Michelle, those numbers sound fine to me?? I'm no Dr though. I've heard of much lower HCG ranges than that, for sure.
Try not to worry so much about the numbers (easy for me to say), i am sure they'll have absolutely doubled by Friday!
Am thinking of you sweetie.
-
Thanks Willow. Just added an update to *our* other chat corner. GP just rang me at home and reassured me so I am just waiting for the results on Friday.
DH just asked who I was messaging and then said "I know, Bellybutton. A group of friends connected by one large unbilical cord called the internet" :cryinglaugh: He is such a funny man!!
-
HAHAHAHAHA! God bless your DH, he really does sound lovely...
Glad to hear your GP has reassured you somewhat, bring on Friday!!
-
HI girls,
Michelle - hey to me those numbers sound huge!!! I was 5.5wks and only had a count of 24 and the dr said that was very low, so I think those numbers sound fine to me. I hope they keep getting higher and higher!!!
Willow - HELLLOOOOO!!!! Welcome - I hope you hang around for some more chats in this thread.
Megan - lucky you - my bleed is still going but im hoping its gone by the weekend. Mum is much better thank you. She is still sore accross shoulders and neck but is moving around easier and is more comfortable. IKWYM about having your days. I went to see my NP yesterday and I feel a lot more positive again! She always gives me hope.
Sez - Whoo hoo 8 days to go! Dont be nervous sweety, everything will be just fine :)
Kelly - thanks for the baby dust sweety, and its so good to hear you sounding so happy and positive about having this baby! Hope to join you soon.
Missy - has af arrived hun? I hope the cramping has settled.
A big hi to everyone else, will bbl for more personals
Lisa
-
Awww Michelle, try not to stress. Those number are definatly within range, but as long as they double! Even if you had high numbers, if they don't double, then there is reason for concern! (((hugs)))
LOL@ your DH!! Very funny!
Tanya

Hi Girls,
It has been really quiet in here. Hopefully that means everyone has been to busy making babies to logon.
Kate - Congrats on the weight loss. Man I need some tips!!
Lisa - Sorry to hear about your mum. I am glad you are all "cleaned" out and rearing to go!!
Hope - any word on your Pooch, and her poor paw???
Shan - GL with the move - I hate moving house (I have only had to do it once! thank god).
Michelle - I'm glad your Dr called, based on a bit of research on the web, those numbers sound like they are within range.
Me - Having my twice weekly BT. All going OK. I am having my first OB appt on 1/11, and they can do US in the rooms, so I will probably have one that day. Trying not to think about it too much! If I do I tend to have a bit of a freak out.
Ciao for now
-
AF is here. I have never had such a long cycle in my life. Now I can start charting on a regular basis and not have to go through as many unknowns at the end of my cycle.
My son is sick tonight so again, no time for personals. I will try later.
-
Hi Everyone, :)
Just wondering if anyone can help? I had a positive OPK on Wednesday night, we BD that night, last night still had a positive OPK & had ovulation pains but didn't BD. If we BD tonight do you think I wil catch the egg or is it too late?
April xx
-
April, I had two days of ++ opks, than O'd on the 3rd day... that never happens with me... but my point is, it can't hurt :)
Missy, sorry to hear your son is ill :( But I am glad your body is getting back to some sort of normality
Paige, that's good that you are getting blood tests twice a week... how are your arms :)
1 week to go! Urgh! I really really wish it didn't take so long!
Tanya
-
Has anyone heard for Belle ?
-
No - and it is a little worrying. She hasn't been around for about 2 weeks. How are you this morning???
-
Maybe she is having a bit of time out. I noticed AF came a few days ago, so I am sure it has been a tough few weeks for her.
Belle, if you are loggin on,
Tanya
-
Well - I have a big Woooooo Hoooooo :D BHCG has gone from 357 to 775 in two days so I am pleased to announce formally that WE ARE PREGNANT :happyforyou:
6th cycle of clomid and we have success. Couldn't be happier and I am working on the premise of one day at a time and to enjoy each day (even if it could be the last). DH is starting to get excited too now that we have a positive blood level rise and it is all before Caitlyn's anniversary. I believe this is her gift to make the day a little easier to bear.
Thank you so much for your support during the challenges of TTC. Now ..... who's coming to the ark with me :D
-
WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO!! I knew you would be pg b4 Caitlyn's anniversary!!
Well done!! I'll come, I'll Come!! Just gimmie a few days ;)
Tanya
-
My arms are long - they'll stretch to get you (and a few others I have in mind) any time you want to join the ark. Not long to go now :crossfingers: for your BFP and a blue one at that!!
-
Hi guys can i join you??
i woke up on monday and i knew somthing was wrong .i passsed a clear clot covered in blood on wednesday before i did my test-
i did another BT yesterday andthe result was BFP( faint) had a blood test and the dr said it was a very eary pregnancy
so............. i did miscarry. i have to have a blood test at teh end of next week.
I know i have lost this baby. But i have hope for next time:crying:
i never thought this would happen to me
-
Hi Princess, So sorry to hear of your loss. Big hugs to you.
Tanya, I have my fingers crossed for you.
Michelle, Congratulations!!! You must be sooooo excited.
-
Princess... :( I am so sorry to have to welcome you to our group, but very welcome you are :)
Thanx Mako, how are you?
Michelle, a boat load of us girls a needed over in the ark ;) We would all like a ticket!!
Geez it's quiet in here!! Where is everyone? Surely I am not the only one in my tww!! Urgh I need company or Iam going to test (that's a threat!! LOL) Might test tomorrow anyway...LOL Got some of those early ones, and the urge is over whelming atm!
Tanya
-
Princess - of course you can join us. to you.
Tanya - you will test too early and cause yourself immense stress for no good reason!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAIT (although I did turn into the POAS queen for a while there after the first stick had a VERY feint positive :o) Maybe I'm not the one who should be telling you to wait a day or two more :p
-
Hey Tanya, you poor thing! The tww is a killer! Not that I've ever waited the two weeks LOL, so don't know how I would know!
How many DPO are you? Any symptoms yet? I'm not giving out any POAS advice cos we all know what a shocking addict I am, I can't wait for anything! I can hardly wait for you to test!
Good luck hun, keep us updated :)
 for you!
-
Hi Tanya,
The tww is absolutely driving me mad too. AF is due today or it will be cd 36. I'm not one for testing too much as I'd rather see af than see a :bfn: . I'm a little scared to test to be honest as each time i've tested b4 and i've been preg I mc'd 1 week and 2 weeks later, or af shows up the next day. I won't be testing for atleast another week or 2. I don't have any signs or symptoms atm although last night I felt a little ill but that could have been from the heat and a couple of nights ago I had some cramping but that has gone too, so who knows what's going on in my body:confused:
I have my fingers crossed for you and hope you get the little boy you want.
My dh wanted a boy too and then only this week he came out and said he would also love to have a little girl too. I think he has finally realised that we would both love to just have a new addition to our family no matter what the sex.
Anyway I'm sending lots of :bluedust:your way.
-
hi there ladies i am just popping my head in to wish you all the best with your ttc journeys and sprinkle giant amounts of :bluedust: :stickyvibesboy:
lots of love xoxxo jess and T
-
Awww Mako, I think every man wants a little boy, but I suppose once you have been ttc for such a long time with losses, you realize either will do!
Wow, so AF is due today!! Sending you loads and loads of stickies!! And I can't wait to read your pg announcement! ;)
Thanks for popping in Jess :)

Hi everyone
Had my follow up appt yesterday about my ep and was told that my remaining tube seems to be ok :) YAY... A womans body is freaky apparently because I now only have my left tube it can move over to my right ovaries for when I am ovaulating from that side!! I found that amazing! And I was told that if we are ready to ttc we can!! And that even though Ihave a higher chance of another ep I was told that is unlikely and most women go on to have a wonderful pregnancy... So YAY again as you can tell I am so excited ...
I hope that this cycle is the one
Hope everyone is fantastic !
xx
-
Great news Kez!! You sound positive too which is fantastic-- you've got to focus on the positives or it will do your head in! Where are you in your cycle? Are you going to start TTC this time around? I started charting last month because I was feeling really powerless in regards to my body and the way in which I felt it had let me down. I found the charting great as it gave me something to focus on and I also learned alot about my cycle. I wish you all the best for a speedy TTC journey-- welcome back to the rollercoaster!
My Gorgeous furbaby, Stella is recovering from her big op in Brisbane but is a nightmare to try to keep still!! She's only 9 months old and even though she currently only has three legs working she would still like to carry on like a pork chop! It's going to be a long 6-8 weeks before she can go walking or running-- probably longer for us than her. She's been given some doggy painkillers that she quite seems to like-- I hope I don't end up with a junkie pup on my hands--:cryinglaugh:
-
Hope - Thank you!! I am at the start of my cycle and they are always all of the place 28 -40 days! So we will be busy for the next 4 weeks!! :p LOL. You're poor puppy, hope that Stella is on the mend ASAP :) My girl Clover has finally come of heat so the boys are happy that everything is back to normal (as are we) no more howling for her!!
Lisa - Hope you are ok babe
xx
-
Kez-- I am on cd3 so we can keep each other company! What sort of pups do you have? Isn't it awful when they are on heat??!! Stella went on early-- a week before she was booked in to be desexed actually! She's a pomeranian and the size of the dogs that turned up to have their way with my baby girl--whoa. We had staffys, rotties, cattle dogs and all other breeds from maher that she is so cute considering what she has just cost us!! She is more rewarding than a bathroom renovation anyway-- no kidding! :p
I'll look forward to hearing how you are going with the whole TTC thing!
Lisa-- I think I read on another thread that you have also just started your (next) TTC cycle. Hopefully we'll all be leaving here together- SOON!
-
Hope - Yay that sounds great!! :) glad of the company thanx We have three staffys - Arnie 14 (I say that he is in retirement now!) Clover 3 (my girl) and Alfie 8.5 months old (little man) and a cat Schmoo (my fury friend). Our babies have cost us a lot too!! Yes come Lisa we can all leave together babe :)
Kez xx
-
Kezz- I love staffys- they so think they are people! We were always going to get a staffy as many of our friends have them but we also have a (big fat) cat, Porsche who is nearly six and we didn't want to put her nose out of joint too much. We'd looked after a friend's pommy and it got on really well with the cat so that sort of clinched it. We'd actually delayed getting a dog when we learned we were preg. the fist time and when that all turned to #$%@ we looked into it again. A friend of ours knew a breeder and it turned out that Stelly was pretty much born at the same time that I had the m/c. So she was meant to come to us and we really love her-- such a great natured pup. We've had so many people say "normally I don't like little dogs but..." . That was the problem though- she obviously didn't think she was a little dog or she wouldn't have attempted to jump off a dining table!!!
Anyhoo- glad I'll have someone to share the load with this cycle. I'm off to have a nice cool glass of vino (there's got to be some positives to having AF!) :p
-
Morning girls... :)
Kez, that really is good news that your other tube is fine :) Now CUMMON BABY!!
So happy to hear Stella is recovering well Hope. Fingers crossed you can keep her off her foot for a little while at least.
Well, if I have one more high temp I will have a triphasic chart :D (Pleeeaaase be it!) I tested this morning (I know I know! LOL) BFN.
Alecia's 14th birthday today, I have told her what i am getting her hasn't come yet so she will have to wait a few more days for it. Little does she know, my sister will be bringing around her real pressie :D She will be that excited she will wet herself!! LOL

Hi everyone...i hope you have all had good weekends!
Tanya - i had to laugh that you just couldn't help yourself and test!! i am sure it will be BFP if you give it a bit longer!
Mako - good luck with testing!
Kez- that's ace that your right tube is ready to go....bring on the BD!
Hope - good luck this cycle, at least you will have your pooch to keep your mind off it!!
Lisa - i hope you are going ok (and your mum) and are back on the ttc journey again! It is hard work i know!!!
Michelle - good work on being up the duff!! You definately deserve it!
Shan - how did that b'day present go???
Well DH has been away on a footy trip all weekend and i started having ewcm yesterday, and i had a positive opk today (neg yesterday)!! He doesn't get home till about 10pm tonight and he wont know what's hit him! I hope he's not too tired!! Actually i hope i'm not too tired!! How long do you reckon i have before we miss the "window"??? The drama of it all, i wish i could chain him to the house but i know that's not healthy! Have been at my nephews b'day party today so i am buggered.....will check back in on everyone tomorrow. I hope i can walk after my big night!! (tmi i know - ha!)
-
Go Get him Megan ;) I bet your getting ready for him to come home now!! LOL...
Tanya
-
Well temp was down this morning :( Urgh, I am tired!
But anyway, we had a good day yesterday, what was morning tea turned into lunch and tea! Alecia was veeery happ with her ipod! :) Now for Emily's birthdat, with is 1 week away.
Tanya
-
Hello girlies,
Sorry have been MIA for a few days! We had a wedding on the weekend and my hubby was best man so we were flat out getting ready etc etc.. It was a great wedding, we got home at 3am!!
Tanya - ohhhh sweety I hope its your turn to board the ark this month! So when will you be testing again?? Alecia must have been rapt with her ipod! What are you getting for Emily?
Michelle - whooo hooo on those levels rising like they should be. Im so happy for you sweets, and its been a pleasure being here with you and it makes me so proud that you are officially pregnant!
Kez - oh sweety thats great news - thats what my dr told me too. So although we are one tube down, are chances of getting pg are not reduced that significantly. with my recent early pg loss, at least I know that my remaining tube is working which is a relief. I really hope you get that bfp soon sweety.
Hope - yay for Stella! You must be relieved? How are you going with ttc?? Where are you at in your cycle??
Megan - ewcm already!! wooo hoo, I hope you managed to get your dh doing the wild bd to catch that eggy. Praying that its 3rd time lucky for you and me both!
Sez - your scan is this week isnt it?? Good luck sweets, i hope you see your little bubba safely tucked in with a gorgeous hearbeat.
Princess - any further news?? Have you had any bt's?
Has anyone heard from Belle??
A big hello to everyone else :hello:
Me - well bleeding just stopped and im all clear to bd! We are starting tonight after we get back from a birthday. I also have to go and have a final bt to make sure my hcg levels have come back down to zero. Fingers crossed!
Have a great week ladies - hoping to see loads more bfp's before the week is out!!
Lisa
-
Don't get too excited for me Lisa, I am not feelin too positive! Urgh... I think I am over it!
Tanya
-
I dont think we will ever be too positive, not even when we get the bfp! Until im holding my baby in my arms, I will never be positive or confident about pregnancy or ttc. So I know what you mean.
I really do hope you get a nice suprise though!
-
Lisa - i feel like you are so much more organised than me after your loss. I just spoke to my obst. over the phone after she got the blood test results and she didn't say anything about more blood tests or u/s or anything. I think my hcg was nearly back to normal by that early stage though. I hope i have done the right thing trying again so soon??? But i did get a positive opk yesterday so i guess things must be back in working order. Hope so anyway. It is all just so daunting and confusing and frustrating making decisions! I think i just don't ask enough questions!! I'm glad you are back into it tonight......i think we (and everyone else for that matter!) definately deserve a fatter than ever BFP this cycle! Thinking of you!
-
Hi everyone....hope you all had good weekends!!!
Megan - I got watching 'Crackerjack' on Friday night and completely lost track of time and before i knew it DH was home and here i was tucked up in bed (we're sleeping in the lounge room atm) watching my movie that i forgot all about his suprise. I'm kicking myself too coz i even had a shower, shaved my legs, put on some yummy Macadamia Nut body butter and everything....oh well, he got a BD that night and another on Saturday morning, so he shouldn't complain...hehehe
Lisa - Glad to here you are okay and that you had a great time at the wedding...i love weddings, but i've only been to family ones and have had to behave myself....i'm hanging for some friends of mine to tie the knot...hehe
Big hi to everyone else too....hope you're all good....
Well, I'm not sure if i mentioned it, but when AF arrived a few weeks ago, she ended up staying for 2 1/2 weeks (i know....tell me about it!!!). Anyway she disappeared last Tuesday, but now has decided to give me a bit of spotting - WTF - what is going on with me. It's all brownish, old blood (sorry if TMI) so not sure what is going on. Do you think it could be implantation???? I doubt it though, although the dates sort of add up...oh well, we'll wait and see...
Well i'm off to Sunbury first thing Wednesday morning, so my trust little PC is going to be getting packed up tomorrow so i'm going to be MIA for probably a week or so. Appartently i have to wait a few days after the phone is connected or something, so i'm going to miss you all terribly, but YAY i'll be in my new house. I'm hoping to see lots of BFP's when i come back online and for all those just starting new cycles, I have everything possible crossed for you..
Catch you soon...xxxxxxxxxx
-
Hi Girls,
Hope you are all well,
Shan - AF for 2 1/2 weeks. Yuck! What is happening now!!! does not sound like much fun.
Megan - great news on the + opk. I hope this will be the month for you (and Lisa!)
Lisa - As I said to Megan - I hope this is your month too. Get busy!!
Tanya - How is the TWW treating you? Do I remember you saying you got a mobile phone online? Can I ask what it was and how much it cost? Mine is cactus and I need a new one. Go team blue!
Hope - I am glad to hear that Stella coped quite well with her op.
Kez - glad to hear that you are ready to jump abord the TTC train again. GL.
Hi to everyone I have missed.
Not much happening here. My first ob appt is on 1/11, and she will do a scan in her rooms. I CAN NOT WAIT. have been having twice weekly BT, but my DR has been away so I can not get the results! You think there would be a better system in place than that would'nt you? it is killing me.
Paige
-
Hi Megan76
Thanks for the good luck wish. AF hasn't arrived yet "yay" and I hope she doesn't. I still haven't tested yet. Will probably wait until next week as I'm soooooo nervous. Oh and I hope you are able to walk lol. I hope you get a bfp this month.:)
