Me - no af but i think its well on its way - have had some very very very light brown stains when I wipe after going loo so looks likes its over for another month! Oh well still got one month to go for a 2006 bfp.

Well, I am so bummed. It was a BFN. Now I will just wait and see if Af shows up. I'm not feeling very hopeful for this month anymore. I just wish she would hurry up and get here.

Okay, I may be wrong. I am shaking right now!! Of course I did what everyone says not to do but I went back and looked at the test about 20 minutes later and there was a line. So I thought, it's an evap! But it was such a perfect line. So I just tested after holding pee for 3 hours and drinking nothing and there is definitely a line. I sat there and watched it and it came up around 5 minutes. I am freaking out!! It's an IC so I'm going to go get a FRER and test tomarrow morning. I was literally bawling because I'm so scared either way. I wish I had someone IRL to vent to but I don't. My DH is at work and I want to suprise him if it is a BFP so I don't want to tell him yet. If I don't reply tomarrow it's because I exploded from all of this!! Sorry humor is my only outlet right now!

As for me, Sam woke up at midnight and that dreaded gastro had struck again. About 2 hours later I had that feeling and spent a few hours with my head in a bucket. I am still feeling rather seedy. Was meant to go to the Oaks today - what a bummer! AF has been a shocker. Aunt Flow should be changed to Aunt Flood and I have had shocking cramping. But it seems to have almost stoppped today. Not too sure if it has to do with meds etc but I have made an appointment with FS so I can straight onto clomid after next cycle. Hope everyone has a nice day!

Lisa-Hope you are feeling better-hope it's not AF and is simply implantation. thanks for the email/pm-I did reply on another thread but not sure if you've read it! It helps hearing something 'positive' for a change! Have looked at the info on the website details you sent and will definately consider it, but at the moment having accupuncture and about to try chinese herbs! If nothing else it's relaxing!
I've had a mixed couple of weeks.
First, had good news that I probably ovulated last cycle going by my D21 progesterone.
Didn't catch the egg tho. Had another FSH which was still high, but not increasing so stable!
Had a bad few days with AF sort of arriving, very light and painful-suggesting the possible rescarring-arrgh. Had USS which looked like my endometrium is basically really thin-probably due to the Asherman's (scarring), so another hurdle to jump!!
Having another scan after next ovulation-if it happens (!!) to see how thick lining gets......and then seeing a fertil expert to sit down and see if there is any hope! Booked it of our own accord for a 'second' opinion. Still trying to be postive-miracles do happen! Have also first 'app't to find out about adoption too.
Soooo, sorry for grumbling

Hey Shan, Yes Time has flown. I am getting some what excited but anxious aswell. Have just about got everything in order other than we are due to move house in around 3 weeks so not sure what to do re: setting anything up if Treacle comes early. lol. Will keep you updated.

Thanks so much guys! Congrats to you too Hope!! Have you tested again? I just picked up some equates here since they had no FRER so I will test again tomarrow morning. I am still very nervous as to whether this is real or not. I haven't told DH yet because I want to be absolutely sure before I told him. He is in his busiest time at work and dealing with anxiety attacks so no need to upset him if I'm wrong. I'm not going to get a blood test done right now. My doctor recommended that they would do a scan fairly early on to look at things first so we will just see. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting. My cold hasn't gotten worse but still feeling under the weather.
I'll check in tomarrow. I need to go to bed so that this cold doesn't get any worse.

It's really nice to be able to tell you guys and not feel any pressure or expectation-- I'm so scared about eventually telling the family as I don't want them to worry and I couldn't handle that feeling of letting everyone down again-- that's the wrong way to say it but I know you guys all know what I mean. I hope you don't mind me joining in. It's been 4 very long weeks since losing Max and we are unofficially TTC again. I have absolutely no idea when AF is due, but I do know that I ovulated on Saturday, so sitting about 5DPO today. As far as symptoms go, I have been having nausea since Saturday night, left sided stitch pain, cramps, and tingling boobs. I also had some very light spotting last night, so here's hoping it's early implantation.

Im so sorry if ive missed anyone - but htings are too hectic in here.

Me - still no real af..grrr... but having some brown stains when I wipe. So hoping im not pg again - i dont want another pg that is doomed from the beginning. I want nothing on the loo paper when im pg, nothing but normal cm. But in all honesty I really think af is just gearing up. I havent tested - yipee for me being so strong.

Im over the flu now but still a bit tired. had my BIL bday tonight which was a bit depressing as I was pg and vomitting on his last bday (mind you i didnt know I was pg!). So another year gone by and no baby or baby bump. Sorry gals just feeling a bit down atm. Hope to be back to my normal self once af comes and goes.

Well, tested with an equate and there is a faint line on there too. I also took another IC and it is only a little darker than yesterday. I am still very hesitant but I try to keep telling myself that 3 tests can't all have evaps can they? I know they came up in the time limit but they didn't get real dark until it dried. It's just taking time to sink in. I just don't want to be wrong and get my heart totally broken so I'm taking the conservative approach. I am going to test with 2nd MU since yesterday I got a darker result from that. I also drank a lot of water last night before bed and had to pee extremely bad this morning so it could have been fairly diluted.

Hope-I hope we are both belly buddies! I really don't have any advice since I'm feeling very similar to you.

Is anyone testing soon?

Lisa-Keep us updated on the spotting. I hope you get the answers you want.

Amy - don't you just hate those BFN's! If AF is due Monday, it still could be too early???? Happened to my girlfiend who just announced she was pg. Her AF was due Thursday she tested on the Tuesday with a BFN then nothing happended and got 2 BFP's on Saturday.

Lisa - hope you are feeling better. The situation we are in makes us prone to remember dates/celebrations. I got one of my BFP's last year on Derby Day and last Saturday that was in the back of mind. And I know exactly what you mean about the spotting. During the same pg I had spotting up to when I m/c. I could imagine your fear. Could be a BFP though - maybe you should test so you can put your mind at ease.

Hindonly - hopefully you have caught that egg!

Missy - keep positive. Maybe you should get a blood test.

YEAHHHHH - AF is over!!!!!! So it's back to square one. OK ladies I need some tips etc for a good lead up to the big O. :fertilise: Any new bd tips/positions that I haven't heard of ??? I am seeing my acupuncturist this afternoon who I haven't seen for a while. She is always great at releasing those frustrations/fears so hopefully I can start the cycle with a clean slate. I have started drinking loads of water and am onto pg multivitamins. Here's to a fantastic month for all of us!!

Chicken, Missykg, LisaL and Hindonly, I have just spoken to the silly young receptionist at my specialist to get my results from Wednesday and she said "oh theres no recent results here for you are you sure you had a test on Wednesday"?How dumb does she think I am? Of course I would know if I had blood taken. The latest results I have for you are from 15/9/06. She then proceeds to tell me that these results can take up to a week to come in. I have always rang 2 days after test to get results. So frustrating. I will phone again on Monday and ask to speak to the other receptionist. I am having stitch like pain on my left side of abdomen atm and sore nipples. Has anyone else had this sort of pain before and if so what was it? I have had it for a couple of days now. It seems very similar to the pain when I had my cyst but that was on the other side.

Mako- I am sorry, but i couldn't help but laugh. The receptionist must truely be mad! How would you not know you had bloods taken? I would have offered to drive down and show her the puncture mark. But on a positive note, with both Shelby and Max I had a stitch pain (left side also) from very early after ovulation. I have it again ATM which is why I am sort of suspicious. GL

The Chicken - Yeah to AF leaving, do you take evening primrose oil? Supposedly helps CM. I am sorry cant help with new positions etc. Not very inventive there.

Missy - they are only classed as evaps if the line appears after the test limit. If the line is there before and just gets darker afterwards it is definately a BFP, don't worry sweet 3 tests wont lie. Don't forget it takes a couple of days for levels to double so you might not get a darker test straight away.

Lisa - thanks for your well wishes, we are doing a lot better, each day brings new hope. I hope you are are feeling better real soon. I know exactly how you feel with the spotting too. My dream is to have a pregnancy that I can "enjoy". With Shelby I had my head down the loo for 32 weeks and 2 bleeds and Max, well that's another story.

Cilmum- welcome, I am a newbie as well. As far as POAS goes, I had a +ve at 8DO with Max, but he had triploidy so HCG was supposedly very high. With Shelby it was 17DPO before I got a positive. You can start POAS whenever you want but go the cheapie tests for now and save the good ones until 12-13DPO. GL

I am still feeling really seedy - nausea and this stitch pain in my left side are driving me mad. One minute I think I am pregnant the next maybe not. I am still occasionally spotting - definately nothing to indicate AF but very unusual for me.

I went and had my eyebrows waxed today and have spent the last few hours looking for the skin she ripped off my head!!! Why on earth do we do this to ourselves, I couldn't imagine getting a brazilian :eek:

I have woken up feeling fantastic :dance: and I owe it all to my acupuncturist. I hadn't seen her for a few months with all the lap stuff going on etc but it was well worth the visit yesterday. She is currently doing a PHD in PCOS (very convenient for moi) and we were talking about when I may have got PCOS. She said research suggests that I would have got it after having Sam for 2 reasons. Firstly there was a bit of baby weight that I didn't get rid of especially around the tummy. Then there was my predisposition to diabetes. Apparently the insulin/genes just LOVE that extra weight hence the PCOS. So we started talking about my pgs last year and it dawned on me that each time I fell pg I had lost weight begore hand. This year I haven't lost any weight and have put on a few of those kilos I lost last year therefore no pgs. Plus she said the endo probably hasn't helped my O on the right side. We also talked about my M/C's and she thinks that the PCOS also caused them. When the body loses a bit of weight, some effects of PCOS are reduced but not all and that's why I have to go on metformin to control the rest. So from here I have to change my diet (no carbs after 4) continue with metformin and lose a few kilos in the next couple of weeks and hopefully I will get my christmas present!!! So I now have a new lease on life and started my exercise regime with 60 sit ups last night.

I hope this all makes sense as it has taken me a bit of time to get my head around everything!

As for me-- Not feeling too bad. What I like to call the vomit bubble has begun to emerge which means I'll be existing on Jatz from anytime soon. And something really wierd (well coincidental really) happened the day I did the 2nd test. I had dinner with my Dad and Step-mum and my Step-mum took me in private and said "i've bought you an early b'day present but I don't want you to take it the wrong way"-- It was a tree ornament of a stork carrying a blue-wrapped baby. She said it was for Good Luck!! God, I hope it works!! She has no idea how well timed that little gift was!!

Chicken - have you tried the pretzel position? Do you have a copy of the Karma Sutra? After bding do you cycle legs in the air while balancing up on your shoulders? Sounds silly, I know, but it worked for me twice!! LOL Yes, I did look ridiculous... and I have no idea if that's what did the trick either, but oh well. I haven't lost any weight from Baby #1 - I'm up 22kgs still & seem totally unable to shed any of it. Well impressed with starting at 60 sit ups.

Clare - I got a full xxx wax before we got married - yeeeeeoooouuuch! Never again!

Well, AF is due next Saturday. I'll wait as long as I can before I become an obsessive stick wee'er again...

Lou-I so hope this is your month! The only tips that I have is to make it fun, even if you have to shop for something a little naughty. It worked for us this month!! Nothing too risky, just different. (a little confession, we went parking for the 1st time since high school).

Well, I am feeling okay. I am having the mother of all mood swings and I am tired but else nothing else yet. I usually don't get m/s til about 6wks so I await the fun. I am still testing and hoping to see the line get darker. I told DH yesterday! He was so suprised and started crying! I think we are both in shock and scared since we had such a late loss with Dawson! It kinda makes me miss him all the more! I haven't called my midwife yet because I think I wanted to wait til AF was late and didn't want to be wrong so I will call her on Monday. She wanted me to call her 1st so we can talk about what tests to do! I think I am going to have some tests done at a bigger hospital and if everything looks okay, I will still deliver with her. She has delivered all my kids so it would be hard to switch now. Thanks for all your support! I haven't told anyone IRL besides DH so I was glad to tell a bunch of women who will be excited for me!!

Clare, I had to laugh too. I would have loved to have walked in to the surgery and showed the receptionist my puncture on my arm. I am also having stitch like pain on my left side and also have sore nipples. Who knows what goes on in our bodies. When is af due? I am due around Monday 20th which is also the day I see my gyn/ob. I definatly won't be testing before then though. What about you?

Well, i freaked out a bit last week as i had one spot of brown discharge, and i had a bit of that before i m/c. But it was only one spot and nothing since so i am putting it down to old implantation bleeding and will see what happens at the scan in a week and a bit. For some reason i will be more suprised if i have this baby than if i don't and i know its not healthy to think that way but i can't help it. I am trying so hard to be positive and my brain wont let me. Sorry i know i shouldn't complain.....

Mako, your symptoms sound very promising as well. I have no clue when AF is due for me. Going by o date I think around the 18th, and I am a serious POAS aholic I have already started testing. However saying that I only started temping early because I got a BFP with Max at 8DPO. I am doing it in secret though, we weren't really TTC this month just not preventing. Really wasn't expecting to o let alone the day after we bd.

Chepie, I found my pregnant friends were like that too! I was constantly talking about my babies to the degree where people would start rolling their eyes.

Me, I am just about to go down and abuse the stupid women that removed half my eyelid when she waxed me. I have a graze on my eyelid!!! Great look for when I go out tonight. I look like I am wearing red eye shadow. lol Oh well maybe I will start a new trend.
Has anyone else had spotting through their 2WW? Mine started at around 4DPO and it's only really light (small spot on TP every now and then) This has never happened before on preg or non preg cycles.

Hope everyone is brilliant............Well I caved and bought hpt yesterday and decided to test this morning and I have a feint line :eek: OMG I am shaking. I am day 34 in my cycle and I am usually anywhere from 30- 34 days...Though I still have back pain like AF is coming and I am sacred... please let this be true and if so in the right place :pray:
