hi girls, thanks for those who have asked about me

im just staying away from BB for a while, i guess im trying to break the addiction! i found that i was becoming too obsessed, and it was unhealthy. I was spending too much time thinking about the MC and not able to enjoy the current pregnancy. I have no reason to believe that anything will go wrong...so im trying to stay positive, and staying away for a little while until i feel more secure about the pg.

just want you to know that i am still lurking, and i think about each and every one of you, and i pray for you all.

    love tina

    hi girls,

Angel- Great theory about POAS. I might POAS tomorrow and just put it down to preparing myself for AF's nasty arrival.

Jen- I hope you caught that egg!!

Chappas, Jen, Toccara, Smilantu- Thanks for the ecouragement. I caved and peed yesterday- BFN (It was so painful- the heartache, not the peeing )

Jenushka- I'm so sorry you are doing it tough at the moment. Thinking of you

pbstar- for the stickiest of sticky ones for you!- by the way, I taking your advice to easha, as soon as AF shows up.

KL- Hey cycle buddy. that we can back it up with a BFP tomorrow. Did you POAS today? Maybe I will wait to Sunday (like I had originally planned). I've had cramping all day today, expecting AF any time.

Rachel- I hope you feel better soon.

    hi to everyone else!

Me- Cried all the way to work today & then wore sunglasses for the next half hour. I just wish those around me could understand what I'm going through. I am feeling a little better tonight. I think having 2 days off helps.

Sandygirl- Sorry you got BFN hope its just hiding. Sorry you are feeling so low, hope the 2 days off help. Take care

Cool Off to the 'swooshing' country. Woo Hooooo!!

Tina - I know what you mean. I'm kinda the same. I'm an all or nothing girl, so when I'm on BB, I visit up to 10 times a day, literally. So I think this week away will be good for me. I also think that coming on here so often makes me think about nothing but TTC. That can't be good. I just so enjoy the interaction with the other girls tho, so it's a bit of a difficult one. Take care. Will be thinking of you lots. Looking forward to hearing about your labour!!

AFM - OK. So this actually will be my last post for a week or so. Will be back next Saturday night, and hopefully will be logging on on Monday with my BT result of a BFP. Was going to take a HPT to the snow with me, then accidently left home without it, but then thought I would just go to the shops and buy one to take, but then thought that I'll be home on 11 DPO, and Monday will be 13 DPO so will go for a BT then. Hope I can hold off from testing when I get back to Brissy. Yeah right!!

I'll be starting my progesterone pessaries tomorrow night. That will be 4DPO, so I'm pretty sure that I'll be over my O. I won't be temping in the morning cause I'll be awake at 2.45am to start our drive. I don't like having an empty space on my chart. Actually I don't know if I've even had one all year. OMG!! (excpet when I was UTD the first time, I didn't stop temping the second time)

OK Girls, remember to text me with all those BFP's that are going to come through in the next couple of days.

    Take care.

    Evening ladies,

Joey - miss you already, have a ball

Tina - probably do you go having a little break I enjoyed my time away from the computer when I went skiing - not from you ladies of course just the constant thoughts of TTC - visit often though

Jen - I figure doing OPK's after the first positive if a waste, it is obviously the cue to "get it on" as often as possible until the temp increases. From your description of your legs around your head are you the Yoga type??? Not sure what movie I should see yet - some girlie flick my DH would say no to

Pbstar - already started on the choccy and a glass of red.... although the first glass ended up all over the carpet..... thank gosh for my fancy carpet cleaner. I also made pizza's - yum

Toccara - it is very normal to feel the way you do.... you dont want to take away others happiness you just want some of your own. chin up

Larz - 37.1 is quite high. I only ever get to around 36.7 ish... cause temps differ from person to person it is hard to tell whether this is a sign or not. AF doesn't arrive tomorrow - keep us posted

Chappas - when does 7 days over arrive??

Sandygirl - for you... dont get down just yet... you have a sticky one in there as well

AFM - might see if I can work out this chat room thing - maybe see you there

    Morning gurlies!

It's Friday!!! Lastnight's orientation went well I can't believe my Sonshine is off to high school...

My daughter and I are having a girls day tomorrow...I am taking her to see Sisterhood 2...and we might do some shopping as school stars Monday

sandy...it's still early...don't fret just yet...not over until AF arrives!

Rachel...I guess it all depends on what advice your doctor has given you...be careful of infection if your cervix was dilated (I am sorry I can't recall the surgey you had - I suck!) I actually DID get a uterine infection from intercourse too soon after my d & c

Alrighty back to work for me...gotta get this mess gone so I can enjoy the weekend...

    1st x post!!

I'm after some help. i found out i had a missed m/c at my 12 week scan, the feotus died at 7/8 weeks, this was our 1st child

I had a D&C about 2 weeks later after the natural approach didnt work.

it's been 4 weeks since d&c and i have done a pregnancy test today and it came back positive ( have been having same signs as did at start of 1st pregnancy - chronic heart burn etc)

is this a pregnancy or is there still hormones present from the previous pregnancy?

    all help would be appreciated.

i'm so desperate to be pregnant again.

Fificlaire- So sorry for your loss, Think you will need to get BT done as could be either
docs told me can show false positive for up to 8 weeks after m/c. Hope it is a positive for you

AFM- Well af has finally decided to show her ugly mug DH taking me out for a meal to cheer me up.

    chappas... Damn AF!!!

fificlaire...welcome and so sorry for your loss...as for your BFP...it could be from retained hormone or could be a true BFP...you really should contact your doctor for testing to find out. I will say you are very fortunate if it does indeed turn out to be a BFP!

fifi-- I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your angel baby Did you ever get a hcg test done after your m/c to see if your levels had dropped back down to normal? My levels took over 6 wks to come back down, which was confusing as my body still acted like I was pg. I went in every week for hcg tests to make sure levels were dropping. However, some women's levels drop down right after, or even right before they m/c--so it's really hard to say how it will be for you. I would also recommend the BT just for some peace of mind. :goodluck2: I hope it's a BFP for you!

chappas-- So sorry... I hope you enjoy your dinner out--go somewhere where you can get a drink--have one on me, it's my treat! Sorry again, hon...

Sorry, but I'll have to finish persies later... I'm in the truck right now, stuck in a traffic jam for over an hour! BUT... we're finally just about there, so gotta get logged off and computer put away!

Just want to send hi's and hugs to everyone! Special hugs for Snitch and Pill Girl! *kiss*

Oh, one more thing... BAD O pains today--and temp down a little--must be O!! I'm going to SCREAM if we don't get any today!! Love ya!

Sandigirl- I'm so sorry that things are very hard for you, And its hard when people dont understand what you pain is & what your going through, I'm sorry you got Bfn's.

Joey- Oh girl, Sound's like your gonna be having a good time on the exception on getting up so early to leave, Let us know how it went when you get back. I hope your UTD. Have a safe trip hun.

Rachel- Oh hun, if you can I would do the do just incase.. I dont see why it would hurt?? Or were you told not to do that for a few weeks?

As for me, I just got back from the hospital my grandpa has panriatic cancer and is basically living off morpine, And having his flash backs, Hes really close to going and it hurt seeing it today. I used to be a nurse for olders and I was sitting in the car thinking Ill be okay, but its soo diffrant whne its family. It was hard watching people dying when I was a nurse but at that time I had no one dye on me but close to it. And I knew I had to hold my feelings back as a nurse because of thats what your supposed to do. But, family is totally differant I started to ball after awahile. I'm hanging in there. otherwise everything is well.
