I've been trying to work out when i can test but i have two dates down when AF came as i had spotting for a few days and then full AF a few days after. I did OPK's this month which showed a strong line on Tuesday so maybe i should work from Thursday as O day.

Just a really quick one cos I'm frantically packing for our holiday tomorrow. I swear, I have just packed Jessica's stuff into a MASSIVE suitcase that we are sharing and there was only enough room for my underwear to fit. I need to do some serious culling!! Packing to take a toddler away is more in-depth than I thought! LOL.
Jan - Thanks so much for your support. I was really going out on a limb saying what I said cos I really didn't want to offend anybody, but by the sounds of it, most of us think along the same lines. It's just NOT fair. I have heard of babies born to people we know who are born addicted to drugs and we didn't even know that their parents were users. It's disgusting. I'm a real stick in the mud. I wouldn't even let Jessica go to her Great-Grandmother's because she is a MAJOR chain smoker, her roof is yellow, her hands are stained and after visiting there for even 5 minutes we'd have to come home and wash our hair. I had childhood asthma and as Jessica had so many problems in her first few months, I didn't want to risk her getting asthma or something more serious from inhaling second-hand smoke. I had a massive barney with Alan's mum over it, but funny enough, the Great-Grandma has quit smoking now and has been that way for 6 months now. So YAY!
Nola - I'm LOVING the new ticker. How exciting. I have noticed a positive change in you (not meaning you were negative before), and I know that you know that this bub is a STICKER! Yay!

Hope you all had a fantastic Mother's day, Dh decided we would go to Taronga Zoo for the day, it was lovely, tiring, but lovely to spent some quality family time.

Ok, here goes my rant, well im now on CD 18, we have BD'd everyday now since last sunday, i have had no ferning on the sailva thingy, my temps have been up down 36.4, 36.5, 36.4 etc, BUT have had EWCM for the past 5 days.:mad:
I feel all those nights of BD, even nights that we both did not feel like doing it but did anyway were for all a total waste, as going by my temps i have not even o'd yet.
last cycle i O'd on CD 12 :confused: , all i wanted yesterday morning for mothers day was to see a temp rise but NOOOO! so tonight there will be no bd'g i am giving up on this cycle, :crying:

Well, here's a BPF for you: I'm 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant!!
Here I was thinking I hadn't ovulated - no EWCM, no temp changes, nothing. I was sure this month was going to be a dud. Then, I got a faint positive on a HPT on Friday and a strong positive this morning. Have been to the Drs, but won't be able to get blood tests done until later in the week.
I'm trying to stay positive and confident, but in the back of mind am more than aware that we have a VERY long way to go until we have a baby home. I also feel a little bad for posting my news in here because I remember that pang I used to feel when I'd hear of other women announcing that they were pregnant. I hope I haven't upset anyone. It's just that we are going to do our best to keep this a secret for as long as possible - but I really needed to get it out and the women in this forum have been wonderful.

Kazz - AF stayed away for Mother's Day but arrived today :rolleyes: Gotta love the regularity!! It was a difficult day but made easier by working with the *boys* (I work with a pro football team) who are less likely to recognise the day specifically but still take care of me in their own special way. It was a good distraction.

I have been ill... so I reading posts and typing really wasn't on my agenda. I have had an awful cold, that was accompanied by a headache, an earache and not much energy. I am feeling a lot better today, but am still feeling the effects!

Well my bleeding/spotting has stopped :D completely!! I also did another opk yesterday and it was JUST positive, I could have said it was JUST negitive too... but I think my HCG will be gone soon (that is kinda sad :( ) but, hey, I can get on to other things then! I will test agian on friday and hopefull it is -- (that is if I have no EWCM).

Me not much going on just teh waiting game now. Not evensure what day i should test if at all. I got a dark line on the opk on Tuesday and Thursday i got a little bit of streaking just the one time when i went to the toilet. Not even sure how long my cycle will be as it went back to 31 days last month.
Michelle71, I am so sorry that the witch arrived, I know it is the last thing that you were hoping for. I hope that she doesnt linger for to long and that next cycle will be a much happier one.
Michelle: The tww is the worst. After all the fun of ttc (Bding) then we get put into this little box called "now just wait and see". I so hope that the tww will move as fast as a tww can possibly go and that at the end you will find that you were actually put into the "CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE GOING TO BE A MUMMY" box. Ive been a bit down these past few days.I had my nephews christening on mothers day and there were babies and preg bellies everywhere! I think what made it worse is that AF arrived on mothers day too! Im just feeling really crap and want to curl up at home and not see anyone for a while. DH and I are going away with some friends this weekend but htey are pg and I dont know if I can deal with it.
Its been 5 months since my angel but all of a sudden its become harder than ever for me.
Sorry gals, im just struggling with all of this atm and im sure you ladies will offer some kind words.

It's hard when you see newborn babies and pg women. I think you see them more when you are hurting inside.

Lisa I so hear you, AF came to visit last weekend as well (not a very nice mothers day prezzie at all!!), she really doesn't know when to back off at all.
We all have days that are hard to manage & it can take years before some things feel normal again. Don't be too hard on yourself & do whatever you need to do to get through these times

Well im now leaving it in the hands of the gods, i don't think i have O'd though i did have ewcm, but now it is just creamy. but have had no temp rise and im on CD 20, so im at a total loss as to whats going on :wall: i will just now have to wait and see and im not even sure when AF will arrive as i don't think i have ever had an anovulatory cycle, well since i have been charting that is.
