It is possible that it might be easier than you think.

I had an ectopic and the tube was removed on one side. I have since had two children, both conceived naturally. The first ovulation was from the side that the tube was removed from for sure as you can tell on the scan I had at 5 weeks. The second I forgot to ask, so I'm not sure.

Please make sure that you request an immediate scan if you discover you are pregnant just to be on the safe side (and at the same time look at the ovaries for curiosities sake) as I was told that I was high risk for an ectopic because I had already had one.
