think it was just AF's way of "sticking it to me" by giving me false hope :( I drowned my sorrows last night with a Mike's hard lemonade (was out of rum for daquiri's), and this morning am drowning myself in coffee. Back on the train for another bumpy ride... Hope things are well with you and you're enjoying your weekend!
nickster--Thanks for checking on us! It's always good to hear from you! Good luck next week on your 20 wk scan--my gosh, I can't believe you're 20 weeks already! Hope you're enjoying your :bellygrowing: I wish I could rub your tummy for good luck--I could sure use it!
Hi's and hugs for everyone else! Thinking of you all always! In fact, it's pretty bad--we're going camping for 5 days in June and I've got to try to get a card for my DSD's laptop so I can log online so I don't miss you girls! I honestly can't imagine 5 days away from BB and away from all your support! Thanks to all of you for getting me through!
-
Ok, just placed an order for preseed and a thermometer! It's time to get serious here... no more uncertainty! Now, hopefully the thermometer gets here before AF leaves so I can start temping! You are supposed to wait till after to begin temping, right?
MistyFying--was wondering if it's ok to add my chart to my signature? Or can I not have both my chart and a ticker, and all the text? Thanks, just don't want to get an infraction!
-
Hey Jodsan, I had another question about the Jonas method. I checked to see my fertile day for June, my chart is predicting O on the 16th. Jonas calendar shows the 16th, but says fertile 24 hours before date shown (which would make my fertile day right on my predicted O day!). But here's my question: under the lunarium calendar the only date that shows my moon sign is June 6th--what's the difference between the lunarium calendar and the Jonas calendar? Does that mean I could possibly conceive on the 6th and the 15th? Thanks, I'm sorry to always burden you with so many questions--I appreciate your opinion very much!
-
Acria- I'm hanging out to see what's happening with you, hopefully no sign of AF!
nickster- :hello: don't think we've met!
jen- sorry about stupid AF. I just temp the whole time in my cycle but it will be fine to start when ur thermometer comes. It sounds like you're feeling positive this cycle and I reckon you should be, when your lunar and normal fertile days line up you're super likely to get preg, there's some threads on here about lunar fertility somewhere, check them out.
afm- hmm....my temp has gone way up today, yay!! Go acupuncture. Yesterday he was trying to warm my body up and get my temp higher, looks like it worked!!
-
Bad news I think girls. Depite all my and Dh's best efforts, and all your super positive vibes (thanks btw :) ), it looks like AF is here :crying: I woke up this morning with stronger cramps and when I went to the toilet, there's quite a bit of blood, bright red and thick with some mucous. So I've put a pad on and have to work from 10am and 3pm. I'll take a book and have a good read to myself, because the business will be quiet.
My head is saying 'Okay, your period is here, get prepared for the next cycle and the next try!', but my heart is saying 'Don't give up just yet..you never know..the cramps aren't that bad now..etc etc'. If I'm not pg then why did my body give me all those symptoms, and if I am, why is it bleeding? Gahh! I feel like I can't trust my body anymore..she and I are on different wavelengths or something.
Lisa xx
-
Acria - my body did the same thing to me in Feb this year. I had tender bb's and that metallic taste in my mouth. I was soooo positive I was going to be a BFP so I felt really really confused when I didn't. I'm so sorry about af, please try to stay positive though.
nickster - GL for your mid term scan. Wow, I can't believe how far along you are now. Keep in touch.
jen - sounds like it's time to get serious. Dh and I struggled to 'time it right' after the first m/c but we fell pg second month temping. Am sure your BFP is just around the corner too.
Sarahjane - GL with the acupuncture!
mollycat - hope your cycle sorts itself out soon. It's hard enough without body playing tricks on you.
Hope you are all having a good weekend!
afm - doing ok. Feel so much better since appointment last week and I think I even had a little m/s yesterday . I woke up and felt sick at about 6am then went back to bed until 7.30 alarm. Woke up felt better but was just hungry all day - felt like my stomach was empty but I ate like a horse! And the hungrier I got the weirder I felt. Sort of like how the clomid made me feel. Less than two weeks until next scan. Will keep you all updated. Just taking it easy ;) as per ob's request.
-
Hi ladies,
Im sitting here in my pj's (and yes its 12:00pm) after having a very lazy Sunday morning. DH let me sleep in while he took DS to footy training (that's AFL football for the overseas girls) so I stayed warm and cosy in my bed, and didn't wake up until DH got home at 10:30am. Now that's bliss!!!!!
Ok time for some persies...
Mollycat - hope your cycle sorts itself out soon  that your BFP is just around the corner!
Pbstar - hope you're doing ok hun...remember its not over till its over!
Acria - so sorry to hear that AF arrived in full force (nasty witch) I really thought that this was it for you...sending loads of :goodluck2: for next cycle.
Jen - sorry about AF also :(
About temping, glad you decided to buy one, hopefully this will give you more answers and you'll be able to see a pattern in your cycle which will help you predict ov. I used to temp religiously but now I only temp as AF approaches just to let me know when af will arrive so im prepared IYKWIM. DH and I decided that we would bd everyday (or at least every 2nd) throughout my entire cycle just to make sure, as I was getting a bit obsessive over the whole temping thing. But in saying that, temping for a few months allowed me to recognise a pattern in my cycle and now Im so intune with my body, that I know when I have ov and when im approaching it. I simply made note of other symptoms which coincided with my temps around o, such as watery or ewcm, bloating and pain around ovary area with low temps and a sore spot in my left breast coincided with my temp rising so I know that when this occurs, I have o'ed. GL with it hun, im sure you'll feel more in control about your cycles when you temp. That bfp is just around the corner, I can feel it coming!!! :)
Sarajane - im thinking of visiting an acupuncturist also, my cousin in a Chinese medicine (or medical, not sure how to say this) practioner, but he has recently moved to Sydney so I cant use him now. Bummer! Congrats on the high temps, they stay high for the next 8 months.
AJC - Yay for the m/s, so weird isn't it to celebrating it, but its certainly something that makes it feel more real and that everything will be ok if you have it. Take care of yourself and enjoy it!
AFM - I think im about 8 dpo, and my temp was 36.9 this morning, so average for this time of my cycle. Im feeling pretty good about things still, not overly confident that this is the month, but hey, you just never know! No other symptoms to report as yet, although have been weeing like there is no tomorrow, but then again, its too early for this symptom and its bloody cold here at the moment, so im not surprised im a wee machine! Ok thats it for now,
Hello to everyone else, im thinking of you all and wishing you loads of GL and happiness.
Issy
-
AJC - so good to hear you are doing well and great to hear you are having some symptoms, even if they are yucky... less than 2 weeks until you can see your little munchkin again (yay!)...
Jen and Acria - I'm so so sorry to hear about witchface AF ... I hope you are both doing ok...and I hope this AF doesn't give you too much trouble (sounds like she might be though Jen :( ). Great big  and make sure your dh's are extra nice to you... And good luck with the pre seed and temping this month Jen, I find the temping is good purely because it gives me something to do! Also good to feel like you have a bit more control over your cycle.
sara-jane - great results from seeing the acupuncturist! Sneaked a peek at your chart and there's no mistaking that temp jump! Great news...
nickster - don't think we've properly met but *hello* anyway! It is good to hear from you - encouraging messages from the "other side" definitely helps, and gives me lots of hope that I'll be back there soon... Glad to hear all is going well. Continue to enjoy that bump!
Jodsan - hello! hope you're doing ok
Issy and pbstar - hope the 2ww is treating you both ok ... lol at the "wee machine" issy! Damn cold weather!
mollycat - how was the hair appt? I would kill for one of those at the moment ... Hope you feel nice and relaxed and have lovely swishy hairdresser hair to make you feel nice!
bettyboop - how did the opk's go?
Hi and bellyrubs to plc, mmteacher, canary, emmylou and any other of our latest bfp recipients that are lurking out there!! Here's some :stickyvibesgirl::stickyvibesboy:
Hi and :pink-babydust::bluedust: to any others I have missed...
afm - am at about 2 or 3 dpo I think, so am now entering treacherous :2ww: waters (lol!). My delayed Sydney trip now means I am heading off with ds on Tuesday for 5 days so am really looking forward to that as a distraction. Other than that, am doing pretty good, and to be honest am glad the bd'ing can now taper off a bit! Am exhausted!! Might see some of you over in the 2ww thread also..
Take care!
jenushka

having a reallly bad day, my chart dont know what dp0 i am ? have a look. went to church , a lady at church had a baby girl last week and was at church today , i did not cope well, and me and another lady who lost a baby at 22 weeks stood in the corner, she is a great friend and we could not even look at the baby, my friend new my baby was due last week and that i was really sad , then i went home and cryed all afternoon.
hope you are all having a great weekend
-
Just popping in to give you big hugs, Bettyboop!  Your chart might be saying you're about to ovulate, but it's a little hard to tell without other information like cm and opk details. Glad you had a friend with you today so that you could support each other.
-
my boobs have been so sore , i normaly get that after i have 0, i have BT tuesday and specialist on friday.
-
SaraJane-- Yay on the temp jump, looks like another score for accupuncture!
Acria--You and me both? I was personally shocked to see AF show for me when she did, so I can imagine after all your symptoms how discouraged you must feel. Sorry hun! Sending huge cyberhug your way!
AJC--Continue taking it easy, I'm counting the days till your next scan! Good luck with the m/s, at least it's a positive sign that all is well with the pg!
issy--I'm so relieved to hear of you sitting in your pj's at noon! I stayed in my jams until after 6 pm, and only got dressed to take DS to his 8th grade dance! I felt like a complete slacker all day--just sat around putting songs into my new ipod. It's nice sometimes to just have a lazy day, isn't it? They're just too few and far between! Thanks for the info on temping, I'm sure I'll be asking you a bazillion questions about temperatures and coverlines! It's all new to me, so not really sure what's what as far as when it should go up or down, etc...
jenushka--Thanks for the good luck with temping and preseed. Did you and DH ever try out the preseed, I remember you saying you got some? Figured we'd give it a try--we always use some sort of lubricant, and I read that all lubes, and even saliva, can kill those all-important :sperm: so I figured this would be a proactive solution to that problem! And I've been so frustrated with my charting, but the only info FF has had to go by has been CM, and obviously that's not enough to accurately determine when my fertile days are. Like you said, it will be something to do--I actually get a kick out of charting, so hopefully I can use that to my advantage this month! Yay, I'll actually have lines on my graph now! :cheer: Good luck in your TWW--sounds like you'll be very distracted with DS!
mollycat--I'm so jealous you got a haircut and color! I love going to the hairdresser and getting my hair washed--that's the best part! Unfortunately, DF is the one that cuts and colors my hair, so I don't get spoiled like that. What color did you get? I have a box of red on my bathroom counter--it's been there for 2 weeks waiting for DF to get the hint! My hair right now is a dirty blond, so the red will give it a little kick--if DF ever gets the hint! Any news on whether you've O yet? Ooohh, and it's Monday, is this the last day of tying up the loose ends on the extension?
bettyboop--Good luck with your BT on Tue. and your appointment with the FS on Friday. Hopefully you'll get some answers about your cycle!

Good Morning (and afternoon) to all
I've finally O'd (according to FF) last Friday which would tie in with the pains I was having, they just weren't as strong as they usually are so I wasn't sure. So maybe my goofy cycle can get back on track
DH and friend installed our kitchen and we painted all weekend and now my new room looks great. Still have to paint one more coat on walls and trim and we'll get that done one night through the week, it's a pale shade of apricot with a darker apricot trim. Still haven't done the laundry/bathroom as the tiler is not finished, he ran out of tiles and they'll be in wednesday. I think we'll paint it white as the tiles are blue, so that should break it up. We put a piece of carpet in the new room and re-used the lino out of the old one for the kitchen and dining areas. Eventually we want to put in timber floors but they have to wait - can't afford that yet. I've started putting the toys back out there, the kids are going to be surprised at the space they'll have at the moment until we move our dining table, etc out. The plumber comes in today so hopefully that will be him out of the way and I have to ring the electrician to come back and hook up the dishwasher and stove then he'll be finished. almost done
My hair is normally a brown at the moment it's a dark chocolate with red/pink foils and i've had a little taken off the length so it sits just under my shoulders. I love getting my hair done, the place where I go really spoils me. My eldest son had his cut too, it was a bit of a shock his was well down his neck and covering his eyes and ears and now it's quite short. Looks good.
Bettyboop :hug: just remember we're thinking of you.
AJC - yay for m/s. Makes it feel real. Glad your scan turned out well, and counting down to the next one.
Issy - good on you. wish I could sit around in my pj's like that. bit hard with people coming in and out doing jobs all day. We even had the tiler in on sat and sun, as well as DH's friend/boss.
To everyone :bluedust::stickyvibesboy::stickyvibesgirl::pink-babydust:. Heading off now to shower and finish tidying up before work. Pop back in later.

preseed
Hey Jen - re the preseed - We ended up using it twice, and was going to use the third application but when opening it found it had burst. The instructions say not to use it if that's the case because there can be the risk of infection given the way that you *ahem* apply it (lol - sorry, feeling very juvenile today!).
We both liked using it - definitely didn't need the whole application each time, would have been way too much. And yes, it's nice to know that it's not harmful to those all important :sperm:
And you are such a trooper for staying positive - I can't even begin to tell you how helpful it is to see you keep your chin up. You'll be a role model for me if AF shows her face at the end of this cycle. Great big  for you!

Hi ladies,
Just a quick post from me today, feeling pretty crappy with a filthy headache. AF arrived yesterday, so as I thought we have had no luck this cycle. Oh well that's the way it goes I guess, but I could do without the stupid AF headache.
Anyway I have made the big decision (it is for me anyway!) to go onto Clomid this month, so will be doing that along with IUI. I have decided that it is time to admit there is a problem and deal with it and move on. So there you go :)
I'll still pop in from time to time, but wanted to say good luck to everyone, hope you all get your BFP really soon!

Hi ladies, one day til O for me, then the dreaded TWW again. At least I have exams to keep me busy this month.
Jen - I must admit I dont get it either. Apparently your moon signs has nothing to do with your lunar return. I haven't worked out why yet, but mine is way different too. Just go on the Jonas calculation, which sounds like it's O day, so apparently gives you an extra super duper chance.
Bettyboop - Sorry yesterday was such a difficult day for you. The way I try to view it is that everyone else deserves their little miracles too. I realise it must be a really difficult time since you would've had your bubs now. But, at least your cycles are all happening now and you are finally in with a real shot. It sounds to me like you've probably O'd on CD19, my boobs (mostly nipples) are always pretty sore for a couple of days afterwards. Hopefully FF will give you an indication over the next couple of days. Good luck for this cycle.
Megsmum - Sorry to hear about AF and that you are going to have to go on clomid, I know you didn't want to. But your FS did recommend it so he obviously thinks it will help. Anything that helps has gotta be good, and hopefully you wont have to be on it for long anyway ;)
:hello: to everyone else!!

Hi you gorgeous bunch of girls :) I hope you are all doing well.
I went away over the weekend and have just managed to catch up on all your posts!
One of my bosses' parents have a little cottage b&b on their farm near Wilson's Prom, and for my engagement all my work buddies put in to get us a couple of nights out at the cottage. We finally went this weekend (after being married for more than 2 months, lol) and it was really lovely. The cottage was the cutest little thing ever, and my bosses parents were just the sweetest people ever! We spent Sat doing some sightseeing around Wilson's Prom, and Fish Creek and Walkerville and we just had a really nice and relaxing time.
It kind of took my mind off the tww, but I still had my trusty thermometer with me, lol. Temps have been really nice and high though, so I'm happy at the moment. Keeping my fingers crossed that they don't drop for 9 months!!
I'm not sure if I will do a hpt though. I'm worried about getting a false negative because the hcg from the silent misscarriage took so long to drop. I did get one negative test before I ovulated, but what if it was a dodgy test? I just don't want to get a positive and then be disappointed.
I have my post-op appointment on Friday with my ob though. I'm hoping he might be able to do a scan to see if I'm pregnant... Does anyone know how early he would be able to see a baby with an internal u/s if I was pregnant? I would only be 3w5d on Friday if we have been lucky enough to conceive...
I have to run off to work now, but I'll come back later for some persies (I'm sure there will be lots because you have all been so busy!!!) :D

Hello Ladies!
Jen: i am not sure where my cervix is actually! when i check for it in the evenings its all soft & squishy in there so i have no idea whats what.. i should be o'ing tomorrow according to ff... sorry about evil af visiting you! & ACRIA too! i hope its the last time you both will get af for the next 10 months!
Bettyboop: sorry about you feeling down the other day. my dh & i went to a farewell a few weeks back. there were babies everywhere! well not really just 2 or 3 tots & a newborn & a preggie lady... dh & i didnt stay long & it made us sad afterwards...
JEN: wat is preseed & can i get it in australia? i have a prob with cm.. not enough of it. i should be o'ing tomorrow. but its still dry! maybe i should try this preseed.
as for me: im feeling down today & yesterday... dh & i was supposed to bd last night but he said he was getting a cold. made me so ! he promised we was going to try harder! & thing is, he got himself sick yesterday anyway by doing car stuff when its not necessary yet & IN THE COLD OUTSIDE WHEN ITS FOGGY & FREEZING! we were going to try this month & im very frustrated that he's causing us to miss the eggie!!! made me angry all day today. im too stressed out anyways, so we'll prolly miss the egg anyways... :(
well anyways, :grouphug::goodluck2::stickyvibesboy::pink-babydust:

Acria- :( I'm sorry about AF
issy- yeah, I would definatly recommend acupuncture and chinese medicine, it's awesome!! I went off the pill last june and my cycles were really long and crazy and never went back to normal. We were TTC for 8 months and I finally decided to try AP and he made me O earlier than usual and I got my BFP that cycle!! So I really think it works!! Good luck! :crossfingers: for the TWW, not much longer to go now!
jenushka- yeah, I didn't expect the acupuncture to be that effective straight away! crazyness! Oh, great that you'll be away for some of the TWW, a distraction is always good! The waiting kills me!
bettyboop- sorry you're feeling down. hmm....I can't make sense of your chart but your temps are really high so you must have o'd, when do u reckon?? I hope that temp drop yesterday was implantation.
jen- crikey, you're so good at remembering everyone in the thread!! I can never keep track, lol.
mollycat- yay for O!! Hope you caught it!
pbstar- aww...no probs hun  Glad to hear you're feeling better now! Half way through the TWW!
megsmum- sorry about AF coming, glad that you have made a decision as to what to do now and :crossfingers: your bfp is not too far away.
Jodsan- hope you're getting plenty of BDing in!!
Krystie- Was wondering where you were!! Good to hear you had a good time away! looks like your temps have gone up nice and high like mine now too. Yay! Hope this is our month!! :crossfingers: It would be nice to be pregnant again already, but I'm also scared if I am, what about you??
Vanaithi- the fact that you can't feel your cervix and that it's all soft is good, that's what it's supposed to be doing around O time! Yay!! You can get preseed from lullaby conceptions, just google it. Good luck catching that egg!
Well, my temps have stayed high, was worried it was just a once off but no. Yay! I have changed to a new internet provider for when we move on the weekend and it won't be on for around 20 days, ahhhhh........how will I survive!!!!!!!!
-
megsmum - sorry about AF (and headache to boot!!). Please keep in touch - remembering you can still hang in here as I do. I do hope you get all the support & answers you need on any other thread as well. GL sweet
issy - how u doin hun? i really appreciated ur beautiful words to me in ur earlier post!! I am also a great advocate of acupuncture - i truly feel it helped my body to get in good nick to be able to conceive.
hello everyone else - big hugs!!
-
thankyou you so much,so great to have your support.
-
catch up
well hello everyone,
ive been away in Sydney for the weekend, and its so hard to catch up with whats happening with all of you! ill try my best!
sarahjane: 20 days! dont know if i could survive! glad to hear temps are still high..fingers crossed for you.
vanaithi: sorry to hear that DH wasnt in the mood, i know how frustrating that can be when O time is limited. I think DH and i missed O this month as i was away, but i forgot my thermometer, so who knows when i O'd.
krystielove: ooh, the cottage sounds wonderful, just what the Dr ordered in this terrible TTC journey, glad you enjoyed it.
megsmum: so sorry you are feeling so crappy. I really wish you all the best on your TTC journey, whichever way that may be. Please still pop in and keep us updated on how you are.
pbstar: glad your feeling better about things, its such an exhausting journey, isnt it!
jen805: how are things going for you? your always so lovely in your concern for everone else, and you didnt tell us how you are doing!
jodsan: good luck with the exams , as well as the BDing, hope you catch the little guys!!!!
hello and big hugs to everyone else!
As for me: not sure where im at. I was away from hubby CD 15-18, and im pretty sure that that was when i Od. So im a bit stressed out, but there is nothing i can do about that...i also didnt take my thermometer, so i have no idea whats happening, guess ill have to wait and see. dont even know when or how long the 2ww will be...all we can do is cross our fingers:crossfingers: and
-
Vanaithi - I never have any clue what my cervix is doing, so I totally sympathise with you! I can always feel mine, but can't tell if it's open/closed, hard/soft or high/low. When I was pregnant I found out at my scan that I have a retroverted uterus (apparently 1 in 4 woman have it), and I've wondered whether that might make it harder to analyse...
I hope that you DH is feeling better and up for a little hanky-panky-baby-making tonight! I'm sure you haven't missed the boat yet :)
Acria - So sorry that AF came after so many promising symptoms :(
SaraJane - Yes I am also terrified about being pregnant. I want to be pregnant again more than anything in the world, but I'm so scared that something will be wrong again. I'm hoping that the ob will be able to do a scan and make me feel better if I am pregnant. I know some people don't like to get to many ultrasounds, but I would have one everyday if I could!!! ;)
Oh, and it's freaky how similar we are! We both experienced a loss about the same time, ovulated around the same time, both have seen an acupuncturist, both ovulated from the left this cycle, our temps both spiked about the same number of DPO... Are you me?! Hehehe.
BettyBoop - I had a peek at your chart and wish I could give you some advice, but I would really just be guessing. My average temp before and after ovulation seems to be different to yours (apparently I'm cold-blooded, lol). I hope your body gives you some answers soon!
tina_k - I hope your trip to Sydney was as relaxing as my little trip. Was it for work or pleasure? I'll keep my fingers and toes crossed for you that you get a little BFP surprise at the end of your mystery tww :)
megsmum - I'm sorry that you are feeling crappy, but I definitely think that there is nothing wrong with admitting that you are having trouble falling pregnant. You are a strong and healthy woman and have made a huge and important decision in your TTC journey and I think that you should be proud of your determination to create a little miracle.
If you decide not to post as much in this thread I want you to know that you are in my thoughts and I hope that you will only have to have one month on clomid to conceive your precious bundle.
Jenushka - Nothing wrong having a bit of a "juvenile day" hehe. I have them everyday! ;)
pbstar - Sorry I wasn't around to give you a few comforting words, but I'm very happy that you are feeling better today. Finger's crossed for testing time :)
Mollycat - So glad you ovulated and your house is sounding fabo!! I love the idea of timber floors too. I rented a house once with timber floors and I adored them. They were cold in winter, but I didn't care because they were soooo puuuuurdddy!!
JEN - I just want to squish you!! You are just such a sweetheart and always have the right thing to say to everyone!
